They did a great job and the fish tacos were great
Mother’s Day brunch. Dining for 5 should’ve been an easy thing for a waiter to handle. Service was poor, waited 20 minutes to get greeted and take a simple drink order (1 coffee, iced tea, pop and water). We placed our food order at the same time as the drinks to save time. Took almost another 20 minutes to get the drinks and shortly after the food arrived by waiter assistants. All hot dishes were cold (chicken and waffles, chicken fried steak) and missing syrup (who serves waffles without syrup?). Chicken fried steak was bland. Even the Cobb salads got messed up (a normal offering on the menu) with added dressing when requested not to have included. Only received 1 refill on drinks in an 1.5 hours (1 refill for coffee in the morning?). Staff seemed shorthand and inexperienced and the restaurant wasn’t packed due to Covid restrictions. A very poor showing for Claim Jumper on Mother’s Day. Definitely will look for another location for future dining.
Worst food EVER! Not worth the price or time it took to get the food. The wait was awful. When my moms food finally arrived she only got half her order and had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the rest. And that was after asking the server twice for the rest of our order. Food was cold, tasted gross and not worth it. The memosa has so much ice in it that it watered down. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
Nice family restaurant, good food, wide selection.
Everything was great except our food came cold
This was our first dinner indoors in months and we had a very nice time. Food was great, waitstaff very attentive and the setting was comfortable.
Food was cold and bland, messed up our drinks and the pizza oven wasn’t so they couldn’t get our pizza done. Too expensive for the quality.
Steak was bad not good left off shrimp from order too bad use to have good food
Ugh. Terrible belly ache all night after and on the plane the next day.
It was a okay experience but really slow on service. Took forever to get salads, they actually came 10 minutes after our meal was delivered. Also refills for drinks took so long too. We were seated right by the salad section of the kitchen. It looked like the salad person was way behind. They should of got her another person to help but instead servers just kept coming up asking for the salads they needed now. At one point there were 5 servers just standing there waiting for the salads they ordered.
Had dinner here on Wednesday night. Was seated right away and the food and service was great! I ordered a coco mojito with dinner. It was not very good but other than that it was a great experience.
Don't order the lobster claw sandwich with bacon and tomato, sounds really good. I know lobster is expensive and for 18 dollars I didn't think I'd have to go in search for a bite. It's served on a large sour dough sandwich bread, bread needed to be much smaller, way smaller, with less lettuce and mayo. Like I said 18 dollars isn't much for lobster, but I was later told it was for 2 ounces of lobster. When you can get a pound of lobster at Safeway for 12.99, seems they could scrape up a little more, on a smaller sandwich bread. I know buy my own and stay home. I'm just giving fair warning, get the Cobb salad
Great service, food and atmosphere! Highly recommend !
We've been to this restaurant more than once and found our latest visit to be pretty mediocre. We were promptly served our beverages but had to wait for quite a long time before our entrees arrived. Strange because the restaurant is at 50% capacity and there were many empty tables. Spouses breaded chicken served with mashed potatoes was bland. We asked for bread or rolls on were told that that was not on the menu anymore so we accepted the substitute: sourdough toast. My wedge salad was tasty enough; large and properly prepared with bacon bits, crumbled blue cheese and dressing. We passed on dessert, having our hearts set on key lime pie which was no longer being offered.
Always great food. Service is always personal and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. All in all it is a great experience.
Unfortunately it took 55 minutes for us to get our food (party of 5).
My wife and I enjoyed our time at Claim Jumpers and when we left said that we would come back but, after I received an email from Open table stating that Claim Jumpers said we did not show for our 4:30 reservation even though we arrived on time and paid our bill so know we are re-thinking and likely will not be going back for sometime now or not at all unless they get their act together. I would recommend Claim Jumpers but will let them know they may have to confirm they went to their reservation so keep your receipt and who your waitress / waiter was.
You made me book the reservation and when I reached the restaurant it was listed as closed.
I was able to book a reservation for a restaurant that was closed I was very disappointed
Made the reservation, showed up and they were closed. Would have been nice to be notified before we drove all the way there.
Claim Jumper accepted my reservation, but was completely closed (and looked like it had been for a while) when we arrived. We were not the only ones incredibly disappointed to learn this. If a company can’t even turn off its reservation system when they are closed, how can I trust them to take care of me as a customer?
We made a dinner appointment for Valentines Day that was accepted at the Alderwood Mall Claim Jumper. We showed up on time but when we got to the restaurant the lights were off and the restaurant was closed. We rec'd no notice that it would be closed prior to our reservation. It was during the snow storm but there was no problem getting to the restaurant and giving no notice made us scramble for an alternate place to go which kind of ruined Valentines Day with my family.
My reservation was confirmed and the restaurant was closed when I got there, wasting my time and gas spent getting there.
Just saw this email... was actually very upset. The restaurant wasn’t even open due to snow, after we drove 45min after making our reservation to find them closed. Was not very happy. The system should have never allowed us to make a reservation
Had reservations. Got there and they closed with out notice.
Ordered meatloaf. Seems to me it was bit dried but vegetable and mesh potatoes was good. My friend ordered pasta (forgot what it was) and she was happy with her food.
Good place to take my 8 year old. Decent food and service.
They dropped the ball on our reservation but it was a weird corona thing so whatever.
We had a reservation for 4 and were seated at the outdoor patio promptly. Great service, good food. We appreciate the effort that goes into keeping restaurants alive during the pandemic, much appreciated.
Heaters were not working so sitting outside was extremely cold even though we were all bundled up. Also we made our reservations on OpenTable and called to verify reservations were good to go, only to arrive to be told it is first come first served. Why use a reservation system if you aren't taking reservations?
It was lovely and staff was great.
So happy that the restaurant is open for dine in, but it was quite cold on the patio
Claim Jumper called me after they cancelled my inside dinning reservation for Thursday and requested that I make a carry out reservation instead. I accepted their invitation for a 3:30 pm carry out reservation for Thursday. When I arrived at 3:30 there was a long line out the door. At the checkout counter I gave my reservation name but was told that I would have to go to the back of the line of folks and wait with everyone else. I was advised that it would be almost (2) hours before I could receive my order that was placed on reservation (5) days earlier! Bottom line, my reservation proved to be worthless and it became a first come first served mess! I left in discuss and was defrauded by the Claim Jumper staff. What a double cross! Never again....

Thanksgiving dining in a city and state where Covid-19 has restricted everything and everybody is a terrible experience. The virus has ruined the joy of the holiday. And NONE of us was sick! I can't wait for this to end.
I appreciate the outside accommodations so we could dine out (instead of take-out). However, more effort into making that area warmer would be a nice improvement. Plastic was flapping in the breeze, some heaters didn't work...simple fixes would be nice.
Great food as usual and amazing service from Kassandra!
It was my birthday. The slice of yummy chocolate cake was a delicious surprise!
Great service! The Bone in ribeye was awesome. The hostess, the server and the manager were very friendly. Cheesecake was killer!
Love the way they honor our veterans each year. Waitstaff was attentive and did a great job.
