   Diverse menu with interesting choices. The French Onion Soup is outstanding. The tuna entree is so good I've had it twice. Never been disappointed.

   All is fine . Food is very slow out of the kitchen??? But good.

   It was our first time visiting the restaurant and we enjoyed everything about our visit. The service and food were excellent. Their outdoor seating is quite lovely and comfortable. There were four of us and everyone enjoyed their dinners and we shared two wonderful desserts, the crème brûlée, and the chocolate brownie. We will definitely return!

   Really enjoyed a delicious lunch with a friend today. Tried the chicken salad & soup of the day which was blue crab & corn chowder. Everything exceeded my expectations and I will definitely go back.

    The restaurant is casual, classy not stuffy and very relaxing.  The service is always attentive to detail and accommodating in every way.  The food is always absolutely delicious!  Cistern never disappoints, always something very special to be enjoyed.  can’t wait till our next awesome dining experience.

   The dinner was delicious and presented beautifully. Our server, Bobby, was very attentive and explained the specials. Lovely dining experience

    Our bartender Mike was very attentive during happy hour. We dined outside for dinner. I recommend the beet salad, and the tuna plate. It was a beautiful night for dining out on the the screened patio.
