   The food tasted good and the price was fair. I have been to this restaurant serval times and decided to have dinner at this place with my friend. This place provided very poor customer service. The owner wanted to kick us out after 1 hour and 30 minutes. We also didn’t know about the 1 hour 30 minutes policy and ordered a lot of food from their menu. We wish the waitress would have let us know about this policy when they took our oder. Also this restaurant isn’t all you can eat restaurant that’s why we were confused about the 1 hour and 30 minutes policy. My friend needed a few minutes to decide the food that she wanted to order as it was her first time at the restaurant. The waitress basically said if we didn’t order at that moment, the chef would delay our order further. The reservation was at 5pm and 5:50pm the waitress took our order. We requested the waitress to bring the second entrees later because we were still working on the first entree and the table is very small. The waitress ignored our requests and told us the dish was ready in two minutes and she brought it up right away🤷🏻‍♀️ As a customer, I think we obviously have a right to request the delay of the second entrees. At 6:30pm, the chef’s wife just came to our table and told us that we only had 30 minutes left to eat at the restaurant while we were having our entrees. We also ordered two desserts. She was again very extremely impolite to raise her voice at us mentioned that we needed to finish asap. This made me and my friends felt very disappointed by the way the waitress here treated us. The chef’s wife made her other staff came to our table and apologized to us instead of herself.

   Had an amazing dinner here! The service was friendly and on point And the food? Seriously delicious. Everything we ordered was full of flavor and really well done. You can tell they care about the details. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to come back!

   Outstanding experience. I never imagined we would be honoured with a world class Asian Fusion restaurant in humble London, Ontario. Forget Alo and other equally pretentious restaurants in the big city. Instead, at Cintro, you can expect incredible dishes but at very reasonable prices and surprisingly substantial serving sizes. This place is a gem. It's also busy. On a rainy Tuesday evening, all the tables were full and turned over at least once. I hope Ivy and Joe maintain their passion and determination. We're lucky to have them. Torontonians take note. There IS a place to eat in London after all.

   The food was incredible, some of the best I’ve had in London. The service was great, until it wasn’t. Once the food was brought to the table we didn’t see a server again. No one came by to see if we needed another drink, how the food was, and we ended up sitting there for at least 30 mins waiting for a server to come by just so we could ask for the bill. Meanwhile, it was not busy there. There is maybe 9 tables or so in the whole place and almost 1/2 of them were empty by this time. The food is worth going back for, but be prepared for potential mediocre service. Not to mention, when we didnt leave a full 25% tip because of the poor service, the server actually had the audacity to look at my spouse and say “seriously?” Normally we are extremely generous tippers, but when the service went downhill so bad after being given our food, why would I tip you high and make you think you did an outstanding job when you didn’t.

    This is my second dining experience at Central and I can honestly say it was fantastic. The food drinks and service were amazing. The atmosphere was lovely. You could easily talk and enjoy your fellow diners company. I would highly recommend this place.
