   Food was good, but not the best we’ve ever had. Prices were very high. Skimpy pour on a glass of wine though.

   Nice new spot. Good quality but not amazing. Prices feel high but Menlo appropriate.

   We’ve been here a few times and experienced good service. Today the service was lacking. We didn’t get water for 10 minutes until we mentioned it. We ordered wine and it didn’t arrive until we mentioned it. We ordered the halibut and it was very dry and overcooked. The oysters were delicious and very fresh and the crab Louie was very also fresh and good. Hopefully service will be better at our next visit.

   It was our first time at Clark's. We had Mother's Day brunch. The service and food were excellent. The menu was/is heavy on shellfish, unsurprisingly. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. Our server was excellent. I am looking forward to returning for dinner soon. Menlo Park needs more new restaurants so this is a welcome addition!

   It was our first experience at this recently opened Clark's. It was good but not great. The oysters were very good. My sister's mahi mahi, she indicated was overcooked. Appropriate credit was provided. Service was very good. Overall a positive experience. I am sure this new restaurant will improve with time. I will return.

   Clark's has only been open for two weeks but everything was superb. The menu was extensive and offered many, many dishes I would love to order. We could not resist the lobster roll which was jam packed with lobster into brioche-type small loaf (but bread wasn't sweet) with butter lettuce, lemon aioli and a side of drawn butter. We couldn't believe the quantity of lobster served! Our starter was rock fish ceviche in a thin flavorful sauce with tiny cucumbers, serranos and golden roe. Very delicate and delicious. The decor of the restaurant is refreshingly sunlit with windows all around and outdoor seating as well. The mood is very electric and active filled with people having a wonderful time. There are many bartenders preparing flavorful and colorful drinks with generous pours. Wine list is extensive and dessert menu has all of my favorite but we were too full to partake: next time! All the staff are excellent with just the appropriate attention paid to diners.

   I ordered a burger medium rare and it came to me raw. I sent it back, only for it to have appeared to have been "nuked" in a microwave. The burger was brown and burning hot. I ate it and fortunately, they did comp me the burger, without me asking. The oysters were tasty, and the other mains sounded good. Only issue is pricing is very high-$36 for pastas, $40's for mains. I'll try again on a noted occasion.

   We dined Thursday for a late lunch and the restaurant was about half empty. We needed to wave down a server after being seated for about ten minutes. There seemed to be many servers and managers roaming around but we had to wait. At no time were we approached to see how we were doing. So service was lacking. All the fresh seafood was delicious as we ordered their small plate of assorted fish. We had to send back the Oysters Rockefeller since they were over cooked and looked terrible. The Clam Chowder was all potatoes with little amount of clams. Cocktails were $22 which I thought were quite expensive. The manager comped our initial cocktails which helped but we ended up paying over $300 for the two of us. Since they have been open of only a few weeks I'll have to give them a pass and try them again after they get their sea legs.

    Oysters were very fresh and delicious. The crab cake and homemade sourdough bread were both outstanding. We will definitely eat here again.
