We took the family there to celebrate our sons birthday. The service was great, our meals were delicious, and the food was 1/2 off because of a summer special they were running. All and all, a very enjoyable evening!
I recently spent my 25 anniversary at the Citrus City Grille. From the moment we arrived we were treated very well, and the food and ambience was great. The service was amazing and the whole experience was very romantic. I would recommend it to anyone~
Food was amazing but service was slow. We were greeted initially and then completely forgotten about. Food helped offset the experience and all other times I’ve been here have been better, service wise, so thinking it was an off night.
We enjoyed our evening here. Food wash great, although it was a bit noisy inside.
Really you raised your brunch price to $40? That is far too much! No longer worth it.
The delicious food and excellent serviced were rivaled only by the happy vibe in the restaurant!
The summer specials that the restaurant had, which were the striped sea bass and mushroom ravioli were amazing!!
Great food and nice to sit outside.
Each course was wonderfully prepared and plated. Great wine list. Attentive but not intrusive service. Recommend a reservation.
Best Sunday brunch around... every thing you could possibly want ... plus made to order eggs Benedict with a perfect Hollendaise sauce ... and omelettes to your order... seafood, prime rib roast ... ham... bbq ribs! Plus champagne... Bloody Mary’s ... go enjoy... it’s on the approved vendor list for sure. Service is excellent!
We enjoyed our meal, but it just wasn't up to Citrus City Grille's usual standards. The weekend price fixed menu options were a good deal. We will go again. I am hoping this was just a hiccup wit the food prep.
The Chilean sea bass and the chocolate soufflé are to die for. Highly Recommend for dinner and brunch!
I would recommend Citrus City Grille to a friend who doesn't mind a lot of noise inside the restaurant. I enjoyed the meal and the service, but the sound echoed and was too intense for easy conversation. I might try patio dining next time.
I ordered a beef dip sandwich, and it was a bit pricey for the quality, but the ambiance is part of the experience.
The location is great, right in the heart of picturesque Old Town Orange.
The food was excellent and the dinner special was a great value.
A little noisy but good experience overall, service was very good
I asked for a tablecloth as i was on a date with a hot guy. and they were very happy to place one on my table. We had a great date and were able to get handsy under the table thanks to the tablecloth
We will def be back as it was an unforgettable evening
we had a great dinner with friends. The food was great, everything about dinner was fantastic.
Delicious food, attentive service in an aesthetically pleasing environment. Quite noisy inside but the patio was pleasant.
The food here is amazing!!!
Went there for fathers day brunch right at opening, the hostesses did not seem prepared for the amount of guests that had reservations at opening, 2 parties were seated before us although they checked in after us... Took too long to be greeted by a server. Good was delicious for a buffet
We moved away from Orange about 2.5 years ago. We came back for a visit and it was unanimous that we go to Citrus for dinner. Great food, martinis, and service.
This is the embodiment of a tourist restaurant. The place is extremely big with a noise level to match. The food is the kind you buy at wholesale outlet and the price is if it was made by a top chef. This is not what I expected from a restaurant in the City of Orange.
A favorite neighborhood place for dinner or drinks. The food is top notch and the service spot on.
Food good as always. Waitress was very accommodating, taking care of our special requests easily. My wife had the Chilean Sea Bass - was very good. I had the Swordfish special - it was excellent. And, of course, the Grand Marnier Raspberry Souffle - the best in OC! Definitely on the expensive side, but well worth it.
Food and service was excellent. I love their menu, it never disappoints!!!!
Always great food and service.
The food and service was wonderful!
Quality and taste lower than the what you pay. Taps is much better in every way.
Always an amazing time! Food was perfect and as was the service.
Such a wonderful spot for elevated dining without being too pricey. Wish there was more outdoor seating space. Service is outstanding as is the food.
Citrus City Grille is always dependable for great service and food. Parking is a bit difficult around meal times so plan for that.
Always a great place for dinner. Service is always as good as the food.
Great food and great service! My family enjoyed everything!
We have become "frequenters"! Grilled octopus and Chilean Sea Bass never disappoint. Great wine list, genuine service.
I love the option of outside seating. I teriors are beautiful.
Food was satisfying.
It wasnt crowded, yet service a little slow to our needs.
We love this place. When it’s crowded, it’s noisy, so we try to go during the off-times. Food is great, service is friendly and professional. They’re happy to accommodate special dietary needs.
Love this place it’s the best Sunday Brunch in town!
We usually have the sea bass, it wad cooked to perfection since I like mine medium. The risotto came out lukewarm, but m our server immediately brought over a fresh serving. Great service.
Love the location and vibe. I was there on an early Friday night for dinner with 5 family members. We have all eaten there before. Tonight, we ordered the calamari, salmon, filet, pork chop, chicken and shrimp and scallops. While the calamari appetizer and my salmon were very good, everyone else’s meal was way overcooked. The fillet, pork and chicken were so tough and tasteless. The side dishes were tired and uninspired. The sweet potatoes with the pork were charred. It was an expensive and sad affair. The service was very good. The decor is lovely and classy, but the food needs some serious help. Although we have been there many times, I’m afraid I cannot afford to go back.
One of my favorite places to go for a nice dinner near the Chapman University campus. Excellent food, good service and a nice wine list by the glass.
