I was expecting more out of a park city restaurant. The atmosphere was pretty nice. However, the table covered with paper and with crayons on the table took it down a notch. I'm all for letting kids be kids, but grown adults don't need paper over the linens. The waiter forgot the bread. The cannoli filling was good, but the shell was far too crunchy. My date's lasagna was good, but my alfredo was fair at best. Needed more flavor, the noodles were swimming in sauce, and the noodles were a bit too al dente even for me. I wouldn't go back, but it wasn't terrible. I would just look for a better option, cause this isn't it.
The food at Cisero's was excellent. Started out with the grilled Artichoke app and it was incredibly tasty. It must be coated in great oil and seasoning. Then I had the chicken parm and I had them put it in a pink sauce and it was fantastic and a huge portion for a great price. My wife had the shrimp scampi and the shrimp were cooked perfectly on a nice bed of fettuccine with a great lemon sauce. I grew up in NY and live in Scottsdale AZ now and I thought the food was great !
Obnoxious server made the evening hard to enjoy. Food was fine but not great and took over an hour to arrive.
We arrived late for brunch (stops at 12:30) however the waitress asked the chef and they accomidated us without any drama at all. Brunch was delicious as well as the $2 mimosa and bloody Mary s.
The food was very good and the service was excellent. Specials are offered and are a great value. Wine list was excellent with many great Italian wines. Ambiance was unsettling as we had to refuse the first table offered across from the kitchen on a night that was not very busy. Our server Christopher was great and met our every need. Unfortunately there was another server nearby that was very loud and boisterous which dampened the ambiance considerably.
First time here and at 10:30 a.m. the restaurant was understaffed and unprepared for the day. The one server for the whole place was pleasant but slow. Finally got some coffee but they seemed to not understand the need for spoons and when they got busy we lost our server. The food was good and the sunny back room was very pleasant.
We have been coming out to Park City for the last 7 years and each time we come we make sure that we eat at Ciseros Ristorante. As always the restaurant did not disappoint! We sat outside on a beautiful evening and enjoyed a great bottle of wine and a terrific meal.
Took a large group for dinner and was disappointed. He was too much for the type of restaurant the Ciseros is. Everyone in the place knew what we were ordering because he was so loud, he didn't know his wines very well which I thought was very poor for a server to not know their wines and he was hustling for no apparent reason because we were in no hurry and wanted a leisurely dinner. The food quality wasn't what I thought it should be for the price and half of our food either wasn't ordered with the rest so it came out after we were finished eating.
We were slightly late arriving due to Art festival traffic. When we got there we were seated immediately, however it was a table in front by a wall. It felt closed in. The server was ok. He started off very attentive then got really slow and sloppy with follow up. The food was good and came out quick. When the bill came it did not add up correct. The server did not charge us for two sodas or at least it was not listed but the bill was higher than the items listed. This also screwed up the math which was listed for the auto tip. It too was higher. If he did not charge me for the soda why would bill be higher? It took so long for server to come back that I just took the difference out of his tip. Overall good spot. Service average.
We visited Cisceros restaurant on a Monday evening especially for the spaghetti special and it was exactly as we expected...you can also add meatballs in addition to the salad that comes with it plus garlic bread...very tasty
Just a horrible experience. Server took 15 minutes to make first appearance at table. Food was the worst I have had in a long time.
A very good restaurant. Service was very attentive but not intrusive. Food was wonderful. Atmosphere was warm and comfortable.
Our Monday dinner got off to a rocky start when our waiter had the bad luck to break the cork opening our wine bottle. He apologized profusely and the manager brought the decanted wine again apologizing and explaining that they had decanted the wine through a coffee filter to remove any cork particles. The wine was excellent and the food matched it well. We were pleased with the service and the food. We were doubly pleased when we found the corkage fee was removed from our bill. Fine food with good and considerate service.
It was hot in the restaurant which made for unpleasant dining. Food was mediocre and overpriced for what you got. Disappointing.
The restaurant was understaffed for a Thursday evening, our waiter was sweaty and stressed & had too many tables. Once most of his tables left, he tried to make up for it. But it was too late. Food was decent but nothing special. No energy. Hostess was hardest working staff member that we saw. Working door, bussing tables & setting tables, getting water for tables.
Our favorite place on main for the whole family. Even the tap water is served in a bottle on ice. The wedge salad is my favorite.
Ciseros is a great Italian restaurant in Park City, Utah. The food is fresh and tasty. The ambiance is friendly whether you are two or twenty. They have nightly specials and everyone is always pleased with their food.
The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful night. Thank you.
The food was great. The Service was terrible. Not sure I would go back
Our meal was wonderful from the appetizer platter to our main dishes. We had a great bottle of wine and it was all served by a very fun, personable waiter. We will be back!
This is a a good spot for itialian food lovers. Rustic decor with friendly service.
Excellent food, service and ambience....and reasonably priced for Park City.
