Good job good service friendly staff great view and happy employees

Food took forever and was warm when we got it. I never got a refill on my drink. The service was awful and the food was just warm, it must have been sitting there a while

The bay view was breathtaking and the waitress was so accommodating. The alcoholic drinks were delicious. Thank you for the experience. I will definitely be back

Poor Quality food with a high price tag. Would not go back.

They were out of over half their selections of steak. How does that happen?!

We ordered:
Lobster mac and cheese - not worth it. barely any lobster and was watery.
Center cut filet mignon - was very delicious! Juicy and very flavorful. Was frustrating though that this was one of our only choices.
Chocolate motherload cake - outrageously large. This is a serving for 6+ people. Wish they had warned us of this! It was tasty, but we had cake leftover for days!

My wife and I had a great time. What made it better was they were able to seat us early.

Valentine’s Day with our 93 year old aunt.

Even though the staff was short handed on Valentines Day, Alyssa mad our day by working so hard to take care of us!!!

Service was very slow! Had to ask 3 times for water and didn’t get it until we were just about done eating (asked the first time when we first sat down)

We specifically went here with my 70 year old mom to stay inside and the hostess put us right next to 2 open doors might as well been outside and people who came after us were sat in the warmer section I asked to be moved and was ignored ...

Not good sat us next to a speaker and way too crowded considering covid

This was our first time at this restaurant as well as our first time dining in since the shut down and I think we choose the perfect place to start the year. The food was great although they didn’t have what we wanted. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I haven't been to Claim Jumpers in over a year. I decided I would take my wife out to dinner for our 24th Wedding Anniversary. So I called around and One of my favorites was allowing indoor dining, We went to dinner and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The atmosphere was very nice. And all the employees bent over backwards to cater to our needs.

I made reservations for my daughter's birthday. I took her and a friend. The outdoor seating was very nice and all of our food was really good. The birthday cake was super delicious and my daughter really loved it.

My only complaint was that there was no soap in the bathroom.

Everyone was very attentive and kind when we were there. They came to check up on us several times to ensure we had and wanted refills on our drinks. Defiantly appreciate the staff also maintaining the tables distance durning covid19.

It was the worst experience of my life. First time i’ve ever paid that much for dinner and yet it ended up being the worst meal i’ve ever eaten out. i’ve never had a bad experience out and hate complaining but nothing about this experience was enjoyable. They can do SO much better. so sad

Heaters not warm enough to dine, tool cold to eat outside. We might as well eating at home, more comfortable!!!

We loved the service, we loved the appetizers. The dinner plates weren’t so good liked the appetizers but wasn’t bad too.. will definitely go again but will try different plates. Appetizers we got: Buffalo chicken and calamari and sticks. Dinner plates: sherif stake and 3 meat combo

Friendly & attentive staff. My dining out with my wife was almost perfect if at group of 8 girls came in later and became noisy next to our table. The restaurant should have reminded them to keep it down!

Excelent service

Their Chicken Pot Pie is one of the best I've tasted around San Diego.
However, the mac and cheese was very bland... And you may want to request a slightly more well done steak than you normally do.

The location was great and the service was good so that’s why I gave at least 2 stars! But, the food was not what you would expect from Claim Jumpers. My fish tacos were gross. The fish was mushy and looked like fish sticks and there was no sauce and the shells were hard as rock. My boyfriends steak looked like they fried it or left it under the lamp until it was ordered. We didn’t want to take it back because we felt bad, but now we’re faced with the should’ve of, would’ve of, could’ve of...I’m not sure if it’s because of the reduced menu or covid, but the food was not worth over $15!

Everything was great. Our waiter was amazing. The staff was amazing. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Waiter was servers 5 tables and checked up on each table 7 different times before he checked on our table for drinks. A couple who came 10 mins after we did got their food 15 mins before we did. Service was horrible. By the time our food did come out, my boyfriends fries were cold. Horrible service, poor quality. Would not recommend.

we love this restaurant but I was a little disappointed, I had top sirloin it was cold and tough. Portions got a lot smaller as well. Hamburgers were great kids loved them. Beautiful view.

Steaks were all made wrong
Tri tip was SALTY.
