1/2 oz Disaronno, 3/4oz Bulleit bourbon, 2 oz glaze cabernet sauvgion, ¼ oz simple syrup. In a mixing glass with ice add all ingredients stir for 30 seconds to chill and dilute, strain into a chilled coupe glass serve with orange zest strip
Hot and Buttered, Myers's Rum, Spiced Honey, Cream$10.00
1.5 oz myers's rum, Hot water, 2 full bar spoons of Butter batter, Whipped cream, Star anise. In a glass mug add the Rum and stir in 2 spoonful's of beer batter. Fill with hot water to ½ inch of the rim of the glass completely stir in butter. Top with whipped cream and a star anise. Butter batter: 4 cup packed dark brown sugar, 2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature, 1 cup honey, 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, ¼ teaspoon salt
Sugar Plum Prosecco Smash, Prosecco, Thyme, Black Plum$10.00
add I oz of plum syrup in a coupe glass fill the glass with prosecco. Garnish with plum slice. Plum thyme syrup, 10 plums skin on, 12 thyme sprigs, 3 cups of water, 3 cups of white sugar. Slice plums Discard plum pits. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to steep for 15 minutes. Strain, cool, put in squeeze bottles, label and date

Casamigos Tequila, Luxardo Cherry, Angostura Bitters, Cointreau, Gold Flake. 1 brown sugar cube, 1 luxardo cherry, 3 dashes of angostura bitters, ½ oz Cointreau, 1.5 oz casamigos tequila. In a rocks glass add 1 brown sugar cube muddle it with the bitters and cherry. Fill glass ¾ with ice. Add Cointreau, tequila and gold, stir well
Cinnamon Apple Mule, Jack Daniels Fire Whiskey, Apple Cider, Lime, Ginger Beer$10.00
1 1/2 ounces JD Fire, 1 1/2 ounces apple Juice, ½ ounce lime Juice, ginger beer, Dried Apple slice, Cinnamon stick. Build as normal in a glass with Ice top with ginger beer. Garnish with dried apple slice and cinnamon stick
