Greatest chicken pot pie on planet earth.
The service was phenomenal- our waiter gave us space, but also answered any of our questions we had about the menu or drinks. He even brought us 2 different types of wine to sample because we couldn’t make up our mind!
The food was average, but the ambiance made up for that. Our only complaint was the low backs of the chairs. It was hard to get comfortable. Loved the lighting and decor though!
New Years eve
Family enjoyed our nye dinner. Accomodating to the young members in our family and adults still had a good party
Always great food and service. And we could bring our puppy it doesn’t get much better!
The ambience is nice and service good. We were there for christmas dinner, ummm, food was odd. A strange mix of things that really didn't go together. A chef being too inventive I think.
Went for Christmas brunch. Menu was the normal menu. Food was good and service was good. No complaints!
It was open on Christmas Day for breakfast and we were treated well. Small menu but food prepared well.
Food was undercooked and could have used a little more presentation
Food was outstanding- drinks were delish and great menu. Service was attentive and not pretentious.
Burgers are AMAZING! Service, drinks, and atmosphere were all incredible. Definitely worth a visit and I will be going back to try the other food.
The food was mind blowing and we enjoyed every bite!
Went here for a quick business lunch. Nice ambiance, fast food service and nice staff. Not busy and easy in/out. Will come again.
This was an enjoyable experience. I will definitely return to City Mouse. The small plates were varied and delicious, not typical but not overly eccentric. The food was prepared perfectly and it was fun to split an array of choices. They were healthy, fresh and not overly heavy or greasy. We had enough between us to feel full and satisfied. The waiter gave excellent explanations of each dish and was attentive and responsive. it was quiet enough that we could converse easily.
This was a nice location for a group holiday lunch for 5 of us. Casual, good food, comfortable ambiance and the service was very attentive. We were a little disappointed by the dessert choices and didn't order any dessert. But otherwise very nice!
The brussel sprouts and kale salad was outstanding. Sounds like just another salad, but they shaved it and mixed it together very well. The sherry viniagrette was very good. Also, a generous portion of chicken was included. The breakfast sandwich was large, but nothing special. The prices were high -- almost $30 each with no dessert or appetizers.
server was passionate about her/his job and definitely was judging my cuisine knowledge
THe experience was much better than I expected. Food was interesting yet tasted good and our waiter Brian was exceptional in terms of friendliness, sophistication and knowledge of culinary topics. A very pleasant evening!
Wonderful brunch with such a cool vibe.
It was Thanksgiving so there was a special Thanksgiving menu. I would have liked more choices and think it was a bit expensive for the meal. The ambiance and service was wonderful. I would surely go back for a regular dining experience.
Had to make last minute plans for Thanksgiving, this place came through nicely! Great atmosphere, and the food was really good! Happy I was able to get my Thanksgiving Turkey dinner!
Great take on traditional Thanksgiving fare with nice variety. Portions were ample. Loved the smoked green beans and buttermilk, stuffing and turkey. Apple crisp was a light alternative to pie. The service was outstanding and friendly. A new favorite restaurant for us when we visit family in the neighborhood.
Loved the food. Room was a little loud.
Went to have a nice night out with our toddler which can be hit or miss but this was delightful. It was slightly upscale but loud enough so we didn’t feel like a distraction. The booths are super convenient and they had a kids menu and crayons. Food was great and moreover the service was spectacular. Waiter made a perfect drink suggestion and helped us navigate the menu really well. The busser even washed our kid’s from-home baby fork after the meal which was really considerate.
Good but not great. The food was on point, the service was decent and the decor was nice but it was dead and it is so big that it felt empty. I would go back, but it didn't blow my socks off.
The room was a bit too "energetic" (I would say "loud") even at 5:45 on a Wednesday. I can't imagine trying to have a conversation at 7 pm on a Friday or Saturday.
Wait person inattentive, didn't know the menu (a surprise knowing we've seen the same person before, therefore not new), smelled of smoke. Drinks were delicious and manager did apologize for mistakes and food order delay. New menu eh.
Joy -- the waitress was great. Her knowledge of the food and great enthusiam was contagious. Food was very good too.
It was a fantastic evening for a girls night out. Our waiter could not have been more fantastic. He knew the cocktail menu and dinner menu backwards and forwards. He described each drink and dish perfectly the only problem was trying to decide which delicious items to order.
As it turned out the food was as good as the description!!!!
Will surely return!!!!
Surprised at the menu change - expected the old menu from our many visits in the past. Change OK - miss the menu items we loved.
City Mouse has great ambience. The server we had was really terrific - quirky sense of humor and stuck around to listen to my friend talk (on and on and on ; ). The food was delicious, I just don't happen to like the "order lots of small portions" style of dining. Their amuse bouche was $5 and it was a single piece of cheese. : 0 Love the location across the street from Google, but there's a lot of construction right now so finding parking can be a pain.
Great ambiance/ space. Airy and open.
Food was incredible and our server was also amazing. Will definitely be back
Such a great experience! We had a bigger party and so we were in a back private room which was so cool, we got to play our own music, and got such great service! Our server Brian was very informative and knew the menu very well, making great recommendations! Can’t wait to come here again!
Went for brunch and received great food and amazing service. If you're a good local, there may be a little treat for you, too.
We had a group of 5 so we got to share several items on the menu. The chef's innovative twists on simple dishes like burrata or carrots were fabulous! And the sorrel sauce with the salmon was outstanding!
Great food and the service was awesome! Nice atmosphere and its located in a great hotel
Service was slow. Food not so great. Cinnamon roll was hard and dry; I requested toasted bagel it came burnt waitress came back to ask if we wanted another round of drinks. I said yes. My friend said no BUT SHE BROUGHT TWO DRINKS AND LEFT SO QUICKLY THAT WE FIGURED FINE.
Food was fine. Nothing spectacular or must have. Service was pretty bad. Waited a long time for some pretty simple dishes. A table of two who arrived later than our table of 4 got their food before us and paid their check before we even got our food. It was very interesting. The server was friendly and personable but seemed as though she had a million other things more important than us.
