This was a great experience. Guests were scattered around the restaurant to maintain social distancing. Disposable menus were provided. Servers were masked as well as food runners. Besides al of that, the food was delicious! The King Pao cauliflower was so good my husband ordered another just to take home!
The chicken in the Mac n cheese had that reheated chicken taste, but the rest was great.
Had high hopes after reading reviews. Unfortunately, the Disney Springs location left my family and I wanting more for less. Understandable that our visit was during COVID-19 reopening, but food was flat, service was slow, and prices were steep. The ambiance was decent, again with COVID, and I’m sure this place gets rocking at full capacity.
Overall, nothing wow-ed us, especially for the price of admission, and this is taking the fact we are on Disney property. Would I go back, maybe if some invited me for a beer. On our own, nah, probably not.
Did have a bang up beer list. The only saving grace.
The burnt orange old fashioned was amazing, as was the service, the the food was not great at all (taste, quality, and presentation). I can think of a dozen other places I would have rather eaten, and spent way less.
My family really enjoyed City Works. The food and service was excellent and everybody was properly spaced according to CDC guidelines. Overall, City Works is a fantastic restaurant!
The food and beer selection is fant
It was our first trip and we were there early. Kaitlyn served us and was fantastic. We tried the popcorn chicken for an appetizer and we both got burgers. I had the side salad and Tiffany had the fries. Food was delicious! We’ll be back.
We had a large party, who dined at City Works. We were accommodated without any issues. The service was great and the food was fabulous.
Felt comfortably social distanced and food was great!
Our server was fantastic, very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable ordering gluten free. The salmon was probably the best salmon I had ever had, easily one of my favorite dishes at Disney
The service was great, and the atmosphere is always fun. The team is doing a great job with social distancing precautions.
We have dined here several times and they have done a great job with reopening, even with the limited menu. Food was very good, except the Nashville hot chicken bites. We did express these were inedible and the manager was attentive and took care of it right away. Great beer selections. We will definitely be back
Excellent service, delicious food, and we felt safe from COVID. Can't wait for the patio to open! Will definitely be back!
I ordered a mocktail because I am pregnant. A very long story short, the waitress brought me a cocktail with peach schnapps in it and tried to tell me it was just a comfort level thing.
I’m not sure why anyone would risk drinking while pregnant, but that is your choice. I didn’t appreciate her making that choice for me and then blowing it off like it wasn’t a big deal, and still charging us full price for a drink I didn’t order or drink.
Amazing! Service was incredible! Food was yummy!
We had brunch. Fantastic!
Great service at table. With reservation still waited 25 minutes for table. Great beer selection.
Knowing that this was a new restaurant and that it was located in Disney Springs, we had some inclination that the bill would be high, so no real big surprise there (but it was ~ $200 for 3 adults after tip). That being said, the mimosa flight was super overpriced. $30 for 4 small mimosas that were mostly juice, was disappointing. One of the flavors selected was so sweet, we had to send it back. Thankfully, our server was accommodating and allowed us to switch it out.
The food we ordered was good, however, I think there could be a few modifications that would have made our experience better. We ordered the cauliflower appetizer, which was delicious, however, it came with 2 innocuous-looking peppers on top. When we bit into it, it was EXTREMELY spicy. Peppers that hot should NOT be served with food without a little heads up or notification. It took several mins for the heat to subside (after being spat out). Additionally, we ordered a brunch frittata and though what we received was tasty, it was not a frittata. More like a flat egg white omelet with arugula and goat cheese on top.
I probably won't be back, but they do offer a 10% discount on food for annual pass holders, so if you are going for the massive beer selection they offer and food, I wouldn't try to dissuade anyone from trying City Works either.
