Circles Waterfront Restaraunt

A really great experience, mostly because our waitperson Ingrid was fantastic....quick, efficient, and extremely pleasant throughout our visit.

I've been to Circles twice in the past month and was pleased both visits. In the past, the service was lacking and it was a little dirty, but they've improved. Keep up the great work!

Great meal. But I didn’t know the cod would be fully breAded and fried....thought cornflake crust meant a topping.
Also suggest some mini desserts.

As usual, the service and food were outstanding. The Pina Coladas are the best! Also enjoy sitting on the little beach area and watching the sun set.

We had a horrible experience with our service. Never before has this happened. We have been there at least 10 times. Could just be an outlier. Hope not. It's our favorite place to eat.

We went to the Drinksgiving event to celebrate my wife’s Birthday. We had a great time. The service was very good. The food came out quick and was hot, this isn’t always the case during events at restaurants. We had a great time.

We hadn't been to Circles in 2 years because the food quality was poor. Thought we would give it another chance and glad we did. They really turned it around. We'll be going again.

Invited friends who have never been to Circles. They really enjoyed the entire experience. We will return for an earlier dinner, or lunch so they can get the full experience of the outdoor facilities also, patio, tiki bar, marina, water view, etc. A very pleasant evening.

Great food, fantastic views with the outdoor dining, and a bar on the outside as well. If you are there for the live music that is a plus. The grouper bites are the best in the area.

Having been to Circles many times I remarked how consistently good their food is, how attentive the servers are and what a great place for lunch or dinner. Circles will continue to be on my favorites list.

Quality of food has gone downhill since our last visit 10 months ago. Very poor value for the price.

$3.50 for a cup of regular coffee, and then $3.50 for a refill. Really? $7.00 for about 16 oz. of coffee?

Always a great experience at Circles. Great food, drinks, service and ambiance.

Circles has never disappointed! The prices are not cheap, but if you order the daily special, it can be a real deal! The ambience is amazing! Waterfront dining with an amazing view of the sunset is worth well worth the cost. The service is above par and the staff is always professional. Whether it's a casual date or a special event, Circles will make your experience memorable!

Circles is the best choice in south Tampa for its setting and ambiance. The food is consistently good; as is the service.

This was a first visit to Circles and we enjoyed it immensely - in fact we have already booked our next visit. We arrived early - circa 4pm - and the restaurant inside was quiet which was what we were looking for. We were seated immediately at a window table, which was as requested. Our server Ingrid was so good - friendly, knowledgeable and able to make great menu recommendations. our visit was deliberately on a Wednesday evening as we wanted to try the daily special - Pork Osso Bucco - and it did not disappoint. Delicious

Great service, great food, great view and great value. WE will be back

You should note that there are other outdoor bar areas that were busier and louder serving drinks and bar food, so there are different ambiences depending on which area you prefer

Wonderful! We love Circles. I dine there with my dad every time I come into town for a visit.

We had a 3pm reservation for 3 on a Monday which we learned was not necessary as there was plenty of open seating inside and out. We opted for outside seating in 80 degree weather, but with the sea breeze and the overhead protection we were very comfortable and enjoyed the view. The dinner menu was available at the time we arrived. I had grilled cajun salmon and the other people with me both had prime rib. My salmon was grilled perfectly. The top was slightly charred while the fish was very moist...best piece of salmon I ever had. My family members were served generous portions of the prime rib which were also cooked to perfection. The side salads served were fresh and large enough to be considered a meal. Baked potatoes were great and loaded with cheese and bacon bits with butter and sour cream on the side. Oue waiter was attentive, but not intrusive. Loved looking at the water views. We’ll definitely return.

Waited 30 minutes past our reservation for a table. Wife’s pasta was more like a bowl of soup.

Fabulous service and food. A few of my guests had allergies to certain foods and the server Informed us the kitchen doesn’t provide other options or food menues for like dairy and nut allergy. But we made it work.

An incredible experience; the food was excellent, the location was classic and romantic. Love it.

I was very impressed with everything at Circles. The food was wonderful, the portions were huge, and the pricing was fair (particularly considering the portions). All in all a big thumbs up!

Took our family for dinner 4 adults and 2 young teens. Not much selection for fussy children except the kids menu which they were too old for. The prices are high and the service while friendly is not attentive. The location is very nice with a view but the outside seating is noisy unless you are planning on enjoying the music instead of conversation. There is a small sandy area to sit and watch the sunset and lots of outside Tiki Bar seating. Same food. We would go more often if the prices were more reasonable.

Celebrated my best friend’s birthday. The service was absolutely amazing as well as the food. I was especially impressed with how quickly we were served. I would definitely return on any Occassion. Thanks for helping us celebrate my bestie.

The food is amazing and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend coming and sitting outside as the sun sets, wonderful views

The reason I put the noise level at high is because we ate outside to hear the band. It was supposed to be noisy, but it did not interfere with our conversation. The band was great!

We were pleasantly surprised and truly enjoyed our dinner at Circles. Robert, our waiter, was the best waiter we have had in a long time. He was quite professional, attentive and did not miss a beat. He explained all of the specials perfectly, our drinks never were empty, our table was a little unstable and fixed it right away. The food was great, too! The atmosphere was romantic with a guitar player and torches lighted and reflecting on the water.

Waiting staff was very attentive and friendly. My date had never visited Circles and was impressed with the ambiance of the restaurant.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We had a lovely view. My only complaint was that it was very noisy.

I've you're going to act like Olive Garden then you should have Olive Garden prices. Food was mediocre -- very "made from frozen" taste, yet with a price tag. The servers were dressed in Halloween costumes and I thought not appropriate for the main dining room and perhaps more appropriate for outside bar area. Our server asked us if we wanted bread and never brought it. Not my kind of dining.

Amazing experience, haven’t been in years but still same great staff and food! We will not wait so long to come back!

I’ve been coming to Circles for 20 Years and have always had an excellent meal. They never disappoint.

The perfect atmosphere for my visiting friend celebrating her birthday! Food was great! Service was Excellent! We will be back for sure!

My wife ordered the king crab legs and it was like eating rubber. We were constantly asking for water, and the waiter would disappear for like 10-15 mins. Completely not worth the cost of the meal.
