We had a reservation, and our table was Directly in front of the door. It was 37 degrees outside. We asked if we could move tables, and told no. Restaurant was not full, and the table behind us stayed empty the entire time. Otherwise, Food was good, & server was very attentive.
The smaller size lunch burger hit the spot perfectly. Great selection of beers to accompany the flavors.
My coworkers and I wanted a casual relaxing place with good food and that’s what we received. Pork belly fried rice was very good as well as the shrimp and grits. Though they have a bar it was surprisingly quiet. Would definitely go back the next time I’m back in Nashville.
My husband and I were in town and decided to celebrate our anniversary here on a whim. We could not have been happier with our experience. The food and service were both excellent! The staff also congratulated us with a glass of champagne and a dessert. We could not have asked for a better night, and we look forward to coming again when we are in Nashville! Thank you!!
The bottomless mimosas were phenomenal! They do only have a two hour limit on the bottomless part though however, our server informed us about this and told us in plenty of time. Great service in the bar and great atmosphere!
Food was good but disappointing that they were out of certain items. Server wasn’t terribly attentive thought and restaurant wasn’t to busy. Could have done better.
It was great for preds pregame
Wonderful restaurant! Great good and amazing service. Fun ambiance.
This visit was before a Sunday afternoon Symphony but also at the same time as a TN Titan football game. The noise level made it a little tough to have a conversation but that was expected. Service and Food and Value was appreciated. Good kid's menu.
The only reason I give it a one and the rest 4 starts is the receptionist there was VERY rude. I had reserved a table for 12 people, called to reconfirm and she said we would have to sit at two different tables. She even said that I didn't call to confirm because I would talk to her. I showed her on my phone where I called.
The server did a great Job, food was good and pricing good as well.
Good draft beer selection, not very busy on a Thursday night with a hockey game going on 2 blocks away (we came in AFTER the game started, and presumably, after the rush). Both had ravioli with goat cheese and granny smith apples which was something unique and quite good! Split a big hunk of pecan pie with vanilla ice cream, which was good, but not served warm as we'd hoped. We'd go back, and actually have been here before, shortly after they opened.
Really enjoyed the burger and the French Dip was huge! Will go back.
Fairly empty and service was slow.
Fourth time here and good service for the first time
Server was friendly and attentive
AWESOME Service - (as always). We were running late for an event at the Schermerhorn and were 15 minutes late for our reservation. When we arrived, we had 50 minutes to get to our event. The hostess seated us quickly. I explain our situation to the server as she took our order. She sped everything along, got our food order escalated and made sure we had our bill early. We ended up having 20 minutes to stroll over to the Schemerhorn and find our seats before the show.
Table was ready when we arrived. Server was great and food was delicious.
They didn’t have the first 4 things we ordered off the menu. Total disappointment all around. The food we did get was just ok. Waste of a meal in a town with so many good restaurants. Would not recommend.
Getting together with family and friends for Auburn Football with the Greater Nashville Auburn Alumni Club!
Corn dip is amazing if you’re ok with spice and our waitress was very sweet!
We always find the food and beverage choices are great.
I went to the City Tap House because I read that they had an extensive beer selection, which lived up to its billing. Lindsay brought me two samples, which helped me decide on a Wicked Weed Pernicious IPA, which was hopped to my liking. I had the Grains and Greens Salad with Chicken with my libation. If you want to see a wide variety of microbrews of every style, go to City Tap House!
Super beer choices, great food, awesome atmosphere! Will return one day when back in Nashville.
Everyone's food was great (party of 6) we ate early 4:15 and were able to visit at the table which was a plus!!
A new favorite!
Awesome spot just off Broadway...food is delicious, they have an extensive beer list, vibe is cool and relaxed, and the service is friendly and attentive...the crab/corn hush puppies are my favorite bite...our servers, Tiffany and Ivy, are 2 of the sweetest and personable servers you will ever meet...would recommend City Tap House-Nashville to anyone
Great location. I had Mustard Salmon and it was a bit over-cooked, but was good. I will definitely go back.
We made a reservation on Open Table for 11:30 PM, as we had just got out of an event, and when we arrived at the restaurant there was no one at the hostess desk. When we finally walk over to a waitress she tells us they closed at 11:00 and she doesn’t know how we were able to make a reservation for 11:30.
Server was very attentive, ambiance open and airy and food delicious!!!!
We were there for the Auburn game. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Food was great and came out pretty quickly. The place was even decorated for Auburn which was very much appreciated.
Good solid dinner. Not the best we had in Nashville but still yummy with good service.
Great selection of beers to choose from. The pretzel/pimento cheese appetizer was tasty and loved the mustard sauce. Check out their rooftop lounge.
We had a wonderful lunch with great food and great service. A gem in downtown Nashville. In and out in about an hour. I’ve been several times and have always had a great experience.
Food was wonderful!! There was several football games going on so it was pretty noisy. Our first glass of water was really warm. But we asked for ice and the next round of water was much better. We were a large group and they did really well with us and splitting the check. Everyone was friendly and they had a deal going on that the Bride got her meal free so it worked out wonderfully.
Very, very loud.
Restaurant was really neat looking, fantastic location, excellent service, and amazing bar. Everyone was friendly, as well. Unfortunately, we both got the Hot Chicken (in downtown Nashville....) and it was terrible.
Server was very attentive, polite and friendly. Noise level was a bit much for us. They were already out of Baked Oysters at 5pm and that's why we pick going there. Wings were great. Hushpuppies were awesome. Beer selection was fantastic.
We had a large group of 8 and we were able to get in and get seated quickly and had time to eat and enjoy our meal all within an hour.
My fiancé loved his hot chicken sandwich but my mussels where barely edible. Maybe it’s my fault for ordering seafood in a landlocked city? Either way the service was great and they had a huge selection of beers and the fries where good. Not a bad experience but not a fantastic one either.
Outstanding service and even better food. We celebrated a Bachelorette party, and not only were we taken care of well as a large party, but we were also even given complementary champagne! Would highly recommend this restaurant to all.
