Claim Jumper - Palmdale
Excellent food, enjoyed dinner. Asked for an insider table but was seated outside Still had a nice dinner!
Seated immediately and the waitress brought water right away! Very kind server and great food! Great time!!
Excellent customer service!
Food was horrible . The mashed potatoes were runny , the vegetables under cooked and my daughter commented that my meatloaf looked like dog food . I had'nt had this experience here before but I won't be returning :(
Food was way overpriced for the quality. Portions were small and overcooked and dry.
Had a good experience at Claim Jumpers - Had to sit in the front where everybody walked in but at least they had a table for us. Food was good. Drinks were yummy
Server was very nice
Really nice patio dining not like other resturaunts that are in parking lots or sides of building. Nice booth and felt more like you were inside. Food was very tasty we were very satisfied. Great waitress was very upbeat. Go Eve you were great!
Chicken was over cooked. Did not appreciate small print 3% charge for serving outside. No home brews available. Will not come back until Covid over and try again as a second chance.
Birthday for a friend. Staff was attentive to our needs. Patio was ok. The patio floor needs regular sweeping. Trash blowing around. Menus are plastic coated not disposable paper which seems to be the standard now. They were also damp? Not good!
Utensils were not wrapped. Food was good but not great. Plating was poor/ boring. I’d go back if I had to.... I know, tough times but restaurant owners need to rise and shine during these times. People won’t forget.
Our server was very sweet and responsive. Was still a bit hot but other than that was an amazing time.
The service was terrible, had to ask for sugar and stuff numerous times. Food was ordered a specific way to meet dietary restrictions and came out in the regular manner. The desserts were overcooked and dry.
Everything was perfect
Great service, delicious food.
The food was very good and the service was good considering the limited staff to wait on the customers. I would highly recommend the Palmdale Claim Jumper.
For family dinning and great food and service keep up the great work during these trying times .
not very good at all. food was just bad
This app is a fake, it DIDNT EVEN reserve my sitting so we had to wait for an hour until we did get sitting. Never using this app.
I had a good experience overall, I would have probably ordered differently but there was a limited menu.
Highly reommend it! I was a little concerned going back to one of my favorite resturaunts after the reopeng. All I can say is Claim Jumpers will not disapoint! The food and service was amazing as it always has been.
Best clam chowder soup !!
Blackened Salmon was great !
I reserved a spot for 8:15 pm for 2 people..and was seated 10 mins after my reservation time.. although the wait was only 15 mins. so what's the point of reservation online?..food was good but overpriced
Valentine’s Day dinner
I've been to Claim Jumper quite a number of times, and for different occaisions. Almost always has been excellent, and when it wasn't they fixed it there or next trip. The one thing I would mention is the birthday cake. It needs to be larger. I would recommend a small version of the mother lode. No joke. People would remember that and return. And once you make your first million on that all I'm asking is 10% for giving you the idea.
Great experience as always
And great service
The greeter and seating person were courteous and professional. The server and the food was excellent. I feel that the atmosphere was appropriate as well as the booth that we had.
Great time for thanksgiving dinner. A little bit of a wit because half the staff could t make it in due to snow but we got taken care of.
2:45 reservation, not seated until after 3:15 because they were seating walk ins ,why have a reservation.
Thanksgiving. I believe the restaurant was overwhelmed and did not expect the amount of customers. It took about an hour to have our order taken. My wife ordered Salmon Oscar. The crab was rubber and the Salmon was way overcooked. She did not eat it and the manager took it off the ticket. My meal was the thanksgiving special. It was good but not excellent by any means. We were very disappointed it we really believe the restaurant was I overwhelmed. Just can’t justify a better recommendation.
The service was terrible the Prime rib was dry and over cooked. They are under staffed, it took 55 min to get our meal. We will NEVER go back. For 275.00 dollars I expect a little more....
Husbands birthday dinner, everything was fine except the food. I’m not picky but this time, my food was really salty and my daughters spaghetti had no flavor at all, my toddler’s chicken tenders were really dry and my husbands wraps were flavorless till he got to the end lol all the sauce was there. :/ little disappointed this time around
It was nice for the restaurant to offer free meal for my veteran friend on Monday. I ordered a California Citrus salad for myself and for the price they charged me of $10.99 for that salad the portion was very small, it is mostly a hand full of lettuce, very few cranberry, apple and pecan. I will not order that salad again. Very poor for the value.
A fun day to celebrate a birthday with 3 generations of family. Worth every penny!
Not as good as I remember. We ordered the zucchini ap and that was great and came out really fast and hot. We then ordered the ribs and it felt like that took forever and then all of our good was cold and the ribs were Really dry.
This Claim Jumper is becoming one of my favorites. Everytime I visit here, it's just more relaxing than some of the other CJs. Never rushed, always friendly, and not always packed to the gill - it just makes for a better dining experience. Old favorites like the Jumbalaya are still good as ever.
I have always love Claim Jumper and eat there from time to time. Took some clients over for Dinner. I had a Rib Eye and the rest had the Chicken pot pie. No one got close to finishing their chicken pot pie, was not very good. The steak I ate was cooked medium rare per my request. But the quality of the steak was not there.
Service was terrible. The food took forever to get to our table and it wasn’t even busy. The drinks also took a while to get to our table and so did the to go boxes for our leftovers. I also told the hostess that it was my boyfriends birthday and NO ONE sang him happy birthday or did anything. I also mentioned it online when I made the table reservations.
3 orders, steak sandwich, rib eye w/ mushrooms, fish and chips, ( all delicious ) as well as the appetizers / we ordered the Brussel sprouts & cowboy bacon. A nice warm round loaf of bread was served with whipped butter and was very good. we ordered drinks from the special menu ( all terrible ) my peachy daiquiri tasted like a mint lime aid ( wasn't really a bad drink so I kept it ) then ordered a regular daiquiri and it was Nasty. A friend ordered " the girls night out " and it also sucked. other friend ordered some kind of choc, martini and she couldn't drink it ( where's the chocolate ). At almost 10 bucks a pop for drinks you'd think they could made something decent. The food and service was great but, we like to have a good drink at dinner on our weekends out so guess we'll pass on Claim jumper. ohhh forgot to say I ordered half a rack of ribs to go and got home and found them to be very dry, so let my dog have those. I thought they were famous for the ribs so I ordered them to try later, Hope this helps you in deciding. if you don't drink then it would be great. ( pass on the ribs ) order the rib eye BEST IN THE A.V. for sure that's the truth... sign me out as the rib eye lover.
Matt was excellent and gave us the perfect amount of attention!
Great place to be and eat. Friendly staff excellent service.
Enjoyed our Father's Day experience at Claim jumper. The restaurant was busy so service was a little slower than usual but food was great, server very friendly and happy, and atmosphere was nice
The only reason why I gave the overall rating 4 stars is because I thought there was going to be a brunch buffet for Father's Day so I made reservations to ensure our dining experience would go smoothly. We didn't see any buffet and the server let us know it was only for select locations. That was a bummer. Not sure if the email specified certain locations but if it was in there, it wasn't noticeable. Besides that, the food and service was excellent.
