Our waiter was great!! Wish I could remember his name🤪
The food was excellent, great service.
Food was good and beer list was broad, our server kept forgetting the order and one person went without foot or beverage for over 30 min while we ate ours and only got it after asking several times more. May have been a one off service issue, not sure
Visiting Nashville, a good dinner spot.
Food is terrible. Before we ordered we heard someone else tell another table that they weren’t impressed with the food and she was right. My husband and I both had a few bites of our food switched and both hated the others. It was bad
Our server was fantastic! Our party of four split a variety of appetizers. The tacos were good but the Nashville hot chicken was terrible. Overall it was a mediocre experience.
Mediocre food. Service was ok. But served as purpose of feeding us.
We had an amazing server and the food was fantastic. A must try are defiantly the wings and hushpuppy appetizers.
Excellent!! Zack was our server, and he was terrific!!! Very fun Mother’s Day brunch!
Fantastic Brunch with great endless Bloody Mary’s!
Mother’s Day Brunch. Meals were just OK. Won’t go back for brunch again. Menu was small snd meal quality was mediocre. Place was not that busy either.
City Tap House never disappoints. The food is excellent and so is the service.
Great if you like shrimp & grits! And, there's a large choice of craft beers.
Perfect service and food
The restaurant was empty yet service slow, they were rushing us to order as the kitchen was closing at 8 pm for dinner
The whole experience was mediocre
Expensive parking as well
For the most part the service and food were good, but they forgot to bring out our appetizer. We ordered it and waited about 30 minutes and then our actually dinner arrived.
Yet another great experience at City Tap. We had Easter brunch here and Mikayla was outstanding! The food was great, the atmosphere was awesome, and our service was top notch. City Tap is always on my list when I visit Nashville and I highly recommend any day of the week!!
Two signature items not available for Easter Brunch? Pecan French Toast and Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese... very disappointing. Then the chicken sandwich came out and no pimento cheese (had to ask), and when they brought it it was more like mayonnaise flavored like cheese and not true pimento cheese (bad). Only thing saving a one star was the beermosa. Not a return. Definitely other better options.
honestly awful - server was horrible, food late and cold, had to beg for napkins and silverware.
Server was terrible took 2 hours to get our food on a Friday nig it. Forgot our salad, said he would get a salad for us on the house and it got delivered to our table AFTER we got our checks! It was terrible we will not be back. Food was average and drinks were fine.
Made a reservation for 9 pm on a Thursday through Open Table. When we arrived, the host said the kitchen was closing, but he "could get us seated." I told him the hand-printed sign near the door said they were proud to serve the full menu until 11; he said that was on weekends. However, someone had obviously put it out that night for display, and no days were indicated on it. I suggested they not take reservations at 9 if they close at 9, and he admitted they closed early "because of the rainstorm." Meanwhile, it was dry outside and a thousand people were walking up and down Broadway. We went to Merchants, where the food, service, and ambiance were awesome.
I had a great experience. All their servers are so welcoming and friendly.
Great brunch experience!!!
Drove into Nashville and stayed a night on the 24 hour drive to the northeast. I’ve been to City Tap’s in other cities, and can say that much like the one in Philly, this one doesn’t disappoint. Great vibe, great location, and the server was welcoming. Their menu is limited compared to normal due to COVID, but would definitely stop in again once Nashville is back in its full, post-COVID glory.
Went for my 30th birthday and our waitress was amazing! She shared drink recommendations, food recommendations and overall she was awesome!!! Mikaila was her name and was so awesome!
Good place for a casual get together. Food is always good.
I just want to say you have a gem in Eunice! Your restaurant was short staffed tonight due to the storm and you would never know it because of her! She was a rockstar along with the other waitress that was there tonight. Both of them deserve huge kudos!
Bar food. Best thing we had was the hummus.
Great food but the music was too loud to have any type of conversation
Was glad I made reservation as it is needed everywhere in Nashville. The food and drink selection was good. Everything was good with exception of service. Seemed like the waiter was way more attentive to the booth with the young girls than with my table. Food was a little slow to get out but not bad considering the place was crowded. I would go back again.
The restaurant we had reserved for Super Bowl Sunday closed last minute due to a Covid outbreak amongst its staff so we had to switch venues last minute. I called City Tap House and they were above and beyond accommodating. We had a party of 8 and although they were completely booked they ended up moving things around and gave us a private room with a large screen TV for the game! Our server was extremely sweet and we all enjoyed our food. We will definitely be going back!
The menu was super limited which was not on the website. So we didn't know until we got there. The hostess was a little off putting but the waitress was amazing! The food we ordered was very good.
Way overpriced. Our server was excellent but he was about the only redeeming aspect of the experience.
Awesome experience overall! GREAT service (manager, host & especially our waiter - Josh), FUN Buffalo Bills restaurant/bar, great variety of food - especially for a sports atmosphere. I’ll definitely go back!
Our server didn’t really seem to care. Rushed us to order food and after we got our food order we didn’t see hit again for a long time.
The pizza had way to much seasoning dumped on top.
Loved it! Wings are always amazing, and the Green goddess salad was perfect. Also crispy Brussels are good and the avocado turkey sandwich is highly recommended.
Brunch was great!
Our server Zach was really great. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Nashville
Great place to watch sports. Employees are a little irritated you are there but will begrudgingly bring you your food and drinks. Food was good, not great. Like the location because it’s a little off Broadway
