Excellent food, more than enough choices for adult beverages
It was our first time dining there. Our server was very helpful and attentive. We ordered the queso for an app. It was spicy but really good! We also ordered the smoked mac and cheese and the fried chicken sandwich. The mac and cheese was a huge portion and took most of it with us. The fried chicken sandwich was good but a little too much pickle flavor for me. I also ordered the Space Dust IPA and really enjoyed that! We would definitely go back.
Food was great, solid whiskey menu for a beer place, great staff and a small bag to put your mask so you didn’t have to put it on the table!
Good restaurant with quality food. Service was good and the server knew the menu as well as large selection of beers. We will be back!
Was a good experience. Lots of choices on tap as well as specialty cocktails. Food was above average.
Food and service was amazing. Best food we had on Disney property during our trip. Great fried chicken sandwich and Tex Mex Mac and cheese!
Music from band at another restaurant was a little loud (we ate outside) but we will definitely return on our next trip!
Great sports bar at Disney Springs. Much needed!
Server was great. My good was not to my liking but all 7 other people had best burgers ever. So it was me, but I'll definitely go back again.
Great service and great food. High prices but on par with all other restaurants in Disney Springs.
The food was incredibly delicious with whole fresh ingredients. Surprised me with the quality for a restaurant that looks and feels like a sports bar. I came for Rock n Roll Brunch on a Sunday afternoon and loved every bite of my Love Me Two Times. I had my eggs scrambled with goat cheese and I highly recommend it.
We were there for brunch and I have to say the French toast was phenomenal. Everyone at the table enjoyed my breakfast!
Service was excellent, however, we felt food wasn't as we expected and certainly more like bar food. I would not recommend any red wine on the menu.
The Rock n Roll brunch is fabulous! I definitely recommend the cinnamon bon and the beignets!
Great food and application of safety precautions to ensure safety and COVID protocols
Great atmosphere, wine with a beaker, loved it! Great choices of beer on tap. Food was disappointing. We ordered the chicken nuggets, fried pickles and chicken tacos. Please up the batter on the nuggets and the pickles. I’m always looking for great crispy fried chicken. The tortilla on the taco was soggy which didn’t enhance the taco at all.
Our second time visiting this restaurant. Love the beer selection. Great variety something for every beer drinker. The food was great both times with one exception this visit. We ordered the filet mignon sliders and requested them to be cooked medium... when we got the dish the filets were very rare cold in the center. The waitress agreed it was not right apologized. She also brought us some chips and salsa on the house while we waited for them to cook us a new set. End the end they made all correct and we considered it well handled. Will happily return to this establishment
Food was great, atmosphere was awesome and our server was outstanding.
What an awesome place to go eat! The server was absolutely amazing. He helped with every aspect of the menu and all the drinks and food were great! Especially the Snickers Pie! Will definitely be going back to try some more of the craft beers.
Food was amazing, wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will visit again. Fish Tacos were my favorite, beer selection was mind blowing!!
Scheduled a time, and still had to wait for 15 minutes, didn't eat much of my brunch and my daughter didn't eat anything from her plate. Wasn't asked of the issue. Slow service.
Great service and clean. So many beer choices
Service could’ve been better, food was great! Waiter was a little difficult to understand. We had a different person other than our waiter serve our food. Waiter could’ve been more attentive.
Excellent food, service and ambiance. Wide selection of draft beers with over 90% from American small breweries and most of those from Florida small breweries. The few imported beers were mostly the commonly known/requested ones, ex., Guinness, Heineken, Stella Artois, Peroni, etc.
Alcoholic drinks definitely not the Disney watered down drinks. You could actually taste the alcohol. Here you get what you are paying for and not a glass of mix.
Food menu is typical pub menu; but, food itself is definitely not typical brew pub. For example, Fried Pickles were fresh pickles lightly fried with tempura batter and seasoned to perfection. Definitely not pre-frozen. Ordered sauce on side and did not even use it.
City Werks accepts Tables in Wonderland; BUT, please note they do not add the standard 18% added by most Disney venues that accept Tables in Wonderland. Please remember to add a tip based on the original receipt, not the final receipt. Need to remember your server, else we could lose this venue as one that accepts Tables in Wonderland.
City Werks will definitely be on our list of venues to visit when at Dizzy Springs.
We had a great meal and fantastic service while watching playoff hockey. Walked right in ahead of our reservation time and was able to request three TVs to watch our city’s sports teams. Great casual atmosphere with upscale food and an unreal assortment of beer. We will definitely be coming back!
food was too salty to eat. Good service recovery, though.
Service was slow. Extremely loud... more like a upscale sports bar.
Forgot that I was in a sports bar as the food was so good. Even the vegan Kung Pau Cauliflower was creative and delicious. Nice outdoor seating area too.
I’ve been to an other City Works location and was excited to try this location in Disney Springs. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were ridiculous. The kids meals resembled adult plates. Our server was cordial, but not very attentive. It took a long time to put our order in and then to get everything out to the table. Once it was there it was great. The person who brought the food to our table was more attentive then our server. Overall, it wasn’t bad- just not what I expected.
Great meal and service outstanding. The brunch menu is our favorite.
I really had high hopes for this restaurant, but between the limited choices, the bland food and the mediocre service, this place was a bust. I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money because it’s pricey and certainly not worth it.
Undercooked pasta and too much dressing in the salad....
Ordered same dishes as usual. Caesar salad and pasta. Salad was drowned in dressing. Pasta was undercooked with too much sauce. Unpleasant experience.
Service is great. Everyone is attentive and professional. Usually food is better too.
Service was a bit slow especially for how quiet it was, but Bryan (I believe was his name) did ok overall. A/c was out for our first experience but the food was good, and beverage selection great. We’ll definitely return.
We ordered food and watched games. They were very attentive to cleanliness, even gave us a bag for our masks when we were seated. Big portions.
Amazing craft beer selection, great appetizers that far exceed bar food. We went twice during our stay. They make the items in house. I highly recommend the pickle chips, but I dipped them in the mustard bbq sauce instead of ranch.
Christian was an amazing server! He was so kind and very attentive! We would go back just to have him as our server again!
We were on vacation and trying something new. The service was great. The food was amazing. Would definitely recommend and go back! 😎
We made a last minute reservation via open table as we hadn’t planned anything for dinner this night of our stay at Disney World. We were greeted, quickly seated and our server was excellent. It was our first time there and we narrowly escaped the rain so we had some time to burn. Our server took the opportunity to walk us through there concepts and elaborate beers selection on tap. We had a couple flights to try several. His recommendations were excellent, the kids food as well as our fantastic and prompt. Would highly recommend city works!
If the service gets better this place will be great. Staff was friendly but everything took forever and got messed up. 20 minutes for water, 60 minute ticket for burgers. Manager comped the meal that was in the worst shape. I bet things improve in the next couple months.
Food was ok, great selection of beer, service was poor
Our daughter thanked the server as the kids menu had actually real options.
Food was really delicious as well as the beer
