Everything was great! The food was amazing, service was excellent.
Extremely delicious food. Top notch. Don't miss this place if you are staying at the hotel. Worth every penny.
Fantastic experience across the board. They went above and beyond to make us feel special on our 10 year anniversary. Thank you so much!
Always enjoy the food and ambiance here. I try to bring all my friends and show them there are other choices than the ones on el Paseo.
My favorite place! Good food, great service and beautiful setting!!
Everything was great, except for the menu. It didn’t offer many choices and was too limited for our liking. It didn’t have a wide variety. And I don’t think I ever got my opentable points. There was no front desk to check into, and the lady who helped me didn’t really know what she was doing. I never got a point confirmation from opentable.
MY DAUGHTER AND I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR RESPECTIVE DINNERS.
THE FILET MIGNON AND SKIRT STEAK WERE VERY GOOD.
EDGAR, OUR WAITER, WAS PERSONABLE, EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL
WHEN IT CAME TO VEGETABLE (ROASTED CAULIFLOWER) AND DESSERT CHOICES
(VANILLA CAKE). IT WAS LOVELY DINING ON THE PATIO RATHER THAN INDOORS.
The first impression was wonderful as I had not seen the restaurant since it had been remodeled. It is now open and very inviting. The 3 choices of lunch were all appealing and our salmon dish was very good although the salmon was overcooked. The lemon mustard salad dressing made up for it! Then the waiters changed or took a break and we had to wait and wait for our dessert and finally had to reorder it. Well we received a very dry pound cake drenched in rum with a small scoop of coffee gelato and a half strawberry and one blackberry. But what we ordered was a date semifredo so something obviously got translated incorrectly. By this time we both had to return to work so we just paid our bill and left. Would not hurry to return!
Great onsite restaurant at the Miramonte. We were able to sit on the patio with our dog too. Major plus for dog lovers! Food and rinks were good as well. It was pretty mellow for a Friday night, I imagine that’s because a lot of travelers were still arriving for the weekend. All in all it was good!
I just love the ambiance at this restaurant. It is so beautiful and so comfortable...especially on the benches with the lovely cushions. The service is wonderful!! It must be a great place to work as everyone seems happy to be working there! Last, but not least, is the food. I’ve ordered almost everything on the menu at one time or another and have loved it all. If you are looking for that elegant, serene place with great food and service....this is it!!!
The manager handled all of our request and our server was fantastic for our group of 8 for Mother's Day brunch!
Good cocktails and the food was fresh and fast. Bolognese Pasta and Tomahawk pork chops standouts as was the Date cake
Food was good waiter was terrible
Took a long time to get our food
Waiter just wasn’t responsive just bad service
Miguel was very nice and polite
Great patio setting—tasty sandwiches// Edgar was a great sever, EXCEPT, either server or management failed to acknowledge a milestone Birthday—which had been noted on the OPEN TABLE reservation request—-The main reason we use OT, is to facilitate communication with the restaurant. J
We were pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of food presented. We were especially surprised and happy to be able to order your special mangalitsa dish - it was excellent.
Lunch on the patio was lovely. My favorite hotel restaurant in Indian Wells.
Great food and drinks.
Had brunch on New Year’s Day. Slow to replenish buffet items.... ordering through waiter for omelets and waffle confusing and served when still on first buffet serving... need better plate service removal between courses..
Tasty and fresh food, again too confusing, well priced
New Years eve
My daughter and I had Christmas Day brunch here and it was perfect.. the buffet was well stocked and very good.. service was polite and cheerful .. had an extra mimosa outdoors by the fire pit.. !!
Most horrible expense for holiday dinner.
Everything that could go wrong with the dinner was wrong .
Had reservation months ahead of time. When we came they said there is not table for us. Restaurant scrambled to get the tables.
The worst part I'd thr attitude of the staff. Restaurant manager and waiters.
We were visually upset that our holiday dinner went wrong. No, I am sorry. No, let me compensate you and offer you something. NOTHING .
We ate dinner. I have called ahead of time and agreed with manager that there will be 2 special options for people who don't eat from prefx menue. When we can over the restaurant told me they dont have anything for us. After calling manager they were able to find the special order.
After all that trouble the food was barely edible. They delved us a dish that had eggs and it was still raw.
Attitude and food quality is so bad.
I cannot belive my xmas dinner was ruined like that.
