The service was amazing and the recommendation were brilliant.
First time and last time visit of this restaurant. Food: bland, tasteless, greasy and over priced. We were greatly disappointed. Waste of my time and money. Will go elsewhere when we want a bite of good food.
City works far exceeded our expectations. This is not your run of the mill “sports pub”, this is an elevated beer garden: sports bar. The food was really great. Our server Sydney was phenomenal, she had great manners, was lively, caring, attentive, made recommendations, everything you would want in a server. The establishment was very clean and took COVID precautions. We will definitely be returning.
Good food. Outdoor seating was a real plus. Our server Darren was terrific.
Food was way too spicy! Even the kids meals. Ordered kids ribs and had to return because bbq sauce was too spicy. I had mac and cheese with Chorizo and jalapeños and it was so spicy. The jalapeños were cut so small and all you could taste was heat.
Betsy was a great server
Great beer list and awesome food.
Average American fare... beer selection was the best part. Food was subpar.
I celebrated my Birthday
Overall The food was great. The cauliflower appetizer wasn’t what we were hoping for but it was tasty and not too spicy. The kids ribs were an excellent option.
Chicken tacos had great flavor and taste.
Food was OK. A little pricey which is normal in Disney springs. Service and food took a little bit longer than I would like but was not awful.
Celebrated my Birthday here. Delicious fish tacos and baby back ribs. The service was exceptional!
Mostly reasonably priced. Food was good but not outstanding. Don’t visit here if looking for a quite evening. Server was attentive but not overly so. Off season would be the best time to visit.
We have dined at City Works several times now for brunch and have loved it. Sadly Saturday was a fail. Our server was simply awful.
Made are reservations at 8 got there had to wait in a walk up line a additional 15 minutes they need to separate people who already have reservations then had to wait additional 45 minutes to get seated then we found out they gave are table to a different party. When you have kids it makes it a long night but are waitress was very attentive and friendly she was great
Went to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day very enjoyable. The waiter was attentive and friendly I would recommend this place. If you park in the orange garage it’s a close walk.
Fun dinner at Disney Springs! Nashville Hot chicken was H-O-T!!
Great staff...great food!!! Will be back
Great place.
Josh was fantastic
The host was incredible! So helpful and able to answer all of my questions!
Our waitress was awesome! I would defiantly go back and recommend to everyone! The pie hop was amazing!
Busy, sports bar. Indoor and out dining. Bar food. Pricey, but it’s Disney!!
We loved this place - we ate lunch outdoors on the patio. Food was delicious - my husband who is a reuben sandwich aficionado said the reuben was one of the best ones he had had. Child friendly. Great beers. Our server, Andrew, was amazing and attentive. Would eat here again (and drink)
We arrived about 10 minutes prior to our reservation time, and were seated immediately. Very friendly staff, from the hosts, to the servers and the management. Food was absolutely delicious, and priced competitively to other Disney-area restaurants.
We accidentally spilled some beer on the table and a server noticed it happened. He quickly brought over some towels and a 4 oz glass to replace the split mess. The food was tasty and service was quick. We had a reservation, which helped with our wait time. We were sat within 10 min of arrival. If you're coming from Disney Transportation station, be prepared for a bit of a walk since City Works is in West Side.
Great food and atmosphere. Audrey, our server, was awesome. Will be back.
Very pricey for what you get.
Brunch food was good. Cooked and seasoned well. Large portions. Beer selection was good and waitstaff very knowledgeable.
Great service and food as always. Rotating craft beer select and flights. Housemade Sangria, Mimosas, and Bellini’s— but the spicy Bloody Mary stands out! Part meal, part drink with thick-cut bacon, hard boiled egg, thin tempura onion rings, and blue cheese stuffed olives. Management and service stand out; they are always busy but there’s never a wait!
I would expected much more from this place. The food was like bar food.. beers were ok.. not bad but I wouldn’t go back.
I enjoyed my meal and the overall experience. This restaurant has as an upscale sports bar feel to it, yet it was still relaxed. There was a big TV that can be viewed from virtually anywhere in the room. I ordered a meal called Mothers little helper. The portion was average and the food was well seasoned and full of flavor.
Our server Alexss was excellent! She should be recognized for her outstanding service.
Great place and the food was fantastic
Very impressed, nice sports bar in Disney springs. Food was really good and not overpriced considering location. A lot a great beers to try. And great service, our server Nicholas was awesome. Friendly and helpful. We have added City Works to our must go list for next trip
Great meal
We were in CityWalk for Brunch. It was good food but it took longer than expected to get our food. The Manager was attentive and apologetic. We would definitely go back.
Great experience and food, with excellent enforcement of Covid safety guidelines
Great selection of beers. Breakfast options were awesome. Attentive staff
Short rib hash was a small portion, very little short rib. Beignets were replaced with mini donuts despite the menu online and in print on the menu. Donuts we're undercooked, eggy and tasted like french fry oil. The chocolate dipping sauce was like Hersey's from the bottle. Stuffed french toast was tasty and a huge portion. Breakfast tacos lacked seasoning but we're fine and a good size portion. Potato casserole was like a cheesy sage gravy. Overall it was a fine brunch but nothing special and the menu descriptions definitely oversold what we actually got.