We have eaten at this establishment many times. The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed and completely forgot to bring bread. I must say that the Veal Picatta was prepared very well. Even the broccolini came out at just the right tenderness. My wife loves Italian and will always order the Chicken Parmasian. The portion size always results in an entire second meal for her.
We've been to Cisero's every time we are in Park City over a weekend. Their Sunday Brunch is our favorite! However, we found that for Easter they didn't do made-to-order omelettes and waffles (like they usually do.) We also missed all the fresh meats and cheeses they have regularly. The fare for Easter seemed a little more "for the masses." The food was still good but we will stick to their regular brunch from now on.
The service was very slow, the wine list was very limited and the food was fair.
We were disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant.
Brunch was not remarkable. The Italian Fritatta Skillet was only average, as were the biscuits and gravy and crunchy french toast. However, the Bloody Mary's were pretty satisfying. The ambiance was nice, but i won't be making a second trip to Cicero's
Although there are many choices, the pizza crust is average and almost forgettable
We enjoyed the meal and plan to return. However, the waiter forgot to put in one of our orders which delayed things a bit.
We have been coming to Deer Valley for 10 years and this is always on our list of favorite restaurants !! The chicken parm is delicious and the bread outstanding !! Something for everyone on the menu ....traditional Italian food from pizza for the kids to adults ! This trip we ate here twice in one week!
Ciseros is not worth a trip. I can't figure out who gives this place good reviews - are these real reviews? We didn't try the pizza but we had a variety of drinks and 5 different entrees. Not one of us liked our food - we all felt that we would have eaten better out of a frozen food box from the grocery store! I can only hope the pizza is better. We will never return.
Let's just get this out of the way: like nearly every restaurant on Main St in Park City, this restaurant is also a bit pricey compared to what you'd get in any major city, though there were certainly more menu choices than some on the strip. Food was good, not great. It was enjoyable but not memorable. Though we did not travel with little kids, there were more in this spot than most. Call it an upscale dining opportunity for actual families. It can get a little loud later in the evening as with any large dining room concept.
Unfortunately the service was just terrible. After missing several of the items we ordered we did have two other waiters come to our table to see what was wrong. Maybe it's just the luck of the draw!
Great location near the lots of fun shops. Food was very good, especially the veal. Had small tpys and crayons for the kids. The italian sodas were fun too. It was very busy and the service suffered a little. Would go back.
Went to Ciceros for our anniversary this year and was very disappointed.
$40 bill after tip and my wife and I felt very empty afterwards in many ways...
-I ordered the Lumaconi and felt that I had just eaten hamburger helper
-The wife ordered the Capellini polorodo and it was incredibly dry and tasteless. we usually share, but I was not happy giving up my hamburger helper
-We received a small loaf of white bread that was warm, dry, and came with no oil. The bread showed while we were waiting for the check
-The portion sizes were laughable, my wife and I ended up hungrier than before we came in
-The staff waiter kept asking me if I wanted to order drinks, he literally asked four times and even after we had paid the check he asked again.
We came from Dallas with neighbors on Speing Break. We had a great time at Cisero's. We celebrated our sons 15th birthday & our waiter helped make it special for him. We would definitely come back next time we're in town.
In the heart of downtown Park City, this restaurant sits in a really cool old building with a really cool vibe. Very kid friendly and delicious food. My son had the penne with chicken and I kept eating off his plate! Our server Marie was very attentive and made the experience even better. Great food and I would definitely go back.
The best food in park city!the service was great! Prices were good
For some reason my Open Table reservation for 8:00pm did not go through. The hostess was very understanding even though there was a significant line up for tables. I made a new Open Table reservation for 8:15 and we were seated within a few minutes. The meal and service were excellent.
The food here wasn't bad at this casual eatery but we were all surprised by the small portions compared to the high prices. The shrimp pizza at $19 is definitely a one-person pizza and the salads, priced as entrée salads, were more like side salads. Having said that, the food was tasty, if not extraordinary.
The service, once we were seated, was good. The front desk area was discombobulated and we had to wait for a table, despite having a reservation. They appeared to be operating on a first-come, first-serve basis. We were there on a Sunday when it wasn't crowded, so it was fine.
I was in Park City skiing for the weekend. My father and I went to dinner on Sunday night around 7. I ordered a glass of Proseco but they were out of Proseco. Sunday brunch lots of mimosa. I decided to order a glass of Chianti. The waitress returned to say they were out of Chianti by the glass. I asked her that her manager should open up their bottled Chianti. She came back and said he would not do that because the chianti that they had was too expensive. Ok...I will have a glass of your Tuscano. they did have a glass of Tuscano but when I asked for a second glass - they were out.
Food was good. The waitress was very nice unfortunately the management needs help in stocking wine.
Our group had a diverse set of eating preferences (vegetarians, kids, picky eaters, etc) and everybody was happy with the meal.
