I was traveling with food let the restaurant know they said they would wrap food up for travel. That was a lie food did not make it home. What a waste of $100.00 never again

Great. Didn’t like the Brussels Sprouts but the ribs were spoon tender. My husband’s steak looked amazing
The chicken pot pie is excellent and more than enough. It is a little pricey but still very good. The waitress was friendly enough but we had to have the manager get us boxes for the leftover dessert we had to go pumpkin cheese omg good and do the check. Never saw the waitress after she dropped the check
Food was good, business was slow and expected better service than we got.
Service was outstanding! Carlos was my waiter and he was very helpful and pleasant! Food was great and fresh!
We were the last ones in the restaurant and did not feel rushed at all! My only complaint is that the online menu should be updated to match what’s on the disposable menus they are now using.
Over all though, 5 star rating!
Very good service and very good food. Ambience was delightful, not crowded at all. Thankful that we could make a reservation.
Overall, it was a good experience. One meal was overcooked, but the other meals were excellent. The manager offered to make another meal, but we were short on time. He then gave us a LARGE piece of cake. We'll go back again.

We were excited to go here again but since the COVID, it’s just not the same experience. Food was good but service was mediocre at best. Server did not give us silverware, napkins or plates when he plopped down ouR appetizer. We had to flag down a busboy who was much more helpful! Server was too busy serving all the women in the restaurant and chatting them up! We won’t be back until the bar is open and we can sit at the bar!
For our dinner, Claim Jumper was out of buns and hamburger patties. Disappointing since it was our first dinner choice.
The food was just ok. Nothing particularly interesting. Service was slow for the number of people dining when we went.
My daughter and her friend had dinner here last nite (in lieu of homecoming) and I can’t thank the staff and the GM, Matt, enough. Matt made sure to make everything so special for them. Thank you so very much!!
This restaurant was a favorite of mine before the pandemic but now I don't think I'll be going back. Service and Ambience were great but the food was extremely bland and tasteless. I had the breaded fried fish and it had no flavor whatsoever. Both my dining partner and I had a side of mashed potatoes that really tasted like they were instant and had no flavor as well. What happened to the great food that you guys used to serve before you shut before the pandemic?
Great food. Chicken pot pie had giant pieces of chicken, great crust.
The food was good, it was empty but the service was TERRIBLE. So slow it was painful. I brought business associates and I was embarrassed that we had a 2 hour lunch for 3 people. I won’t go there again.
The atmosphere is great but the food is only so so. Service just so so.
We stopped by on the way back from a long day of biking along Lake Shore Dr. We were seated promptly however it took 10-15 Min after being seated before we were acknowledged by anyone. Finally a server stopped by and asked if we’ve been taken care of, we weren’t in his section but he had noticed we had been sitting a while with no drinks or silverware. He could sense my irritation especially with 2 hungry kids in tow but let me tell you that Carlos turned around what could’ve been a poor experience for us. Even though we were not in his section he took care of us; got our drinks, silverware, took our orders, even sent a manager over to chat with me, he went above & beyond. They were attentive from that point on and provided more than we expected. This is the way to recover a bad customer experience. Thanks to Carlos & Matt for taking care of us!
It was our first time there but I think they were under staffed but the manager was very accomodating and for that I would return once Covid has ended.

good They have the best Chicken Pot Pie!!
In the past we held meetings over lunch and everyone on our committee was
satisfied. They had to do separate checks but it didn't faze them
Service was great. The food was not the usual quality from Claimjumpers. Our breaded lemon parmesan zucchini appetizer tasted odd and was breaded with plain bread from, not with panko. The chicken fried steak had many bites that were gristle.
Food, service and value are consistent and exceptional!
I love it so much probably next time dessert included thank you or next week
It was our first time there. We were celebrating two birthdays. Our waitress, i so wish I knew her name, it was hard to understand with her mask on.but she was absolutely amazing!! The food was good, though the portion size of the lobster BLT could’ve been a little larger. My husband is a big eater and he left hungry.
Overall we’d totally come back. Thanks for a great experience ❤️
A great spot for kids. didn't care for their tri tip steak real chewy not tender. Other than that I enjoyed my meal
It was nice... service was amazing and they made my daughter feel special on her 21st birthday! Our waiter was very attentive and fast!
Food and Service was good
The prices are great for the quantity of food. The dining hall was spacious and set up for social distancing. We had an excellent host that was pleasant and accommodating.
Despite a relatively few customers due to the pandemic, service was still excellent and food was the right temperature with good taste.
This is a great place to eat with large portions. Service is great . Hostess are usually great but not this last time. Showed up with a reservation on time and was seated 20 minutes after that . Walk ins were coming in and getting table before I was.
We had been to CJ previously and thought we knew what to expect. While trying very hard to consider the COVID 19 related challenges, we are unlikely to go back. We made the reservation on Open Table partly because the CJ website promoted a free appetizer for doing so. We arrived a minute or so before our reservation time yet had to wait 40 minutes for a table. Poor attention to detail as I assume the Open Table system allows certain times to be eliminated if the restaurant cannot handle the traffic. In the meantime, a party of two (same as us) who arrived 25 minutes after us was seated immediately. "They called us directly" was the reason we were given. And in another slap to the Open Table system, we were never offered the appetizer. Only house wine was available and just a few beer choices. Ok, I will sort of buy the COVID excuse here. Just don't go now if you are expecting something other than a basic drink. My specialty sandwich was good, not great. My wife's entree salad was doused with dressing, quite unlike the photo. In keeping with the general theme, we waited 25 minutes for our food which were both simple dishes. One would think, knowing they were not on top of their game and offerings were limited, the food would be discounted to encourage business. Our server was nice and even apologized after asking if we had to wait to be seated. Apparently that is a standard thing right now.
Food was good and our waiter Johnny was amazing! He was doing double duty as bartender and waiting the tables on the patio. He did everything possible to make our dinner everything we wanted it to be. Even though he was crazy busy he was pleasant and smiling!! Nothing was too much bother for him!!

It appears they were understaffed the night we dined in. We waited 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Meanwhile, the front end staff were overwhelmed with carry out orders. The food was good, as usual and their prices are reasonable. We’ll be back but not if we’re in a hurry to eat. Oh, they were out of most of their beers. That was disappointing
Food tasted okay. No complementary bread with marinara sauce as advertised on line, service was very slow, took almost 30 minutes to get my drink order.
