We've been to Claddagh a handful of times. This time was not a good experience. The food was way off. My wife's fish was raw and cold. I had the trout; no flavor; the potatoes were not cooked very well either. By the time they remade my wife's plate, we were ready to go. The waitress forgot about us too. Seemed like an abnormal night for Claddagh. Not sure if they changed cooks recently. We were surprised.

This restaurant used to be great. The food has been mediocre for the past few years. An Irish pub shoul d be able to deliver hat fresh and crispy fish and chips, it was cool, and soggy. Not great. Nice beer selection but not good food.

Went for the Monday fish and chips special. Food was outstanding and service was as well. We will definitely be back on a regular basis!

Best Fish n Chips I've had in years!! Service was a little slow at times, but the friendly & knowledgeable waitstaff more than made up for that. Would definitely recommend.

We had a nice wait person for our party of 6. It went well. We had an appetizer, drinks, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The quarters were a little snug being in a smallish room but overall we enjoyed the warm and friendly staff and atmosphere, good food and drinks.

The server was great. Dip not order the roast beef dinner, great flavor but tough and fatty. They replaced it with stew which was very good

For New Years eve, I wanted to make reservations for 8 but was told that they didn't have room at this point for 8. I reduced it to 6. They had room for 6. When we arrived, we were at a table for 8. The food was really good. It arrived quickly and was hot. The server was knowledgeable about the beer and wine list . She was also very delightful to interact with. It was a good place to go and wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Have been here several times & it was good. This night the fish & chips were barely warm, and were soggy. The breading was not crispy as should be & chips not edible. It was a slow, quiet Sunday evening 5 hours before closing & adequately staffed. The server was very good but the food (reason for being there) was prepared as if no one cared. When asked at the end of the meal how it was & told waitress about the food she said she'd talk to the manager about it. She came back with a card good for one free dessert. Seems two desserts or a 50% comp would have been more in line with the situation, since we couldn't eat half of two meals & the the remainder was substandard. We really like this place so will write it off as an off night & hope for no such repeats.

We went for a breakfast with Santa and they didn't even have a kids breakfast menu and were unwilling to alter or substitute any of the regular menu items to accommodate us. Had to pay $1 extra for blueberries on pancakes but then there was only a few on top. It was very cold in there, they had space heaters in a few places I noticed but none by us. My eggs benedict was the worst I've ever had, eggs were overcooked and overall super dry with barely any hollandaise sauce. Would not recommend for families and we don't plan to go back there again as adults either.
