There was only 1 person in the dining room who was trying to do it all. The kitchen was extremely slow. We waited an hour for our entrees. But the food was very good. So if they can improve on the service and flow we would consider returning.

It was not busy at all. The bread, huge garlic knots, drenched in an amazing garlic sauce, was exceptional. The chicken parmason was delicious and so was the gavatelli bolinaise.

Food was very good. Portions were large and we had to bring home half. Service was poor. There was one server who also seated us for the entire restaurant. It was a Saturday night and we had a reservation but it wasn't necessary with only a handful of tables occupied. We waited to be seated for awhile since there was no hostess. It took ~20 minutes for the server to attempt to take our order. We were very tempted to walk out. She struggled with the hand-held device so more time elapsed. We had to ask for our wine to be opened three times. Our water was never refilled even when asked. One of our appetizers was forgotten. When this was mentioned to the server, she quickly brought it out although it wasn't as described which was disappointing. One of our entrees was not correct. When the bill arrived we noticed it was the server's fault and it included the credit card service fee even though we were paying cash. Perhaps they were short staffed but there were a number of helpers cleaning tables and bringing out the food that could have pitched in more. There was entertainment which added a nice touch. Management should allow ordering of full size pizzas instead of only personal size to attract more customers once the service gets figured out.

As usual the food was excellent, my wife had the pork chop and I had the salmon and we agreed that we would not hesitate to order them again. Can’t wait to go back.

One of our go to Italian restaurants. Excellent food an service. A real value for your money. It has been very warm this week so the temperature inside was a little warmer than we like it. The upside is that the hostess sat us directly under the ceiling fan. Problem solved!

As always,the food was delicious and plentiful. The breadbasket is to die for but don’t because the salad is so good. Everyone in our party will be returning to eat here. The waitress whose nameI believe was Shonda, was great! Glad we introduced our friends to this place.

Gottmar7782 Amazing food, amazing service It was our first time dining at Cipriani Restaurant and it was a great experience. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food we got was some of the best Italian food I’ve had. Loved the freshly baked Italian bread. Simply delicious. Everything is fresh and flavorful. We highly recommend!

Our group of 5 all enjoyed our dinners. Three of us had the grouper dinner special. Another had the veal parmigiana and the fifth had the pasta with meatballs. Our server Chandra was pleasant and efficient. It took awhile to get our food but the food was hot and the portions generous. We will be back.

Beautiful table setting in a boutique-like atmosphere. We were a party of 9 and everyone loved the appetizers we shared and the entree each ordered. Portions were generous so we enjoyed leftovers the next day. Service was outstanding. And best calamari (appetizer) I've ever had!

My second time to Cipriani did not disappoint. I went on a Tuesday and took advantage of their midweek chicken dish specials. I chose the chicken Francaise and the chicken was cooked to perfection; wonderfully sauteed, moist and delicate. This restaurant is fairly new, so the decor is not much to look at, but the food is always appetizing. Love the Clams Casino!

When we arrived it seems that Open Table reservations are not coming into the restaurant and they are not in the system. They had no reservation for us so we had to sit by ourselves in the bar. The food was amazing and the value is great. We should have booked directly because there is an issue with reservations from Open Table

I stumbled across this little restaurant on Saturday. Found out from the hostess the place is only a few months old, but the people just came coming in with some turned away without a reservation. Easy access from GSP. It'a BYOB for now, but there is liquor store in the same mini mall, so don't worry if you forgot to bring your own! I will definitely be back, as the food was very good! Clams Casino and Veal Parmigiana was my order. Clams were delicious and the veal tender! Don't miss this local gem!

Our waitress Shannon was excellent. Very attentive & personable. The sweet sausage appetizer was excellent. The veal special was delicious. Not a fan of the marinara. Our daughter was not crazy about the cavatelli bolognese. My husband liked the seafood in the seafood marinara but did not like the marinara. I wish they served a good Italian bread as well. They serve what appears to be large garlic knots but did not have much flavor. We would go back but would stay away from anything with marinara or gravy(red sauce).

This was our 4th visit to Cipriani's dining room, but we have also enjoyed several takeout meals from this restaurant. The food is consistently excellent! The friendly servers also enhance the experience of dining here. We are so glad to have them in our neighborhood and look forward to introducing more friends to this spot.

Service was very good. Shannon M was our server and was friendly and informative with selections. If we had a question on an item she would get info from the back. Appetizer sizes were well portioned and presentation is refined (Calamari and Clams casino). Ceasar salad was hand tossed and made to order. Entrees and sides were also well portioned and plated in a detailed manner. A few details that can be addressed over time is possibly a small curtain at the base of the front window to filter out the headlights of cars as they park in front. Also the entrance door causes a draft through the dining room as patrons enter and exit. Was there on a wind and cold night but can be remedied easily.