The Christmas Eve dinner was mediocre, the food was cold l and the service was terrible. We have been previously for a lovely Easter dinner and after suffering through our recent experience (Christmas Eve dinner) I don’t think it’s the same restaurant. It was absolutely terrible.
The food is INCREDIBLE. So fresh, so tasty, so totally enjoyable. My guest and I also loved the little table for two. The service has always been super, and you can't beat the prices.
Food was overpriced and generally nothing special. The green bean appetizer was the highlight of the meal. Overall, I find most things in the Indian Wells/Palm Springs area way over priced.
The food was good, however there weren’t labels on everything to know what the food was. Staff weren’t properly monitoring the food table, as I had to ask for silverware that weren’t on the serving table. Service was lacking; when we were seated our server did not come to us for 10 minutes. That was only after a bus boy politely asked us if we would like some water...he then found a server for us, who finally took our order but rarely checked on us after that.
Service was excellent and the food presentation was nice but food itself was very poorly cooked and seasoned-very bland. Would not recommend.
My husband & I were very disappointed when we arrived at Citrus & Palm to celebrate my birthday. We made a reservation the day before through Open Table & received a confirmation. When we arrived the restaurant was closed. The man who greeted us knew we had a reservation but did not try to contact us to let us know they were closed. He offered to feed us but the last thing we wanted was to dine in an empty restaurant! We feel someone should have notified us of the situation.
Enjoyed a nice quiet lunch with my friend. Always pleased with the food and service.
My friend and I had a lovely lunch in a beautiful setting with a lovely view of the patio. We shared the Chocolate dessert that was yummy! 💕. Our waiter was attentive but not intrusive and let us sit and chat long after the other patrons had left.
When I arrived on time for my reservation made on Open Table, the restaurant was dark and not open.
It’s okay not great
Our experience was AMAZING! My husband and I went here for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food. If we lived in the area, we would certainly be back!
Good food, good service, good value. We used to come here when it was the Artisan Kitchen, and it has definitely improved. We had the summer 3 course fixed price dinner - good value, including a glass of wine.
Each of us (4) had awesome lunches - the food is FRESH, crisp, delicious, colorful, wonderfully presented and the SERVICE was out of this world. I had not been to the Miramonte for lunch in a long time, and I plan to come back regularly. I will LOVE showing Citrus and Palm to my business colleagues and impressing them. I also look forward to eating outside when the weather cools down. THANK YOU Citrus and PALM. You made our day!
Food was amazing! We were so impressed with the whole evening...can't wait to go back!
Chef Paul was cooking and every thing he sent out was incredible. We are from San Francisco and have a thriving foodie scene, this rivals some of the best and certainly a top choice for Palm Desert! The restaurant has been recently designed with an elegant casual but comfortable vibe. Not a bad seat in the house. Be sure to have the Cauliflower Tostada and the Stir Fry Snap Peas. All of our entrees were also divine!
Great variety and beautiful presentation, and beat of all delicious! Prices were very affordable - would definitely be back!
Miramonte sent a mailer offer to local zip codes and we thought this was a good opportunity to try a place that has not been on our local dining radar. It was a special occasion, the place is close, it seemed like an elegant dining solution for a weeknight. We walked in to Citrus & Palm and nobody was present to greet us. We walked around the hotel lobby and tried again a few minutes later and a server came scurrying out from a service area to tell us we could seat ourselves. There were no menus available as the bigtop a few feet away (party of 20+) had all of them. The apologetic server told us she would ask the manager to print more. About ten minutes later menus appeared and the server explained that the wine list was half off on that night. No wine list anywhere. Another ten minutes go by while our server attends to one of her other 2 tables, which with the bigtop are the only diners in the house. Finally cocktails were ordered our server explained that she could try to locate a wine list and we declined based on the seemingly disorganized and chaotic structure, or lack of might be a better description of this hotel dining room. We quickly ordered as we noticed the bigtop had not yet placed their order and we thought it wise to have our order fired before theirs went in. As we watched multiple service errors, a complete lack of timing and teamwork as evidenced by entrees sitting in the window with staff looking at them and walking by, including the person that we assumed was the manager. To be fair our server was genuine, authentic and clearly had a great attitude but received no help from the manager or maybe she didn't ask which made us wonder about staff training. The food however, was stunning! The salmon and the steak were beautifully presented and skillfully prepared and very much enjoyed. Bravo to the gentlemen in the kitchen who had their part figured out. There were errors on the bill, including being charged for a glass that never came. Anyway . . .
Great deal for Restaunt Week! Wine should be included in more promotions.
