Disappointing lunch today. I started with what was supposed to be a side Caesar. The dressing was a Caesar dressing, though over done, but otherwise not so much. No croutons, but diced tomatoes? Not sure where they got this recipe, but they should lose it. Not much Romaine used, and what was there was a bit old and lots of stalk. I ordered the supposed prime filet Mignon, which was underdone from the requested medium-rare, red and mushy. No grill marks, no char whatsoever and not very flavorful. I also ordered steak fries, and as you can see from the picture, these aren't steak fries! I asked my waiter where my steak fries were and he said they were out. What? Seems odd, but I was more perplexed why I hadn't been informed and given an option to change the order. They just substituted and figured a fry is a fry. It's not! Service okay, though a bit uninformed, likely relatively new, however friendly and attentive though.
Beatrice provided outstanding service. The food was great and plentiful!
I know and understand that its difficult times for restraunts, but our waitress made us wait at least 10-15 minutes, each time we asked for something.
She blamed everything on the kitchen, and held no responsibility.
She had a total of three tables to attend to. Our appetizer arrived with our dinner. My glass of wine arrived with our check.
Total experience for my husbands birthday dinner, was terrible.
What once was a great restaurant serving a wide variety of delicious food is now an over priced restaurant serving unimaginative food that is greasy and bland. All three of us did not even finish our rather disappointing dinners. If your Mac and cheese is $21, it should be great. Goodbye claim jumper, in your day you were great, now just a huge waste of money.

Our server, Maila, was exceptional. Very welcoming and attentive.
Food was great and the service was excellant once we were acknowledged.
The only small issue we had was the wait to be seated and the wait before we were acknowledged by the server.
Other than that, we enjoyed lunch time dining experience.

Our cutlery and plate was so dirty and we waited long time for coming food. My children ordered medium baked steak but it was well done.

Ordered my steak med. rare and it came out medium. No problem except it was so dry. All the A-1 and creamy horseradish could not help it.
Appetizers were delicious, we had the pretzel bites and the potato skins.
The food was not worth the price. I ended up not eating mine and eating my child’s kids meal

Very great date night
There was an issue with my order. But they corrected. The only thing I did not like is they would not honor my reward dollars. Which was the reason we went there in the first place. The website even says they will honor rewards. So that was disappointing.
We came to your restaurant for the first time for my husband‘s 56th birthday! Which I had requested them to acknowledge or saying or something! That was never done after requesting it three different times! The food server took forever to bring our food and it had been sitting in the window you could tell for a very long time! She served a large party of about nine people that had arrived after us before us! She took their order before ours and also serve their food before us we spent $160 approximately on a meal. There were four individuals! My family and I will not be returning to your establishment. We also waited over 45 minutes for our check.

Great salad and French Dip
We had our Valentines dinner at Claim Jumper. They have a large menu. We chose from the prime steak house menu. The steaks were okay. But the price was reasonable. They serve a lot of food.
I had a reservation. When I got to the front the lady wouldn’t even look at me to at least tell me they’d be right me with. Finally get a a table or 2 since there were 5 of us and Covid rules. I wish it told me when I was making the reservation that they would separate us cuz the main reason I chose this place was because it would actually let me reserve over 4, not knowing they would separate us. Then I could’ve chosen a different place. We waited for our order for 45 min. The girl that got our drink orders came by and was also surprised that we haven’t gotten our food yet. I think they forgot about us. Our mac n cheese was cold and I couldn’t eat my shrimp cuz some were raw as in still gray. I would rather have over cooked seafood than barely done. So I asked to take it home so I can cook it longer cuz I knew better than to send my food back. They at least took it off the check. I still left a 20% tip that i shouldn’t have but we like the girl that got our drink orders. Anyway we’re never going back. The portions weren’t even close to how people said that they’re huge. I guess since Covid they don’t care about good food or good service since they know people are desperate to go out to eat.
The only reason I left a 4 star on food was because my daughter’s pizza was burnt on the bottom. We didn’t notice until we got home and it was to late to say anything. Other than that, we had an amazing dinner, with great service and food.
Very good food and very friendly people
Service was very slow even though no one really was in the building. We ordered food to go or 7 ounce steaks were the size of 2 oz
We waited about 15 minutes to get our drink orders taken, upon the arrival of the waiter we were ready to place our entire order. We ordered spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, though the main entrees arrived within a reasonable time, the steak I had ordered as MED-RARE, came out well done, I had to return my order. Mind you, the spinach artichoke never came, until we asked for it after sending back my steak. Server seemed to have very little interest in helping us out. - After apologizing and telling us that he’d “take care of our check” I certainly wasn’t expecting him to comp the entire order. But he couldn’t even give us 5% off for our troubles. We ended up paying $100+ dollars for a dinner that was so unsatisfactory. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this restaurant any time soon.

We love to eat in the bar area by the fireplace. It is quiet and cozy. The service was great and the lobster BLT was delicious. Always a good deal for the price.
In the past, the food was amazing. Sadly, it has not been good for our last two visits. It wasn’t very fresh or hot. Our service was excellent, though. For the price, we expected more.
The tri tip was not chewable.. it was cold my baby came out with a runny nose.. the crispy brussel sprouts was burnt and had something not of brussel sprouts gene in them..

The food was only okay. I probably wouldn’t go back. They had no Chardonnay to sell by the glass and wouldn’t open a bottle of wine that they sold by the bottle and sell us a glass. The manager was very rude over the whole situation. Overall it wasn’t what I remember it being from a couple of years ago.
