It was fine. But the hostess did not ask if we had a seating preference - high top, booth, table, inside, outside. She just led us to a high top even though all types of tables were available. Very limited lunch menu.
Nice evening out.
Salad was very good. However, I ordered the salad with ahi tuna. The tuna was prepared previously and the only option was “seared.” I did not enjoy the tuna.
The restaurant is located across from the House of Blues. We sat outside and were able to enjoy the live music from the House of Blues.
Great food and draft beer selections!
We’re locals and have tried all of the restaurants in Disney springs, this place is hands down the best! The food was so flavorful & fresh, we were told that they have a scratch kitchen and they proved it with outstanding quality of food. Our server Dante went above and beyond with his service and attentiveness!
We will be back for sure!!
The host team was welcoming and quick to get us seated upon check-in, our table was a little awkward, but not a big deal.
Nat was super friendly and helped with recommendations as we had never visited before.
The food took a little longer than I feel it should have, but the restaurant was busy, and I understand sometimes it happens. My only criticism and it's really just a personal preference - more glaze on the cinnamon bun. :) It's delicious though!
Overall, it was an amazing experience and we will be back!
Great atmosphere to watch a NFL game. Staff was very friendly and brunch was delicious. Would recommend
Food and service were excellent
Low on certain items on the menu due to supply issues
Please don’t make a reservation it is misleading I made a 6:45 reservation and waiting until 7:30 to be seated. What made my experience was the waitress was excellent and the food was good.
Our server, Kaitlin, was outstanding! Helpful with suggestions and very responsive. Food was very good, and the setting was just what we were seeking for TNF.
A great atmosphere with fantastic food and drinks. Our wait staff was amazing considering how busy they were. Will be back!
Food wasn’t good. Service just alright. Wish we had picked somewhere else.
Waited an hora and a half for entrees. No acknowledgement from server or management for delay. Waste of my time and money
Food was outstanding tho a bit pricey even by Disney Springs standards. Biggest hiccup was that we arrive at 5:00 for a 5:15 Open Table reservation and they made us with till exactly 5:15 even tough there were tons of tables available. Didn't get that at all. Sat outside and listened to live music at House of Blues which was outstanding.
Heard great music from House of Blues across the way
Our first order of wings were undercooked and cold in the middle. Server (Dante) who was excellent immediately handled it and exchanged them out for a fully cooked order. Very nice place to dine at within Disney Springs.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Disney Springs. The food and service is ALWAYS consistent and the atmosphere is perfect! Highly recommend this for a low key Disney Datenight!
Server was very friendly and attentive
Had a reservation & had to wait another 30 minutes for the table. The waiter was great. Came right over for drinks and was attentive. Waited 35 minutes just for appetizers which came out status quo. The waited another 45 minutes for salads. The manager came over to say there was a mix up with our order. Apologized. Credited us the amount for salads. There was barely any lettuce. And some chicken on it. Overall the food was not worth the cost! Typical Disney food!
Loved our lunch at Cityworks!! The scratch kitchen wins again. I tried the fish tacos and they were HUGE and delicious. We also had the pulled pork sandwich which was flavorful and moist. Amazing variety of craft beers and great, relaxed atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and really friendly. Overall A+
Always a great experience!
Natalie (Nat) our server was amazing. She kept drinks full and consistently checked in on us.
What a great way to spend a late afternoon! Although we are not huge craft beer fans, their selection is superb for those that are. The cheese curds are a “must” and the entrees are varied and good. Service by Kaitlyn was superb! We never felt rushed, and we never waited for a thing.
Our server Micheal was incredible. He made the experience. Will be back just to see him.
Food was great!
Excellent service. Management quickly on top of minor error and followed up to ensure our satisfaction. Alexis is excellent service, recognized our timing throughout meal.
Good experience and kid friendly.
Greeter and seater could work on customer service. Server was wonderful.
Great meal, great atmosphere, great service.
Definitely a hidden gem at Disney Springs.
The food was excellent. Highly recommend the Queso, Tinga Taco, and Filet Sliders. We also had the peanut butter Snickers pie and it was excellent as well.
I enjoyed the drink and menu options. I would recommend this restaurant if your walking around Disney Springs.
Great place to watch Monday night football. Good apps and meals. Great customer service! Large beer and drink selection!
Lunch with friends from out of town.
Better than expected! Thinking it was just another sports bar but the food was excellent. Ordered the Buffalo Shrimp and out comes 5 large lightly fried/battered shrimp on top of a light blue cheese sauce with blue cheese crumbles. Wings were chili dusted and grilled served with both a side of BBQ and Carolina Mustard sauce. My bowl of Chili was almost as good as mine: chock full of ground beef and steak flowers with Chipotle peppers. No beans, as true chili has no beans!
Wanted a burger but was full from there bowl.
Large HDTVs rounded out our experience: perfect for Sunday football.
We enjoyed our visit at City Works. Compliments to the chef! Pasta was very delicious this time. Sara W took a great care of us, very friendly and professional. We will visit soon again. Thank you.
Great, casual, fun, atmosphere! Good food too ;) Best fried pickles ever….
