   Food was really good , waiters was friendly only downside was they took ages to bring out drinks so we didn’t get our moneys worth

   There was a large (25 person bridal party who had booked bottomless brunch in advance) and rather than planning ahead staff-wise, the remaining customers were left to wait an hour for appetizers and drinks. Especially frustrating considering there was only 14 patrons including us in the restaurant, and 6 servers, 2 bartenders and 2 managers on duty. Drinks were great and the food, once it came, was excellent. The servers were apologetic, but just a very frustrating experience which makes me not want to dine here again sadly.

   Great service - unfortunately no curry available - but service was great - was very attentive. Good tasty food and good value

   Food was good however took 45 mins to come out due to a “big table” booking. Had to ask several times for drinks, wasn’t very bottomless.

We try to ensure that all of our guests get prompt service irrelevant of any other bookings, our brunches are very popular and with a reasonable cocktail offering as part of the brunch, this can have an impact on the speed of service from the bar, I assure you that we will thoroughly look at the service on that day to highlight areas where we can improve.    We had high hopes for our meal, but unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Despite booking a table for the correct number of guests, we were crammed around a table with too few chairs and not nearly enough space. The maître d’ was shockingly rude, offering no assistance and treating us with open hostility when we tried to adjust the situation ourselves. A kind waiter eventually brought over a chair, and we moved a nearby unused table closer so that no one in our group had to sit separately. Instead of understanding, the maître d’ berated us in front of other diners — an unprofessional and frankly embarrassing display. It then took 45 minutes just to get drinks, and over an hour before our starters arrived. When our main courses finally came, we were informed that we had just 15 minutes to finish eating because the table was needed for another booking. We had to ask three times before we got any water, and by the end, there was no time to order dessert — a shame, as everyone was still hungry. To top things off, there was a mysterious extra £30 added to our bill, with no breakdown provided. By that point, everyone was so frustrated and eager to leave that we simply paid and walked out. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences any of us have had in a long time. Poor service, disorganisation, and downright rude management — we won’t be returning.

   Lovely cocktails Great food Only downside is we r fast drinkers and had to ask for another drink each time

   We went to this restaurant 2 or 3 years ago and it was good but today was awful and we would not return. We went intending a have a nice family lunch for Mother's Day. On arrival, after a few minutes one of the two staff who appeared to be running the restaurant said to me, "are you okay?" Or words to that effect. I intended to reply "Yes thank you, we have a booking, the name is...". I did not complete the sentence before he turned his back on me and walked off, evidently with zero interest in our booking, who we were, seating is or anything else. It was really rude and embarrassing. After some more minutes the other man seated us. The table was directly under a speaker playing hard core nightclub music and nightclub volume and also gave us no children's menus. We waited for ages, looking around to try to get a waiter's attention to ask for children's menus and if the music could be turned down. We were just left. We moved ourselves to another table to see if that was quieter. This brought the waiter to us who asked us to move back to our original table. He said himself "I will turn the music down" without us even yet mentioning it so they must have already known it was not ideal. After a few minutes the volume was adjusted but seemed to go... up. It was louder! We felt we were clearly not wanted at this restaurant so left and went to another restaurant nearby.

    Not really a family restaurant, targeted more to younger clientele.
