   No drink offered on arrival and told to wait in reception for 15 minute. Pre dinner drink offered but first course came out before the pre dinner drink was finished. No offer for any other drinks with dinner. Main course came out immediately after the started was finished. Food was average. Service was good but too fast. Staff friendly and obviously been trained to do this so not realising people like to have time between courses. Trying to be fine dining but not quite there yet.

   It was without a doubt the worst experience and restaurant I / we had ever been too. 2 gin & tonics , 4 Moscow mule , 4 starters 500€!!!!!! It wasn’t about the money, it was the fact that the food tastes like sh*t, I’m sorry to say but it the truth. An asparagus salad, a steak tartar (disgusting) and was 57€ and the portion was literally smaller than my thumb. A shrimp carpaccio that was completely over cooked , tasted like slime and fried calamari which was the only thing that tasted ok. Never going here again and never recommending it to anyone!

   The dishes arrived 5 minutes after ordering, the shrimps were frozen, rice pilaf cold. The taste wasn't great. The worst Cipriani I've ever made. The one in Miami is still the best.

   Terribke QUALITY OF FOOD FOR THE PRICE ! An insult ! worst salad i ever had for 40 euros !!!! So plain and dull ! And overall A Rip off for the quality when italian food is meant to be delicious ! Never again ! I USED TO LIKE CIPRIANIS ALL OVER , NOT ANYMORE , only the place is CUTE ! The food is bad and expensive so never aagin! Its been many times w this experience in Cipriani all over feeling rip off

   Una pasada, espectacular, la comida que me pedi fue gnocchis y unas chuletas de cordero de nueva zelanda😍. Me encantó todo, los camareros iban super rápido, trajeron la comida en cinco minutos, el vino buenísimo. Gracias por todo cipriani🫵🫵❤️

   Cipriani is always a good call but this time we had two drawbacks, first with the reservation for an early hour, and the restaurant was empty until we left, 2 hours later when the place got very crowded. Second, after we payed the check, but still drinking a limocello and in a conversation, we were asked to hurry up, not pleasant.
