Cipresso - Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood
Jackie was phenomenal, she didn’t miss a beat. She went above and beyond.
Tyson was our waiter. He was very knowledgeable and even helped us choose our dishes. No complaints, excellent service!
Everything was Great Miguel the waiter was awesome
We had a reservation at 915 and were not sat until after 930 when I reminded the hostess that we were still waiting. The server got our pizza order wrong and instead of making a new one just slapped on the additional topping on the old pizza and brought it back out. It was cold and soggy. Very disappointing.
The meatballs we ok. The pasta dishes and brick open pizza were tasty. With all the options in the hard rock I don’t think I will be going back.
Our waitress was amazing she helped us with what we would like and very friendly. Her name is Leo and I will be back again. We’ve been there twice and both times no complaints.
I absolutely LOVE the food and service at this restaurant. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
Maybe the worst Italian food I’ve ever had
Good service friendly staff
Food really subpar
Pasta too soft and bland in flavor
Bread service good
Desserts also good
Other entrees not. Short rib dish also poorly cooked
Amazing food and great service.
This is the 3rd time we have eaten here. Never a bad meal. Very consistent with service and and food. Exceptional! Highly recommend
Honestly, just nothing impressive. Nothing bad, but nothing remarkable either. Food was pretty bland. Not bad, just bland. Drinks were fine. Salad was unremarkable.
We shared a caesar salad, meatballs app and each had pasta. The salad was fresh and delicious. The meatballs were tasty but grainy but the pastas were delicious. I had the bolognese and my wife chose the Cacio e Pepe. The service was perfect and we enjoyed a very pale, dry rose' with our dinner (Pico Maccario, Lavignone Piemonte). Overall, a very nice evening. And, we went back for more glasses of the wine the rest of the weekend!
The service was pretty good our waiter was very friendly & polite. The food was really yummy. You can find a variety of wines good
Food - multiple courses - were badly overcooked and poorly flavored. Service was well intentioned but chaotic (in fairness , we were eating before a show and perhaps they were overwhelmed by the volume). Expensive and bad quality). I wouldn’t recommend eating here.
Great food, excellent service
Great food and great service at a great venue!👍 Abbey the manager was great help with our family celebration.
Very unorganized! We were seated and not assigned a waiter so we had to flag someone down. Finally someone waited on us. Everyone was very courteous; they just didn’t have any direction. A manager came by and offered us a free drink and I thought things would improve after that. Nope! We ordered a pasta to split and our entrees. I flagged someone down for bread later and then the pasta came. We had to split it ourselves but I have to say it was one of the best pastas I’ve EVER tasted! Short rib agnolotti! We were sharing a nice red wine to go with it and then I ordered a White to go with my branzino...that NEVER came. Nor my husbands entree either. We kept asking and they’d say it’s coming but a very long time passed and 15 min before our show was to begin, we had to leave without our dinner or the coffee we intended to have after. We sat down at 5:15 and our show was at 7. There should have been plenty of time for dinner. SO disappointed.
Worst restaurant and service ever. We had 5:30 reservations because we had a 7:00 pm show. We ordered as soon as we arrived. The appetizer came out and at 6:40 we still weren’t served dinner. They made all kinds of excuses and finally we cancelled the order and left without eating. The manager didn’t seem to care and other tables were complaining as well. The worst service ever!!!
Great service. Food was excellent
Cipresso is a new addition to the Guitar Hotel that really gives you the upscale feel. The service was impeccable, with both our server and the busboy making recommendations based on our preference. We ordered the charcuterie board with 5 cheeses and 2 portions of prosciutto. The portions were larger than expected. My only suggestion would be to include more bread and crackers to accompany the cheese and meats. We also ordered the fried calamari - this definitely fell short and we would not reorder. As entrees, we ordered the margherita and prosciutto pizzas. The portions are also large and filling. Overall, the food and service were excellent and we'll be back.
The food was horrible and not worth the money.
Diiner was great! We went there with 2 tables in pur group for my husbands 50th birthday. Staff was super friendly
Excellent service. Pricey, as expected for this environment. Excellent food taste and quality, but very limited menu
Limited menu options - no specials - no added protein to any pasta - no sub in pasta selection - wine by the glass very expensive for cheap wine.
They should have better selection of fish, meat, deserts, specials and wine selection.
Loved the pasta! Cacio e pepe was perfection. We also loved the wine and desserts. Great service! Awesome addition to the hard rock.
Pasta and ñoquis on the over side which is a no-no. Ricotta, Charcuterie and cheese board best of the evening. Not thrilled.
Food was terrible, both in quality & taste. the Spaghetti squash was never served. Took forever to even order a drink.
The overall experience was good but we found the menu to be a bit pricey for the food items we had.
No impress at all, definitely expected more
Very nice restaurant. Surprised they didn’t have any gluten free options. Service was ok. Seemed a little stuffy.
Great professional service! Great food. Delicious 😀
Not very kid friendly. They do not have a kids menu. I had to order spaghetti with a side of meatballs and it was over $30 for one kid. Smaller menu. Food was good though.
Love love love this place. Your treated like a queen
THE FOOD WAS GREAT, VERY TASTE AND MY WIFE'S CHICKEN WAS SO SOFT DIDN'T NEED A KNIFE . MY STEAK WAS ALSO VERY SOFT AND TASTY , THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME.
Service made the meal. Ask for Vladimir. Food was very good, solid Italian. Somewhat expensive, but typical for a casino restaurant.
