Great service and the main dishes were good.
I was surprised they don’t offer many gluten free options (not even GF toast) which really limits your brunch options if you have dietary restrictions.
They do have good GF crackers though.
It was our second time here - we really enjoy the food, it's been perfect each time (flavor, texture, seasoning), the cocktails are delicious (and strong), the ambience is fun and trendy, and service has been great each time (from host to service and bussers). Can't wait to come back
LOVE Cira - especially for brunch! Great ambiance and good food!
Great ambiance and service!
Service was terrible. Possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Waited 1 hr between appetizer and main course.
The food at Cira is never disappointing. Yet, the service was pretty bad. It took about 15 to get greeted. The waitress never checked on the table after receiving the first couple of dishes. I had to call the manager over to get a second round of drinks and ask about our final dish. Not a good experience.
Absolutely wonderful! The pistachio ravioli was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. PLEASE get the hummus- the pita was soft as a cloud and delicious. Service was friendly and helpful! We had a great time here and I am definitely planning to come back soon.
Amazing food and service.
One of the best Mediterranean food in Chicago.Hummus, Pistachio Ravioli was Amazing. Tiramisu was just the perfect end to the dinner.
The food was incredible - we were a little surprised by the smaller portion sizes but also to be expected with a restaurant of this quality. 4 girls shared the hummus, garlic sunflower dip, beef carpaccio, falafel, pistachio ravioli, chicken thighs and scallops. All of it was incredible - definitely get the hummus and ravioli (I’m told). Service was quick and friendly, great ambiance.
Had a great 40th birthday celebration! Thanks again to all the staff that helped!
great atmosphere for date night. Geed wine selection but would appreciate more cabernet selections
Very short menu but good food
I LOVE CIRA RESTAURANT!
CIRA is awesome place for breakfast on my opinion.
CIRA is a Dog Friendly
Food quality is great!
I went after good 10 months, i loved the hummus, fresh pita and the crab toast.
Our Server was amazing and was knowledgeable. The wait staff was also exceptional, professional and took care of us!
They didn't take my points! I had a $25 OpenTable reward and they didn't take it!!! help??
Great creative food options, love the decor and our servers were awesome
First time at Cira and definitely we'll back! The food was delicious although the Piri Piri Chicken Thighs that I ordered was kinda cold. The salad and the starter were yummy...ah and we received a glass of champagne at the end with no charge!
I am open to the notion that the pandemic is having some impact on restaurants and their ability to provide their normal levels of service. I will allow some grace for a BOKA restaurant, because my experiences up until this point with many restaurants in their stable have been stellar.
This meal at Cira was not up to your normal standards. We were at the table 2-1/2 hours top to bottom, and in that time, managed to wrangle out one cocktail and two glasses of wine (one for me, one for my dining companion) in that time. The apps came in a reasonable amount of time, but the entrees were FAR, FAR, later. With better attention, during the normal course of a 1-1/2 hour meal (what I think is reasonable for a two top on a Saturday night), I would have consumed a cocktail and probably 2-3 glasses of wine--so the lack of attentiveness has a bottom line impact. Again, I don't know if staffing was the issue (our waiter seemed a bit overwhelmed), so I'll allow grace for that.
Let's hope Cira can figure it out as folks move inside and begin to expect the normal levels of service that comes when one dines at a Boka Restaurant Group restaurant.
Great place to dine ! Great food and atmosphere.
Wonderful service by our waiter Julian! Great food, beautiful decor. Will be back for sure!
Great food. Everything was delicious and done perfectly.
Great brunch. Attentive service.
A perfect place if you’re staying in the adjoined hotel. The staff was friendly, the contactless menu and payment method was wise and their insistence on customers wearing masks during table interactions with staff suggests a concern for everyone’s well-being that is appreciated.
The interior appeared to be Art Deco but I could be wrong. With its high ceilings and low lighting the room was comfortable at night. The people watching is exactly what you’d expect for West Loop.
The food flavors worked well together as no one spice or herb overpowered the other. I knew going in that it was small plates which is code for “small portions, large prices” and Cira didn’t disappoint. Their signature cocktail “Rose Gold” also followed suit: small portion (less than 8 oz?), $15.00.
Would I go back? Yes, if my friends wanted to. However, it wouldn’t be my first choice based on what I received for what I paid.
Food was amazing and service was great...however, the place was basically empty but the food took almost 45 minutes to come out.
Miss the old shareable menu items. But brunch is still good. The Brioche Galette is delicious.
It was great!
Every dish ordered was amazing and our server was very attentive and provided great options/recommendations.
What a treat! We ordered the brown butter hummus first, and knew from then on, the experience would be amazing. The servers were kind and didn’t make a fuss. The vibe was great. It felt like a mini getaway right in our own town! I highly recommend this spot for any occasion.
Amazing server. She’s was excellent.
Love at first sight and bite. Our waiter was amazing, he was blonde with glasses. Ordered exactly what he recommended. The hummus was so good, we wanted to lick the plate. The chicken that serves 2-4 was to die for. We thought there was a little too much lemon in the shrimp dish for our taste. Absolutely no room for dessert.
Went for drinks and and an app. Small menu but nice variety, and a little pricey. Best for a special occasion.
The shared plates have more of a “snack” feel which is appropriate for a hotel bar, as this is. However, the way Cira is advertised seems to sell it as more of a true restaurant and less casual so I was surprised by how casual the appetizers were. The hummus came with chips instead of pita, and the chorizo was literally sliced up sausage on a plate with toothpicks. It was very tasty, but did not align for me with the overall mood of the place. The main (chicken) was wonderful!
great experience. will definitely be back.
A great restaurant with really good food. Sitting outside is nice, but being right next to the eL tracks creates some additional noise that makes it hard to chat when the trains go by. However, sitting outside does offer good people watching opportunities.
The service is still very good as is the food.
It was a beautiful experience. Above all else!
Amazing food but smaller plates. Drinks good. Service too.
Quite relaxing for brunch, good service
My server was beyond amazing. The rest of the staff was rude.
First time dining inside since COVID. We felt safe, staff was great and food tasty!!
WE LOVE CARL!
