Poor customer service, management is rude and unprofessional
We have been to Claim Jumper in SB many times. This was the first visit since COVID. We were very excited to go because it was Mother's day and my teenage children wanted to buy me a nice lunch. The food was okay, cold in the center of some items. Our glasses were empty most of the time, even though we explained to our server we drink a lot of water and tea. They were only filled once. One of the bus girls came over to refill our drinks. We told her how we were feeling and she said she would refill our drinks, find out where the other 2 lunches were and get a manager. The server finally brought the other 2 lunches which by then the other 2 in the party of 4 got their lunches the other 2 were done. Then the server just dropped off the bill with a 3% surcharge. No explanation just that we had to pay it. My kids left a $100. The manager never even bothered to come over. But the bus girl came by again and brought us boxes to take our left overs home. It just makes me feel sad that this is the service we get on a day that is supposed to be special. And my kids worked hard for that money to take me out and enjoy the day with them. Later we found out the surcharge was because of COVID and the extra costs of keeping things sanitary. I have no problem with that being the reason. The server could have taken her time to explain the surcharge instead of rushing off so quickly again. I will say that we were greeted with friendly smiling faces. It will probably be awhile before we visit again. Not because of the surcharge but because we were treated unimportant and like we didn't matter. We felt like we were just an inconvenience.
I went for a Mother’s Day brunch.. was never offered the brunch menu . When the people were seated behind me they were given the brunch menu. The whole reason for the visit was brunch. We ended up getting sandwiches. Was a bummer
If the menu item states it is served "with asparagus," then why upcharge the item? The potatoe skins appetizer was very small and dry, they put lots of cheese to cover that up...
The hostess nor the server and not the menu started there is now a surcharge. Wheat is the surcharge for?
The music was very loud!
Very expensive mediocre meal.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was very lovely. The staff were friendly and courteous . They even made special accusations for us. Food was super delicious and we can't wait to go back.
The service was very mediocre, most of our dishes arrived to the table very cold as if it had been sitting for a while, it did take the server a very long time to give us our food so maybe it was just sitting for a while.
We were seated without me yes bc they didn’t have any clean ones. It took about 25 minutes to get our drinks each time they were ordered. It took a very long time for the food to come out as well.
Large loud party nearby made conversation difficult.
Large party and staffing shortages had food came out not as hot as it should be.
Manager was very accommodating and comped one meal.
Will go back again to give them another chance.

1st our waiter brought wrong appetizers, the he Brought us another tables food. It was a mess.
2nd, the Tortilla soup tasted like Chili Not soup at all

My family and I were out celebrating my son's 15th birthday. Our very first time dining out in over 14 months! The food, service and overall experience was amazing!!!! Our server and everyone else that helped us in any way were all so very kind and wonderful! Understandably the food preparation took a bit longer due to the ongoing Covid19 protocols but it was just so nice to be out. OpenTable made it so easy for us to find and decide on a restaurant on such short notice. I highly recommend this Claim Jumper restaurant for the food, excellent service, cozy ambiance and just the perfect place to relax!!!!!

Seated with 0 wait. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We ordered the the double bacon burger grilled cheese and lobster BLT. The dishes were flavorful with generous portions!
I went to Easter Brunch with my sisters. We were seated in the bar, which is normally ok. Our waitress was the bartender. While our orders were accurate, it took FOREVER to get our food. To be fair, it was warm and good. It was just disheartening to see the server in a different area hustling to bring out meals to other patrons.
It was great, finally get to dine out after all this time. Service was good. The only problem was I made a reservation thru open table. Told them I had a reservation and then later that night got an email saying I was a no show.
Only complaint was the music playing was very loud...could hardly hear each other talk. Asked for it to be turned down and complied.
You have the best manager!! He got us in for a last minute reservation and made sure we were all attended to! Will definitely be back agin!!!

Food was a bit over salted lol I eat out plenty and well even though that’s unhealthy, I would say that my salt tolerance is a bit higher than most on average. I ordered the Clam Chowder, before that I made a reservation prior. The reason why I mentioned my appointment is because upon arriving, from start to finish it took us 2 hours and that’s way too long on wait for A grilled chicken dinner and the Clam Chowder. In short service sucks or is very subpar at the San Bernardino location; such a shame I won’t be going again.
The service was very good, but a little slow so if you are in a hurry this isn't the place. Luckily we had plenty of time. Our waitress was vey good.

Very disappointed they are no long affiliated with Landry’s restaurant club. Wanted to $25 discount for my birthday thru Landry’s but they would not honor it.

We went last Friday night to get the all you can eat fish & chips special. It was good. We realized after we got home that the receipt had regular price of $18.99 for all of the dinners instead of the $16.99 Friday special. It is about 30 miles round trip to the restaurant so we didn't return to get refund/credit for all of our fish & chips dinners.
Waitress was excellent on all aspects of her job. Very attentive to me and my wife’s needs. Will definitely come back.
