We went for the mothers day brunch. Food was ok. We always had to wait for things to be refilled. Not sure if it's worth the 45 dollar price tag. The service on the other hand was WONDERFUL!!

I can't say enough good things about our Mother's Day Brunch at Claim Jumpers! We had a reservation at 10:30am and we were seated at 10:30! This is unheard of on Mother's day. The buffet food was very tasty, with a nice selection. We also had the bottomless mimosas, and our waitress kept our glasses full. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

Went to celebrate a birthday, it was noted, but never acknowledged by any of the staff. Disappointing. The server was efficiently disengaged. The kind of server who is neither nice or rude and does a "fly by" of your table while asking if you're ready or how everything is... She took the drink order but we had to flag her down. Once she delivered the drinks she turned to go but we had to stop her so we could put in order. We said we'd like to "start with..." and she asked if we knew what we wanted for entrees. We did & ordered. 30 minutes later ALL the food came out within minutes of each other, apps & entrees. Our entrees sat, getting cold, while we ate some of the apps. No one, including any management, offered to take them back to reheat, make a fresh plate, nothing. Not once did a manager ever stop by the table to "check in". After we flagged down the server to get boxes, she conveniently had the bill ready to go. Just very disappointing. I grew up 10 minutes from the original Claim Jumper and worked for them as a server & trainer. My how the times and standards have changed. Its sad about the caliber of services businesses are willing to compromise and accept.

I've owned and operated a high-end steakhouse for almost 50 years and retired three years ago. Claim Jumper has been a standard for quality with value for over 30 years! I started bringing my family there because it pleased everybody and I go there now with my great grandchildren who are always content with some thing they order off the menu . We had a waitress Michelle, who was very attentive, yet not overbearing and detailed to the point where everybody had what they wanted. I recommend this place highly for Foodies too...

I have my review low because the waitress had to many tables to deal with. Ignored us after she got more busy. Waited 20 minutes to get a Togo box and the check. Then she kind of threw the Togo box at us. Sorry my son gave you a small tip but he was in charge since he paid. It was too expensive for 3 people we spent over $200. Won't be back.

Food service was quick and efficient. Appetizers were quickly delivered to the table and entrees were properly timed after the appetizers were finished. The only negative was the bar service was slow. We got our appetizers before our drinks were delivered. However, the server advised us of this and that the bar had a backup of drink orders. Prices for steaks seemed higher than competitors. We have visited here before and will return again.

Easter 🐣 We booked the table and it said we would get a menu or could have brunch for $45 We wanted to order from the menu and we were told not till nail after 2 PM Open table never said that ! There's no where else to go on a holiday las minute so we stayed and had a mediocre meal! Not worth the money and they charged extra $17.00 for mimosas! This was not at all what I signed up for !

Both the Easter brunch flyer on the Claim Jumper website said "Plus Unlimited Mimosas" and the flyer on Open Table said "Plus Unlimited Mimosas. After our table of four had one or two mimosas, we were charged an additional $17 per person. I have copies of their flyer and the Open Table flyer. I complained that we weren't expecting an additional charge, but they just apologized and we had to pay $45 for the brunch, plus $17 each for the mimosas. I complained to their corporate office that I wanted the money back for the mimosas. But have yet to be reimbursed. I feel it was false advertising. I did notice that their upcoming Mother's Day brunch flyers have the $17 charge added for mimosas. So at least they corrected their mistake, but did not honor their original Easter flyer, which made it look like the mimosas were included. The food was good, but not the misleading advertising.

Went to Easter Buffet. Was very expensive. No cold plates for desserts or salads, they only have warm ones. Food was not very good. Usually I would say Claim Jumper is great, yet I will never go to another buffet there. For 3 people, was almost $200. Yes I did add bottomless mimosas to mine, orange juice was nasty so didn’t even drink one. Desserts tasted stale. My daughter is 12 and was charged for an adult, not sure why my husband didnt mention when he paid. Guess we just wanted to leave. He regrets going, has had stomach issues after eating there, glad I didn’t eat same food.

Claim Jumper is perfect for what it is. The people were very nice. The bar is stocked . There are a lot of dense, high-calorie, delicious comfort food items on the menu. We had a pizza - which was good. The atmosphere is bright with lots of seating around the bar, big picture windows, and sports on tv. This is basically an upscale TGIFridays.

After being seated the waitress in our area was completely ignored us. After almost 20 min I flagged down the manager and he took our order. Then we noticed others being seated in our area that she would help. The manager got a other waitress to help us. Then I noticed something I wish I didn’t . There was a elderly black couple sat across us to the top right and our waitress who was Hispanic helped them as well. Then I became painfully obvious the first waitress in our area did not want to assist people of color. I will never go there again it is so frustrating and awful to see people who work in a restaurant be able to treat customers like this in this day and age.

Staff doesn’t offer bread. I asked why and they said you have to ask. So stupid. I didn’t know until every other table got bread. Went for happy hour , couldn’t sit me by the bar it was full. Would not honor the happy hour price because I was not in the bar area. So stupid again

We had an awesome Claim Jumper near Summerlin here in Las Vegas. For some reason a couple of years ago Claim Jumper was replaced with a Chick-Fil-A. (Not really an even trade) The Claim Jumper we had in Summerlin was nice and cozy being divided up into small dining areas having fireplaces with a nice quite home like country feel. Since they demolished our Claim Jumper, I've been missing it and was excited to go again when we booked a reservation on the other side of town at the Henderson location. I can not tell you how disappointed I was. It was much more like a large dining hall. It still has the country feel, but nothing cozy like what we became accustomed to. It's a venue that truly revolves around a large scale feed the masses kind of thing. The food was outstanding; however, anything that is Steak or Beef is extremely overpriced! Also, the service was not great. Our waiter was a senior gentleman that was fairly new. We had a $100 gift card that got confused with someone else $25 gift card. It never got resolved. Also, our drinks never did get refilled. We were just 4 friends getting together to enjoy the evening. No special event or anything and our tab with tip ended up being $400. I would have to say for the experience we had the cost was double what it should have been. I can't say we will be going back - but if we do, we for sure will not be ordering steak.

We had the best waiter!! Dylan (Dillion?) was so attentive and knowledgeable! He truly made us feel welcome and helped celebrate our friend’s birthday with a surprise birthday cake and well wishes! Such a fun time!
