Welcome to Citi Terrace!

We are a unique and trendy restaurant, bar and lounge located in Canterbury, High Street. Our talented chefs have created a fusion menu with a twist, bringing you different tastes from around the world in every dish and for those with a sweet tooth, we bring you delicious desserts including cakes and ice cream.

Our executive drinks menu includes illy coffee and an array of cocktails prepared by our talented bartenders. To add to your experience, our outdoor Terrace is captivating and relaxing place to lounge and enjoy a shisha customised by you from our exclusive range of flavours. Booked this with high expectations due to photos online however I was very disappointed! In fact we didn’t stay! It was loud, and generally quite dirty! I’m sure the younger generation would love it however it wasn’t somewhere I wanted to be!

I’ve never been to this establishment before but the food was amazing as well of the cocktails. My date and I were served by a wonderful lady who was attentive and made sure everything was satisfactory. Couldn’t be more pleased

The food and atmosphere was great, the bottomless brunch wasn’t as bottomless as it should be. Took half an hour for drinks to come out and had to wait for each drink. Our waiter was amazing!

Waiters were absolutely lovely, and the lady who moved us outside as it was really warm. we felt well looked after. will be returning. Lovely atmosphere

We got the £45 each upgraded package for the pornstar martinis, they're not nice at all. Pre mixed ones, wasn't impressed and took about 20 mins for them to bring out drinks every time, kept having to ask where the drinks were. The food wasn't good & service was so slow. The staff are nice, i did complain about the drinks and how slow it was but they didnt really care. I won't be returning.

Not what I expected for the money. We opted for the highly priced £45 pp There were only olives or bread and humous to start and limited options s for main. No other food is included such as chips etc and were extra cost. The service was slow and we constantly had to ask for our drinks or replacement drinks. Starter plates weren't cleared from table so we had to move them to another table. Then later mains weren't cleared either. Drinks orderd such as Pims tasted watery and so did other Aperol spritz. I think this is more for 20- 35 age group it was very noisy and not enough staff. Once our 2 hour slot was up, we were told to leave as they needed the table. The final straw as we had only just received a drink we had to wait for. Not enough staff, mediocre food, poor drinks and service. We spent over350 on this occasion I wouldn't go there again.

Table was not booked initially, sat down for drinks only, was told myself and friend could only be there 45 minutes, no problem as I had not booked but managed to book a table 15 mins after my 45 min drinks time. Moved to another table. Ordered lots of drinks and food and was then told these were our last drinks as we ran out of time on the table, was moved again to finish drinks. It is a shame that this only happens to tables that only have 2 people paying. The large groups that were already there before I arrived were still there when we were told to leave, they were not told to leave at any point (there were a lot of big groups!) We also had issues with 2 rounds of drinks not arriving. It was a shame because the venue is great especially outside.
