    The waitress was awesome and attentive. Most of the food was delicious. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the flatbread pizza, it was like eating off a dry cracker. Otherwise, great. Good cocktails.

    I had a reservation for ten on saturday evening June 14th. We arrived and were immediately met by a hostess that was EXTREMELY rude. When we requested a table outside, it was clear that this was an inconvenience to her. Once seated the service by our waitress was mediocre at best. It was mentioned that this was a birthday celebration. None of the restaurant employees even acknowledged that it was a birthday dinner. It was also noted in my reservation that it was a birthday party. It began to rain while we were finishing our meal and our servers comment was “It’s not my fault it’s raining”. Never was any attempt made to get my group inside and out of the storm. Therefore our leftovers were soaked by rain and we were unable to take them home. I was very disappointed in the way we were treated at my birthday dinner.

    I enjoy the food here and service is typically pretty good but it’s always very COLD regardless of time of year/season. I always bring a jacket but still cold. I don’t like to be uncomfortable when I eat so I don’t come here as much as I would otherwise.

    I brought in a very large party for a business lunch. They were able to accommodate us all at one table which was wonderful. Our server arrived promptly to take orders and given the number of meals, we did not wait very long for our food.

    Great service and menu with a reasonable number of choices. The kitchen made changes to items upon request, which is always appreciated. Only feedback is to have a few more Sours on the menu - only one available among their 90 taps - fruited beers don't count :)

    The service was outstanding, very attentive. The beer menu was good, a lot of choices. The food on the other hand was average. The pulled pork on the Cuban was very dry and they burnt the inside of the bread making a very dry sandwich. Others at the table said the burgers were dry, flavorless and not cooked to requested temperature.

    We highly recommend dining at City Works in downtown Pittsburgh. Our server was Angelica, whose very name reflects the quality of her service. We had a reservation and were promptly seated, greeted by Angelica and given as much time as we needed to consider the extensive menu, particularly of beers and ciders which Angelica patiently elaborated upon for us. The food was tasty, well prepared and generous though not overwhelming portions. Angelica was attentive when needed and even gave us great recommendations for things to see and do in Pittsburgh, which we followed the next day to our delight. We will come back to this restaurant.

    Had a nice dinner before a concert. It was busy with a lot of groups. We were served quickly. The food was hot and good. Will keep in mind for future trips in the Cultural District.
