   We were given a great welcome and shown to our table. Very professionally looked after throughout our Sunday lunch, which we felt was a good portion and value for money. It was then enjoyable to sit in the lounge area with coffee afterwards. We very much hope to be regular guests. Thanks. Pete and Jane.

   Appalling customer service! We arrived and were not greeted. Eventually a member of staff appeared who took us to a table, gave us menus and left us. We had to order our drinks from the bar. No one came to take our starter orders so we didn't bother with starters and after about 20 minutes we went up to the carvery. The food was really good. Eventually Damon came and took our plates and he ensured we got orders taken for dessert... he was helpful but it was too little too late. Won't be visiting again.

   Evening meal was delicious. My only gripe was that we had a two course included in our package and there wasn’t a lot of choice on that menu. My hubby diabetic so a big let down for him as he can’t have pudding . Would of been nice to be able to upgrade . He could have had the cheese board. So he only had one course . Staff was lovely

   We have visited this venue on a number of occasions and were pleased to see a new menu. There is a wide range of choices on the A La Carte menu, we enjoyed a sour dough pizza and scampi for our main course. The food is well presented and fresh. The staff at the resturant are friendly and ensure that you enjoy your visit. I would recommend this resurant and look forward to coming back.

   The quality of the food was excellent, with plenty of choice available for vegetarians and gluten intolerant diners. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Great value for money and highly recommend.

   The food was great apart from my husband desert which didn’t come as it stated on the menu and there wasn’t anyone around to raise the issue with. A little music would make a massive difference to the overall atmosphere and just having the waiting staff check to see if there is anything needed ect would have made a difference.

   Excellent food. It was beautifullypresented and so tasty. Lovely staff, very helpful but it lacked ambience. Background music is needed.

   I felt rushed when in the restaurant, every 5 minutes we were being asked if we were ready to order when we had already asked to give us time. The menus were still open, which is clear indication we were not ready to order. They need to start listening to and reading the customers much better

    Limited choice of menu - beautifully presented dishes - strange combo of lemony crushed potato with slow cooked beef Delightful staff very smiley, helpful and efficient
