   Wasn't happy as I ordered a dish and then wasn't told until the food came out that they ran out of ingredients and it was going to be served with chips which I didn't like. Ordered second lot of water and never received it. Husbands chips were hot but ribs and chicken were cold.

   Service was quite pleasant but the food was nothing more than average. The chips were horrible and the chicken was nothing that I couldn't have gotten from a BBQ chicken place for $10. My partner had pork ribs and the meat was tough, did not fall off the bone at all. Overall had an average experience and I would not go back or recommend to a friend.

   Authentic southern USA experience. The wine list needs a serious rethink. Cord bread would be way better than the dinner rolls.

   Our first time eating at CJ.S Crab Shack and definitely not our last! Completely satisfied and delighted with the atmosphere, the food and the service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and are looking forward to dining there again.

   Dissapointed with the service. Took half an hour to bring us our drinks, which came after garlic bread. Seemed as though we were forgotten. Food was large quantities and nice though.

   Nothing, I am never going back. The food was very tasteless and lack lustre, very watery seafood. When you pay $15 to have a bug on your steak, you expect an amazing piece of seafood not a dry old bug! They don't even have their own special fries, just ones straight from the supermarket, as they are cheap and the plate was covered in them, to look like you have a lot of food, quantity never beats quality

   Great food, lovely service and the staff didn't make us feel bad about being a bit late for our booking. We were the last to leave andf unlike other restaurants where you can feel them push you out the door the staff remained friendly and helpful. Seafood was gorgeous, and enjoyed by all.
