Extremely disappointing brunch, overpriced, undercooked, no issues with the service, I always eat here for dinner and it is always excellent , first time for brunch, won't be back for this meal. Numerous other places in WPB for brunch at better value. First bad experience with Big Time Resturant Group so I will give them a pass for other meals

We had a wonderful time before our comedy show at the Improv. Our waiter was fast, cared about our showtime and ensured we had a great meal and great time.

The overall experience was great. The server was very attentive. Even though it was Valentine’s Day it was not busy at the time we were seated and not when we left.
We had calamari which was ok the. My wife had the filet mignon and I had the lamb shank and both dishes were very tasty.

Well my first impression of the restaurant was excellent ! Food was amazing but the waitress Kelly , very professional but lack zeal ! When I told her it was our first time at the restaurant she didn’t explain very much about the restaurant or the menu ! We all have the impression that she didn’t want to be there , but that’s OK we all have days like that ! It must be a personality trait ! Some people don’t belong in the restaurant Industry ! If you can’t leave your problems at home and you bring it to work people sense that! Don’t get me wrong this isn’t a bad review it’s just an honest one.

This restaurant is very well located in the middle of City Center. We were seated in the section adjoining the patio - very pleasant. Great food, the coffee is also excellent. Only complaint: no peanut butter at brunch! But not a reason not to return

A nice night out. Place was very busy, without reservations the wait was 20-30 minutes. Our server was attentive and knew the menu. Had a pear salad and grilled salmon entree. Both were very good, quite tasty. The wait between courses is what turned a five star experience into four stars. The kitchen just couldn't keep up with the demand as every table was full. On the positive side the menu had many choices including discounted bottles of wine, next time we will Uber there and sample the wine selection.

I will try again in April when it should not be as busy. Please understand that it was a great time it just could have been a bit better.

Our go-to restaurant when we are in town. Delicious food, great selection of seafood, pasta or meats. Something for everyone. Outstanding wine list as befits their name.

We sat out side under cover and watched of the Grammys while enjoying an intimate special occasion for two surrounded by other groups and we’re not interfered with even remotely. Great service, with minimal interruption… But extremely attentive wait staff! We even commented after the meal that it was one of the better customer/server experiences we’ve had in a long time!

This was our third time at City Cellar and the best visit overall. The food has been great all three times, but the first two times we were sat in the booths by the bar and the service from the bartender who was clearly busy making drinks and probably shouldn't have been given a table to serve as well left a lot to be desired. We decided to give it one more shot for Sunday brunch and got seated in a nice booth. Our server was new and still training, but he did an amazing job! Friendly, gave us great recommendations, treated us well and made sure we had everything we needed. Our party included a friend we hadn't seen in a while so our table sat for almost 3 hours and never once did he or the server training him make us feel like we had overstayed our welcome. We loved our experience and will definitely ask to sit with him in the future!

Menu choices are excellent for brunch/lunch. Quiche was a little cold but sent it back and got a piping hot one that was very good. Server was great - available when we needed him and scarce when we were talking. Over all great experience

City Cellar is one of my favorite restaurants. It is on the pricey side, so I usually go on special occasions. The food is always excellent as is the service. The restaurant is located at CitiPlace in downtown West Palm Beach on the second floor. Being at CitiPlace makes it easy to combine a good meal with other activities (movies, shopping, bands, etc). City Cellar has indoor and outdoor tables. The outdoor tables overlook the CitiPlace courtyard with the band stage and is a great place to listen to the music and "people watch". I always eat outside when I go to City Cellar. I highly recommend this restaurant.

With the lights on and fans spinning so fast it caused a strobe effect that made one of our guests sick by the end of the meal. Slow down the fans outside please ...

All was good except for our service from our waiter (James). He would literally disappear, or he would skip our table all together and go to another table instead, that we flagged down another waiter to help . We had to wait for service, called out for him and he still would not hear us or acknowledge us.

We ordered the brunch City Cellar Breakfast New Years Day. The hostess was not happy to be there. The waiter, Josh, was personable and efficient. Food was tepid and the sausages, cold and funky. Of course, the food was overpriced. The local diner does better for $10 total, truth be known. CC is probably a better place for people who drink their breakfasts. I didn't complain because I vote with my feet.
