Great food but it took over an hour for it to come. When we asked after 45 minutes after ordering it wasn’t really a helpful answer we got and quite cheeky. Luckily another lovely member of staff helped us out and gave us money off the bill to accommodate for the inconvenience.

Food was different class pizza was brilliant the base and crusts are unmatched with any other pizza in uk and the peccorino shavings add a bit of extra!

We went to Civerinos to celebrate a birthday and i have only good things to say about the place. The food was amazing great size choices of pizza and loads to choose from on the menu, everyone really enjoyed the meal. Our server Kayleigh was outstanding! She made sure we had everything we needed and made sure our food was perfect she was truly lovely! She also brought out a dessert free of charge to our table for whose birthday it was! This was such a kind gesture and truly made all of our days. We all will be back and will be recommending this to lots of people !

I hate giving bad reviews, very rarely do as I don’t like being a Karen lol but this place was really poor and a big let down as on their Instagram the pizza looks amazing. Ordered 4 different slices to have some variety, they all came out looking as if they’d been sitting for hours. Very dry, stone cold and very tasteless, some of the worst pizza I’ve had honestly. Also my friend ordered a frozen aperol spritz, it was too frozen and she couldn’t drink it through the straw so she asked if she could replace it and have a Diet Coke instead. They took the drink away and no one ever came back with a Diet Coke. Also when we first got our table, my friend sat down and it was wet with a cloth on it. Just not a great experience at all, maybe the Edinburgh ones are nicer but I doubt I’ll be back here. Franks and Paesano smokeeees

Had a bit of a nightmare with service, had to wait about 45 minutes for food and some was pretty cold when it came. Got drinks and sides off so was only 19 pounds so can’t complain about the price but was a disappointing night there overall.

It was a lovely sunny day and they had ran out of frozen margaritas which was very disappointing as it was only 5 o’clock. Then the pizzas arrived which were very mediocre to say the least. One of their new pizzas had 2 small pieces of Italian sausage on it. We later heard the server telling other customers they had ran out of Italian sausage so they had clearly been rationing what they had left on our sorry slice. I’m certain real NY pizzerias would be embarrassed to find out that this is Glasgows representation of them. I wouldn’t return.

The pizzas are tasty, when they arrive, it is just a matter of all the other things. The service was slow in parts and rude. The food was very slow waiting 45min for a pizza after it was ordered was surprising, as they gave us the chips after 15mins, just odd, we had kids and so did other tables as it was mother's day you could see a few frustrated and puzzled looks around. The management were a bit headless chickens. I had bought £100 worth of vouchers at Xmas and their IT was not picking it up. Provided evidence and was made to feel as if I was in the wrong. I use to love this place but as with all places, they are on the slide downhill. Good luck I hope your experience is better than mine.
