The service was on point and the food delicious. I love going to this restaurant.
Love this place
Our favorite restaurant. Love the ambiance here, Service is great, food is excellent.
Main problem was that Claim Jumper did not have our reservation even tho I had a confirmation from Open Table. They were able to seat us anyway but it was frustrating. They said this has happened before.
The food and service were fantastic. We really liked the entree selection for Thanksgiving dinner. It was so nice to have the 3 courses without having to have turkey or ham. We were seated in the bar area and our only complaint was that it was drafty and we were cold. I may have been comfortable if I kept my coat on but it's not the way I prefer to eat.
Great food, great prices, great service!
Supply Chain issues affecting Claim Jumper quite extensively.
How? All wines (yes all) were out of stock, limited beer selections.
Three food items out of stock. Food when served was slightly warm.
I've had better service here, tonight was not one of them. Will try again.
Understand Claim Jumpers was recently acquired by Kelly Group. KG Group
really needs to step-up here.
Lemon pepper zucchini app was delicious as was salmon oscar
This was perfect! It was quiet at this time so my grandfather and I were able to talk and he could hear us. The food as always was delicious and well priced. I always this place is underrated and a secret 🤫 great place for food!
Went with husband and parents for mom's birthday celebration. I got the chicken pot pie and it was excellent. I hadn't been to Claim Jumper in years. The crust and chicken were warm and fresh, the gravy very tasty. Husband got the turkey dinner which he enjoyed, very plentiful. Dad got shrimp pasta which had a bunch of shrimp and pasta looked very yummy. Mom got the scallops with bacon - she enjoyed them, although it was only 3 which seemed a little low on the scallops. The service was good, and the ambience was very nice. The prices were reasonable, we spent a bit over $100 with tip for 4 people to dine so not bad at all. Would recommend. We all. had a good time!
The food was awful. We use to come here before the pandemic and the food was great. We were excited to come back. Unfortunately were very disappointed. The onion strings took a bit to come out but that wasn’t a big deal but I picked some up with a fork to eat it and after I bit through it I realized in the mix I grabbed, the batter was not cooked in the middle. I quickly spit it into a napkin. The garlic bread appetizer was just two pieces of bread cut in half, buttered, grilled on the top half and the bottom was not touched. Served with cold marinara. My food was the grilled cheese but it was burnt and hard to bite through, we paid for bacon and tomatoes on it and the bacon was barely cooked and there was 1 slice of tomato in it. My daughters Caesar salad tasted like mayo with lemon squeezed on it. On the bright side it wasn’t busy so we felt comfortable eating in here. Now we know why they weren’t busy.
Haven't been here for quite awhile. Great service. Food was really good. There were 10 of us for a family birthday so quite a group but our server was right on top of things. Definitely will return soon.
It was great Taylor our server was great
Bread was not served
Hostess said due to covid ?
Food not exceptional but many choices
the service and the food was great I will continue to eat there
My husband had pick two, chicken and Tri tips, not much of quality. Cold slaw, was dry. My Pot Pie was great. The prices were to high for the quality!
First time ever we dined at Claim Jumper - the food was a good value for the $ and delicious. Our server was pleasant and the overall service was great. My ONLY negative was it’s rather bright in there. Dimming the lights a tad would make the atmosphere a bit cozier. :)
Very disappointed from the last time we went The portions were half the size and the price was $18 for the pot pie which you would be better off going to Sam's club and picking one up and it tastes better how do you change a signature dish into this little bowl very disappointed
Our request on Open Table for a booth was accommodated & we were seated in a nice spacious booth. Our waitress was very helpful, friendly, & attentive.
We all enjoyed our food except my husband who felt his steak @$45 was overpriced for number of ounces received.
He took home a carrot cake that he felt was dry.
Overall, a very good experience as my sons & myself were happy w/our food choice.
Good food, good company and good service.
Restaurant was a great experience. Loved the ribs.
No more delicious buttery bread 🥲. Veggies were cold, tri tip was dry. Service was slow, it seemed they were short of help.
I ordered a Prime New York Strip Steak and it was just okay, there was no wow factor to the taste of it. For the price I expected better as in past visits here. My wife’s Sea bass was very good with her.
It was my birthday and the waiter should have told us we get a complimentary desert. We ended up ordering cake when we didn’t have to. So we had more desserts than we wanted.
Service was slow which is understandable under the circumstances.
From appetizers to desserts, we loved everything we had! Highly recommend!
It was our wedding anniversary and decided to go to Claim Jumper. We had a 6:15 reservation, We go there a few mins early and was told we had to wait. But when Other reservations with the same time kept getting seated. We were then told that we have to wait since there is Server to serve us. Then we got seated after 20 mins of waiting and no server.. No one came to even offer us water or drinks .. we had to wait again about 20 mins just to get water and then finally some one came to take our order. So we are not happy with the service. Our Bill was over $150.00
Started off slow, but overall the dinner went well.
Bad draft beer and undercooked Salmon
Poor service due to large party that kept waitress too busy for our table
My dinner tasted great. Been there many times before.
Had a great time, Kimberly was an outstanding waitress!
Great waitress - very friendly and always around to help us. Ribeye a little thin for a premium steak
They are suffering like every body else. No product and Staff is over worked!
Great food and service. Waiter was great and the whole experience was very nice.
Exceptionally mediocre experience here! I got the lobster BLT and it was bland, minimal lobster, and the bacon was undercooked. We also ordered the calamari which was rubbery and flavorless. Prices were way too high for quality of food as well. Don’t waste your time!
Service and food were excellent, not so noisie we could here ourselves speak which is very nice. Would recommend this place to friends.
Very pricey for quality of food. Two dinners were okay one was poor. Waitstaff did attempt to make things right so no complaints there.
For the cost would have expected dinners to be at least above average taste and quality wise.
$38 ribeye was not a quality steak at all. Plus they put garlic butter on a $38 steak that changed the entire taste of what should be a tasty cut, and a large amount of garlic butter to boot. Lobster Mac and cheese was very good.
The food was delicious and so were the drinks. Overall, a great experience and I'm looking forward to coming back soon.
Very consistent food, wide variety, plenty of choices and a knowledgeable waitstaff.
