The food and drinks were alright and the location is nice, the service was okay but the waitress kept reminding us that we had pay and leave at a certain time that was so annoying.

Great time the music was amazing will be coming back at lockdown!👏🏼

Service was unhelpful and rude for example a glass broke and not only they did not clean the table they also demanded us to pay for it.

Really enjoy the experience at Citi been a few times now all the staff are great and friendly. Great birthday drinks as well was lucky to be put together with my friends, atmosphere is class as well.

didn’t order any food. could barely talk to my friends because everyone was so loud. everyone was so loud because the music was blaring. staff were very nice and accommodating and drinks were good / fairly priced. didn’t like the toilet situation where no more than 2 people could queue outside the toilet as it makes it very difficult to get to the toilet and my girlfriend had to stand on her own surrounded by tables of drunk men. suggestions would be to rethink the toilet situation and lower the music.

Time was including in my time slot. Took forever to bring out drinks & shisha So by the time it came out our time was up. Manager is rude!! After complaining they let us stay longer, but defiantly not worth it

The service is just so slow, it is hard to get another drink and even ask for the bill

Food was a bit pricey for it's value. My friends found their burgers very cheesy for their liking. The sharing platters should also mention how many people it is for.

Brilliant atmosphere and the cocktails were great, service was a little slow but it was quite busy so I can understand.

The service was incredibly slow which meant we could only get a couple of rounds in the allotted time. We had booked for 2 hours on an inside table however when we got there, we had 90 minutes on an outside table. Luckily the weather was OK so we didn't mind being outside however they could have explained this in advance, or at least be polite about it when we got there as the woman who greeted us was incredibly rude.

The restaurant is in a good location and the cocktails are good, it was purely the service that let it down.

Recieved amazing service from the lady who was the door host. She was able to sort me and my friends out a last minute table in the evening which was very much appreciated as it was a friends birthday and our plans had fallen through so made a last minute booking at citi terrace. Everyone had an amazing time. Will definitely be returning

Had such a lovely time with my daughter and friends!! Easy booking system. Made to feel safe and welcome in current times. Everywhere kept clean and tidy. Great atmosphere. Initially thought cocktails to be at the higher end of price range but can now see why as they were big and plentiful so really reasonably priced. Food was yum and the atmosphere was perfect so we could chat and enjoy each other’s company. Will definitely make the journey down again with others to share this lovely place. Thanks kindly!!

We only received two drinks each in our two hour period there, service was extremely slow. A drunk man caused a scene and staff were extremely violent towards him which was disturbing to see. After this, the mans blood was left on the floor for at least 30 minutes which was a safety hazard

Citi Terrace, always an exceptional service. Very professional, Covid-safe and welcoming staff.
Food is highly recommended as well as drinks. Extensive menu for each.
Highly recommend a visit day or evening.

30th birthday
Staff were not very attentive they appeared to be more interested in the male group sitting in front of us.
Starters took ages to come out !! Just great for us to buy their cocktails. Which is fine if we weren’t then hurried through our meal. So my main point is this if you want to only allocate an hour and half per table it makes no sense at all to take well over 45 mins for starters and then hurry people through their meal.
I would never return here as their food is mediocre and nothing special about this place at all !

Had a good evening, the service was awful took 25 minutes maybe longer for our drinks to come to the table even got asked by 3 different members of staff if we’ve ordered when we did

Such a great atmosphere for me and my partner to celebrate our anniversary, our waitress was lovely she did an amazing job! When we ordered a bottle of moet is was presented in such a manner I would describe as our standing!

The bar staff and waiters/waitresses were very helpful and kind. The same cannot be said for some of the security who were argumentative and rude.

Booking with you guys was so terrible. I booked and amended my booking and only a few hours before my booking they call to say it was a mistake. No one wanted to own up to the mistakes. They were all blaming eachother. Redd (the manager apparently) was in the phone to me for an hour debating if it was my fault trying to get me to change my booking times. This is not good enough. Didn’t offer me
Anything to apologise so this is going to escalate to a complaint. He called me after saying I can have the table. AFTER 1 HOUR OF ARGUING.

The woman who came with the bill refused us student discount. The Thai honey wings were literally bloody inside.

When going to Citi Terrance, we experienced poor service as we had to keep going to the waiters asking them to come over, due to the button to call them over being pointless and no one would. The food was good although not much variety but if you were going there to drink there are a few options to order such as food boards etc. The cocktails were very nice and I would recommend the 'Cupid's Kiss' as it was very fruity and refreshing. Overall I had a good time and it is a good place to bring friends, have a drink, and enjoy yourself.

Drinks took ages to come and once we eventually got them they didn’t taste like what they should of done.

Great atmosphere, greeting on arrival was exceptional and explanations were clear, friendly and welcoming, cocktails were great, felt warm outside with the heaters and canopys, cannot comment on food as did not eat but would return

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Asked to move table and it was sorted quickly for us

Such an amazing atmosphere here. I loved it so much & I felt so comfortable. The food was disappointing but I feel I ordered the wrong thing. I got the fiery chicken pizza but it wasn’t as flavourful as I thought it would be. Staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. I am definitely 100% coming again! x

We were treated as if we weren’t wanted. Our booking had not been recognised even though I had proof of booking. We were not given the seats that I had booked and our table did not have a service button so we had to wait over 30 minutes to even order our first drink. We were told to leave even before our 90 minute limit was up.

Wanted to book for shisha but option was not clear on booking form so we were 6 disappointed people sat inside.

Service was quiet slow, it took over 40 mins to get our drinks. And wasn't fair when you only had a 2 hour slot.

Just wished we could have stayed longer than 2 hours. Also I did ask via Facebook messenger for an outside table and didn't get one.
