   I went once and had horrible service but wanted to give it another chance. The ambience is great and the restaurant has so much potential, but they really need to work on their service. I was there with a party of 10, and I understand waiting on 10 people may not be easy, but there were so many mistakes, 1 of the people had the wrong dish brought to her 3x, she ended up just ordering a drink and that’s it, yet her bill had a 20% gratuity added for just 1 drink. Unacceptable. Our food and drinks took a really long time. I decided to go to the bar to order a soda since it was never brought out but even at the bar I couldn’t get any help. The bartender just ignore me. I will not return and do not recommend until they get better staff or at least have more servers. They also changed their menu and the food was not that great. The dessert was even worse.

   Went last night for a friends birthday! Our server Farzana (sp) was awesome! The music was good, the food was good, the vibes were 💯

   The overall experience was ok. Making reservations shouldn’t matter at this establishment because you’re never seated at the time you requested. This place has the potential of being great if they hire more hosts or have hosts that’s strictly there to seat patrons.

   High quality service for an early dinner seating until the end when the restaurant filled in. Suddenly the number of servers was nearly too small to pay the check.

   This restaurant is gorgeous to look at but it can't decide if it's a fine dining establishment, a club or a sports bar . When we arrived for dinner the floor was actually still dirty from brunch with sugar and chips and empty straws on the floor .The menus were sticky. . The music is very loud The service was indifferent , we waited ten minutes for sparking water which was warm when it finally arrived and we had to ask for ice. The menu is fine as far as it goes but the other issues make you not want to go to spend that kind of money. I can go to IHOP for sticky menus or.Buffalo Wild Wings for burgers and loud music and be fine. But if I want a special evening out I want it to feel special and this ain't it

   We dine here about once a month and usually enjoy it. This time the hostess and the server were clueless. Polite and friendly but had no idea about the new menu, got our requests wrong. Brought the wrong drink. The steak here has been fabulous since opening but it was overdone, thin and flavorless. Could either have been the server but I heard there is a new chef.? Server also disappeared after taking the orders which made things worse.

    Terrible experience 50 for all you can eat but got 90min to eat got to pay a extra 30 for a bottle of champagne rushing you to hurry the lightskin waiter was so rude I wouldn’t recommend it gives very much money hungry the grits was nasty wasn’t all the way cooked just to much neither was the French toast very soggy in the middle
