Went for brunch around 2pm. Place was nice with plenty of tvs on the wall to watch. It was a nice day out so they had the windows open to the outside, which also allows the bugs to make their way inside. I ordered the mimosa flight which was good. For a meal I got the Mothers Little Helper. The food arrived and mine was cold which was surprising due to it being a slow time to eat. The food was completely lacking in flavor, everything was bland except for a light hint of smoke on the pork belly. Portion size was decent though. Service on the other hand was excellent! Everyone was helpful and our waiter went out of his way to make sure we had a nice time.

Sadly. Service was a bit slow even though they weren't too busy. Food took a while and wasnt hot. We did get replacement fries!

This was our first visit to City Works. We enjoy their nachos, two pasta meals, and their smoked meatloaf. The nachos and meatloaf were great.

We've been to City Works several times before. The food is quite good, portions are take-some-home large, beer selection is large too, service is always pleasant and excellent. The only negative, but it's a real one, is that the space is *very loud,* and the 'background' music (which intrudes into the foreground) doesn't help at all. But we're old...the younger customers don't seem to notice or mind. The noise level won't keep us from coming back, but it's a problem.

Great restaurant. Everyone in my family loves the food and atmosphere. My only feedback is to make sure that all servers really understand food allergies and the menu. When we share that my son had a food allergy, our last server said something “should be fine” which isn’t very reassuring. The most helpful restaurants have a binder with an ingredient list that can be consulted. Or, send out food with an allergy flag that says that the meal is ok.

I will never go back. Shellfish allergy going to charge me a $1 for coleslaw. Spicy margarita which I had there several times: just plain out sucked. Pull pork sandwich no taste and chicken wrap was all lettuce. Should have gone to Jersey mikes

Great location. Serice is timely but not overbearing. Great menu selections and food was professionally delivered, and well prepared. It is a large space but not overly noisy. Easy to have a conversation at your table without interruption.

We meet friends here every couple of months and really enjoy the wide selection of beers; and the food is very good and consistently prepared. Good value. Our 1 criticism is that the music is loud and makes it difficult to converse comfortably. Please lower the volume!
