We had a reservation for 4 and were seated at the outdoor patio promptly. Great service, good food. We appreciate the effort that goes into keeping restaurants alive during the pandemic, much appreciated.
Heaters were not working so sitting outside was extremely cold even though we were all bundled up. Also we made our reservations on OpenTable and called to verify reservations were good to go, only to arrive to be told it is first come first served. Why use a reservation system if you aren't taking reservations?
It was lovely and staff was great.

Claim Jumper called me after they cancelled my inside dinning reservation for Thursday and requested that I make a carry out reservation instead. I accepted their invitation for a 3:30 pm carry out reservation for Thursday. When I arrived at 3:30 there was a long line out the door. At the checkout counter I gave my reservation name but was told that I would have to go to the back of the line of folks and wait with everyone else. I was advised that it would be almost (2) hours before I could receive my order that was placed on reservation (5) days earlier! Bottom line, my reservation proved to be worthless and it became a first come first served mess! I left in discuss and was defrauded by the Claim Jumper staff. What a double cross! Never again....

Thanksgiving dining in a city and state where Covid-19 has restricted everything and everybody is a terrible experience. The virus has ruined the joy of the holiday. And NONE of us was sick! I can't wait for this to end.
I appreciate the outside accommodations so we could dine out (instead of take-out). However, more effort into making that area warmer would be a nice improvement. Plastic was flapping in the breeze, some heaters didn't work...simple fixes would be nice.

Love the way they honor our veterans each year. Waitstaff was attentive and did a great job.
We made a dinner reservations to celebrate a special occasion. The restaurant and bar were mostly empty, so it was quiet. Service was reasonably good. But their menu has changed, as has their operation. For example, when we were seated, our server brought silverware, napkins and bread plates. However, they apparently no longer serve what used to be their excellent bread/rolls, so we were not sure what the plates were for. When we asked about that, our server told us we could get a side order of bread. We did that, and it was a disappointment-just bread with some cheese that had been toasted. The rest of our meal was just OK, with the exception of a wedge salad, which was very good. Neither of us were impressed, and will not likely go back.
My prime bone in Ribeye was excellent. I will be back soon to have it again!!

My partner and I decided to have dinner after shopping at the mall this past Friday night. We agreed on Claim Jumper and thought we’d treat ourselves. Service was basic but I didn’t mind. We ordered a appetizer and waited quite a while. Then we got our entrees, I got the turkey thanksgiving dish and my partner got the sirloin and shrimp combo. Right when we got our food I notice my food was noticeably cold and just the plate was hot. I ask my company how their dish turned out and they responded mediocrely because they were hungry but said their food was cold also. I insisted the waiter or manager not to take my plate back and warm it up. I knew it would take another 10 mins before I could eat my meal. So it did and I got a new plate but by then I was already not hungry. Idk I’m not happy with the service but it was late and wanted to go home by then. Overall the experience wasn’t what I would of liked.

We enjoyed the appetizers so much we never got to the main course. The salad wedge with the blue cheese crumbles & dressing was outstanding. Some places do not put enough on the wedge. Our waiter Cliff was so attentative. He says I always take good care of my ladies. Me & my friend will definitely be back & ask for his section.

I ordered the salmon with iceberg salad and potatoes and it was really mushy salmon and very oily. The iceberg lettuce was very brown and old.
We ordered calamari which came with celery that was also brown on the ends. Nothing looked fresh.
My husband ordered the choose 2 option (steak and chicken) and the serving was tiny and very underwhelming In taste.
The place was super depressing and I completely regret eating there for our first date night in a long time with out the kids.
It’s been a few years since I’ve eaten at Claim Jumper. The food was not how I remember in any way except expensive. I don’t mind paying a higher price for a good steak but what I got was a thin porterhouse that was overcooked on one side of the bone and had a weird taste that wasn’t great. I get better steaks at my local dive bar for half the price. My wife got a chicken dish and while she enjoyed it there was nothing exiting about it. The only star of the meal was the clam chowder. I won’t be back.
We have loved Claim Jumper for years. We recently visited after they re-opened. The menu was completely different. The server was HORRENDOUS! Wrong food. Salads after main course. Wrong drinks. No customer service at all. Plus, the prices had gone WAY up! Very sad that it went way downhill.
The last 3 experiances at Claim Jumpers were absolutly horrible. I used to go to Claim Jumpers quite a bit and loved it but it has seriously gone down hill. This last time was the last straw.
Lets talk food : We had ordered 3 bowls of Clam Chowder, which the potatoes were still grainy and didn't seem like it was cooked enough. I had the Chicken Pot Pie and it came to me Luke warm ( which it has never been the case before). Two steaks which were over cooked at charred on one side ( they tried to cover it up by putting the good side up. The best was my kids meals. They both ordered Mac and Cheese with fruit and The cheese (if that is what it was) was pure liquid, almost like water and the fruit must have been sitting out for a while because it was mushy. It was so bad that the kids wouldn't even eat it. I had to stop at McDonalds after we had left to get them something else.
Service: We were seated nicely, however after nearly 30 min of waiting, I had to flag down a waiter to take our drink / order. Next the food came out ( which we already talked about the disappointment) , the waiter set our plates down and we never saw them again. No check in, no refills and I had to go to the front desk to ask for the bill. I hate to say it but I would definitely not recommend this restaurant anymore.
Missing the salad bar, but the food was tasty as usual.
Although we had open table reservations, we still had to wait almost 25 min to be seated.
The meal and the service was great. The choice of music need improvement. Instrumentals would be great. Yes we will be back. It is different without more people, but these are the times we live in.

Opentable says you get free bread with reservations, we didn't get it but there was plenty food to keep our belly full.
Whatever you do do not order the black tie pasta, not only is it unbelievably dry but the thin lunch meat like pieces of chicken are anything but blackened. It was really terrible all the way around.
Our waiter was great-very nice, came often to check on us, even sang happy birthday to my husband! Food was delicious, served hot and in a timely manner. Music was too loud, and not "our kind of music!"

It was awesome! Our server treated us wonderfully, the food was excellent and everyone made our dining experience safe.
I understand about social distancing, but we were put in the corner and forgotten. It was expensive for what we got. Especially on Father's Day, it was disappointing.
Did a great job considering the new restrictions. Carrot cake was not ready for 15mjn. Later the manager said it would be 45min. Points lost

Glad to see the restaurant open. Menu is limited, but my husband really wanted chicken fried steak as offered on the limited menu...they were out of it. He made the best of it by ordering something else.
I ordered the gold rush fried chicken. It was very crispy and moist served over mashed potatoes. but no veggies offered or side salad.
This is the new post covid-19 experience that we need to get used to...
