Good food - great server - not all uptight on mask wearing, yay!
Ordered a Prime NY Steak Med Rare. Got it Well done. Did not send it back. Wont order there again.
It was ok.. nothing special
They got my order wrong three times. And by the time they brought it out it was cold.
We arrive at noon for our reservation for four. Immediately we were directed to the bar where we were seated at a high table with footrests. Not the ideal, but we managed.
We were hoping to be seated in the dining room, but that didn't seem to be an option.
Floor and booth was dirty, so you wonder if they have a cleaning crew come in at night.
The BBQ Chopped salad was missing most of the ingredients shown on the menu, corn, black beans and lettuce. All cabbage. Server was apologetic, but nothing was rectified.
Very disappointed. We will most likely not be returning. I can see why they are struggling. Just not the same Claim Jumper of the old days.
For the cost, it was not worth it. The wait, with reservation, was long. Not impressed. Will not be back.
We had a great meal. The menu is all new but we enjoyed it.
Food was delicious. The service was great. My only complaint is that the cocktails were not that great. The margarita and the long island we're more mixer than liquor but my wife had a Blueberry paloma and it was good. She would have preferred for them to strain out the seeds but she still enjoyed it.
Service was awful. Seating on a Sunday at 3:58pm (2 min ahead of reservation time). 15 minutes wait just for a drink. Food subpar at best. Used to love this place but it is not the same so we wont be back and I cannot recommend
Great dinner and great service.
Awesome service!!! Amazing chicken fried steak mmm mm mm!!!
Good experience but after going to the Cheesecake Factory for many years I was disappointed that they stop serving their signature bread for starters.
We expected there to be a small wait time for food and beverage because of Covid precautions, but the wait took WAY too long, the waiter always had an excuse as to where the food was. On top of that the quality of food was fair at best and very over priced and they charge a 3% covid fee no other restaurant in our area does that. Claim Jumper is not what it used to be, not worth your time or money.
Poached eggs were over cooked. Yolk was hard, not runny. Chicken & waffles were soggy.
Great experience, delicious food, would definitely go again!
The meatloaf dinner was terrific (and I am a picky eater). We also had the blacken chicken bow-tie pasta which was amazing. I would definitely recommend Claim Jumper!!
Was told we had to wait 20 minutes until we were seated... No problem. After 40 minutes I asked a male host how much longer...he told me 30 more minutes. I said that we had just waited 40 and were quoted 20 he then snapped and told me to just be patient and wait. I didn't want to but we already invested 40 minutes in so we waited...seated about 30 minutes later. In a really hot area of the restaurant..like we were sticking and sweating. Server was friendly and nice started off well but as more people got seated in the area he diminished. Condiments were forgotten and brought at the last bites of our meals...he apologized and we understood...it happens. Food was good..my real issue was the hostess snapping at me..
I’ve written a review to Claim Jumper as well. Could not have had a better experience all the way around.
We were seated on the patio area with no a/c. It was very warm. We were told that there were no menus, we had to scan QR code on cellphone to see menu. Took a long time to get order. Food was not as good as it used to be and was overpriced. Waitress never came by to see if we needed refills or anything else. Made the reservation online and checked the box that it was to celebrate anniversary. No one even mentioned it and we didn't get a free desert. Will not be back here. When we left I saw people waiting to be seated with laminated printed menus. Figures!!
We had a great time, me and friend. The food was great. The service was good. First time we forgot there was covid going on. Plenty of space between us and other tables.
Food was awe full didn’t taste good at all was very unsatisfied for spending the money I did
It was great, seated after the reservation time but i don’t mind my party and i have patience. They did not provide us with a kids meal after mentioning they would print some more so if you wanna entertain the lil ones have a backup pack of crayons and paper, the food was/is pricey for my budget. I will come again though.
We had reservations and still had to wait an additional 30 mins for a table only to be served cold food
Thanks to open table we were seated almost immediately.
Our daughter’s steak was undercooked and overly fatty.
The music was WAY too loud and all over the map making it hard to relax and enjoy our meal
Excellent all around!!
My food was horrible . I ordered the steak and it looked under cooked and was just sitting under a hearing lamp left out for a while . It was not good but my veggies were great .
I was especially impressed with the waiters and waitress. Went out of their way to help and very friendly
My order was all wrong the waiter was not really good poor service they took 20 m for some to come to my table really bad service
Loved it , nice , quiet , food was great , tasty & waiter was amazing
Sat us down late and food took 40 min for the food to cook
Always have a great experience when I eat at CJ. No issues with the reservation or getting seated in time. Using open table makes it easy to find a spot to eat.
Some did not enjoy the food. The wings were tasteless
I had a wonderful birthday dinner. Great food, nice staff.
Waiter was awesome 👏
Good experience. food was good the wait time was very short and excellent service
It was nice and quite. Food was great.
Had a reservation for two. We were seated within 5 minutes.
Our server was awesome, he was on top of it.
The food was delicious and was ready fast :)
Will definitely return!
Good service and food selection. It was a nice dining experience.
Great service, great food but they sat us too close to the kitchen with dishes breaking and the hustle and bustle of servers coming and going took away from the experience.
We won’t accept seating next to the kitchen in the future.
Was seated right on time. Food was ok. Waitress was ok. What we didn’t like was our appetizer came after the main course so we canceled it. My baby back ribs were burnt black and the meal was just slightly warm. My wife’s salad never arrived so we canceled it. They still tried to charge us for the salad. I don’t want to scare anyone away from this place cause it’s usually a pretty good spot to eat. Maybe cause they just started being open again and they need to get back into the swing of things.
