Absolutely amazing! I will be returning in the future.
Our first time here, always looking for a new place when we come to Nashville. The food and service was great but it’s a little pricey but everything in Nashville is.
The meal was very expensive. This was our first time ever to eat at Claim Jumper. We had a 7:15 reservation. 2 sandwiches took 45 minutes to get to the table. A dessert took 30 minutes. WAY too long! We left at 9pm. And they were not that busy.
Good food - fabulous service, okay atmosphere, all things considered did the job well.
Waitress was fantastic. We got right in with our reservation. Drinks, ribs, and pasta was great! Highly recommend!
Even after we early booked a table for a birthday celebration, we had to wait. We were seated right by the kitchen, had a new waitress that didn't know the menu then ordered drinks and appetizers and were informed it took longer because others had also ordered the appetizer platter and they only had one chef working on appetizers. No manager came by and when we were going to cancel our order when it surprisingly showed up. As we had tickets for the Grand ole Opry we left most of our food. Getting the waitress attention so we could leave was also and issue. She was a sweet young lady but spread too thin. We will not be going back .
Overall fantastic meal. Walked in and greeted by hostess who immediately showed us to our table. Food was terrific but the cocktails seem overpriced.
Food was good once it came out, the second time! Took forever to get my steak, came out burnt and overcooked. Potato was warm at best. I sent it back, the manager came out, apologized, remade the meal himself, and knocked 50% of the meal. He offered free desert as well. Problem was my wife was done eating by the time my second plate came out and the waitress brought the check without even asking if we wanted desert, free or not!
Got to the restaurant. Tell the hostess. We were there for Open Table reservation. Reservation set for booth. No one was in the restaurant. Very minimal people. It was around 5 PM. We were put in a corner Booth I asked can we move one up? Closer to the center. She made a grimace. Server comes up. Let him know. He says he'll help us. Order the appetizer. Everything so far so good. Next thing we order our dinner. Girlfriend orders filet mignon. I had some medillations of meat. Anyhow comes back to the table within 5 minutes. 5:15 p.m. On a Saturday. They're out of filet mignon?? Are you kidding me? Experience just went downhill from there Dreadful Dreadful Dreadful. Very disappointed in Claim Jumper. Was looking forward to this meal. Week before Valentine's Day and this is what you get. Unfortunately Ruby Tuesday was better. What does that say.??....yuk. Stay away.
Slow service. Mediocre food. Could be so much better. Evidently, its hard to find good help.
Unfortunate for our party of 5 that the restaurant just recently had changed its menu and no longer sold craft beers.
OpenTable wasn’t updated.
We wouldn’t have dined here otherwise.
Our server was pleasant and understanding.
The food was so-so (dried out rotisserie chicken with weird garlic flavor in the butter accompanying the baked potatoes; only 1 small sliver of sausage in the jambalaya; etc).
We had a reservation, but they did not have our table ready so we had to wait 10 minutes for the table to be set up. The restaurant was nearly empty, but it took approximately an hour for our food to arrive. When the appetizer arrived, it was cold. When the food arrived, the sauces that came with the meals were cold. The waitress did not say that ginger ale would be $3.25 per 8oz bottle and only had 5 dollar bills available for change forcing a higher tip. Overall not impressed. The quality of service and food has gone down significantly over the past year.
The bread and tortilla soup was delicious but they had a lot going against them this night. They ran out Romaine lettuce so we couldn’t order Caesar salads, they ran out a strawberry purée so the drink my wife ordered they came back to tell her she needed to order something different and when she went to the restroom, they were out of toilet paper, which she mentioned to the front desk attendant who didn’t seem to care. The server was very nice, responsive but the entrees themselves were lukewarm, and my wife’s potato which was supported to have cheddar and Monterey cheese on it , instead had a velveeta type spread covering it. The meatloaf was tasty and the mashed potatoes were good, but it overall was not a good
Experience. We won’t be going back for a second meal.
2 of 3 meals were good, service very good.
Fantastic service and great food!
Food was good, but very expensive, for example. $16 salads. Was huge but mostly lettuce.
Our server was great.
The artichoke dip was very good.
The Surf and Surf was excellent
The chicken was yummy.
Can’t wait to go back!
Appetizers were good, but too greasy. (Cheese sticks and Calamari)
Club sandwich was good and huge, grilled cheese was adequate. They got the side order wrong with one of the orders.
Our waitress was fair, pleasant but wasn't around very often. For the place to only have a handful of customers, service took way too long.
We went to the Claim Jumper in Nashville as it was our favorite restaurant in So. California. The food could not have been more disappointing...we will not be returning.
Husbands birthday dinner...different than what we remembered in California. Very underwhelming
Service was slow and some of the food in our party was terrible. The heavy metal music was blaring at the end of the night. Very expensive for the food and experience.
We even had to ask for silverware. The food was good, but the service needed improvement.
A nice casual choice. Food is good and nice looking restaurant. Service tonight was not good but I have been there before and it was very good. I think just an uninterested waitress.
Service slow and not attentive
Requests forgotten and never addressed
The food was good the service was super slow! We made an early reservation as most reviews complain of service
Service was slow, good was ok, woke up in the night with a terrible stomach ache. We wanted to try something new and we won’t be back.
We went out as a girls night and had dinner here. I ordered the salmon and asparagus with a side salad and I asked for no cheese , and he said that they didn't come with it. When it came to the table it had cheese on it. My friends both ordered steaks and loaded baked potato , one of them was supposed to come out with no sour cream and instead it came loaded. The food that was correct was good, the service was good and the manager on duty even stopped by the table which was nice.
We actually attended the restaurant twice that day. Lunch was our initial visit and the food was really good. The service however was only satisfactory. The server was really not engaging at all. Our second visit was a reservation for dinner. The hostess could not find our reservation. Our sever was very pleasant however when she returned to ask if we wanted a further beverage she forgot to bring them. The meal was I would say OK. The roast beef dip au juice was extremely salty. I would honestly say the meal was not up to par.
Busy Saturday night before the Opry. Glad we had reservations. Food was unremarkable but the selection was decent.
Our server was fantastic!!!!!!!!!! We had a few problems with our food from the kitchen but she had it corrected real soon and expressed her apologies. Nice place and very convenient if you're going to the Grand Ole Opry for a show.
We reserved a private room for a baby shower. Space and food was okay.
We had to send a drink back because it was clear. They were out of 3 different sides at 615 PM on a Tuesday. My shrimp was dry. They were out of pineapple. The manager did come to check on us to confirm our food was "at least edible". We were hosting coworkers from out of town and looking for more than "at least edible". It was edible but I would recommend their goal be more than edible.
Great restaurant! Nice ambiance, great drinks and delicious food. Varied menu selection, so everyone in our group found something they liked!
Came in for happy hour, and the food and drink options were really good. I will come back again soon!
We went to claim jumpers in the Opry mill mall prior to a concert at the grand ole opry. The meal and service were very good and the location was excellent! We were steps away from the Opry I would recommend it as an
Option for anyone seeing a concert.
Horribly slow service. Food was very bland, semi warm. Not great in anyway.
Had to send steaks back. Ordered medium rare bot came well done & dry. New steaks brought out but took a while.
Not what I expected.
Food was good. Service sucked. The waitress was slow and messed up orders a few times. They also sat us at this table that felt like we were in a hallway. It was a party of 8, but the restaurant is large. I'm sure they had a larger booth or table in a better spot.
It was the best restaurant, please bring one to Buffalo, NY. Thank you.
