Cira is a modern, Mediterranean restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as weekend brunch. The menu is made up of shareable plates designed to fill your table and your stomach, inspired by the countries that make up the Mediterranean Basin. Set in the lobby of the Hoxton Hotel in Chicago’s Fulton Market District, the restaurant boasts a sun-soaked full-service lounge and coffee bar, and is transformed into an ambient, moody hub of dining and drinking as the sun sets.

It took an hour for the entrees to come out and the server brought the check while I was still eating. The bus boy speedily took my plate without asking right after that, and I was only taking a break in between bites

I’m really sorry to hear your visit didn’t feel as good as it should have — I know how frustrating it is to wait that long for food, especially when you’re hoping to relax and enjoy yourself. As we head into our busier season, the kitchen is working hard to keep up with the flow, though wait times can sometimes be longer than we’d like. While your server is there to care for your experience, the timing of food is ultimately in the hands of the kitchen. That said, dropping the check while you were still eating and clearing your plate too quickly should not have happened — you should never feel rushed. I love Cira’s brunch but really bummed that they’ve changed the menu and no longer have fluffy pancakes. That was my favorite brunch item!

The pistachio ravioli is the most impressive dish I’ve had in a very long time. So simple and so satisfying!

Excellent place to dine in. We tried almost everything from the menu and they all tested great. Food is excellent with appropriate serving. Service is great 😊.

From the time we walked in the door until we left, the service & food was outstanding. We dinner there to celebrate a special Anniversary and certainly was very impressed at the extra things they did and provided to us. When next in Chicago we will certainly come back for another excellent meal & wonderful experience.
