    Clay is set in a beautiful space and the food and service are excellent. This was my second meal at Clay and I will return and recommend the restaurant to friends.

    Rhubarb toast on the summer menu. Outstanding. Chris and his team continue to provide tremendous service. Knowledge of the menu. How do the servers memorize the menu so well and in so much detail. Impressive. One of my guests is from Toronto. He never heard of Clay. He said it was a gem 💎 we all agree. Thanks you. See you again.

    Lunching at Clay has always been a very pleasant experience but your current chairs are the most uncomfortable seats I have sat in for a long time. they are low, hard and sloped backwards which puts pressure on the stomach muscles when eating. Next time will have to remember to bring a cushion unless you have them available. Please let me know. Thank you.

    This is our go to place for lunch in downtown Toronto. Lovely dining room with a wonderful view of the city. Great staff to top off the experience.

    My friends and I have made Clay our favourite place for get togethers once a month. We like the food, staff and bright room. I think what we like best is that we feel far enough away from other guests for intimate conversations but close enough to feel the ambience to others doing lunch.
