We had the best seat in the house....wonderful views!! Food and service were great! Can't wait to enjoy the brunch again sometime!

Having a prerecorded piano soundtrack play - loudly and distorting - was tacky. The food was mediocre. The setting was dark. Our server tried to chard us for our 2 year old, “swearing he looked over 5”. This was just a disappointment overall. Stale bread and uninspiring food. Who serves mashed potatoes with the skin attached? We won’t return to this pocket of mediocrity. We could have gotten a much greater value for $95 an adult at any restaurant in SLC. Even the drive there was miserable.

We have attended the Snowbasin Mother’s Day brunch regularly for the past 15 years. While it is still an exceptional experience, the cost has gone up disproportionately to the quality and variety of food. I know the pricing is based upon the demand (which is high), but $99 per person for buffet-style dining is a bit exorbitant. I would still recommend it, as it is a great atmosphere for a special day, but - hopefully - Snowbasin can find a way to accommodate at a more reasonable price point.

Mother’s Day Brunch was great. I hope it’s a sign of things to come because you could really taste the quality and freshness. The team was friendly without being over the top, and everything tasted like it was made from scratch that day. I usually go here for the atmosphere, but this time the food which is normally good was great. We really enjoyed it.

Went for Mother’s Day brunch and overall it was nice. I had the turkey and prime rib and although they were both flavorful, they were quite dry. They did have au jus and gravy for them but I think they definitely could have cooked them better. All of the sides were spectacular, they had a great selections and they were tasty. The desserts were unique without being overall out there and were all really good, the hummingbird cake, the macarons, and the brownies were the highlight! Overall the food was good but it was definitely pricey for what you’re getting, it is comparable but maybe a few less selections and better quality focus could have helped. The hostess staff seemed a little overwhelmed when we arrived, it seems like our reservation came in during a wave of others and the dining hall was pretty empty but we still had to wait 10 mins to be seated. That wasn’t a bother but it was odd and seemed disorganized when the current tables weren’t filled. The servers however were above and beyond, we never had to ask for refills ln any drinks and had our plates cleared promptly and never had any collecting at our table. You are definitely paying for the experience of it but a little more attention to detail and efficiency would have been a nice touch.
