this is a very pleasant restaurant attached to the Hilton. We had an outside table that faced the bay. It was very good. Have the kale slaw as a side. Really liked it. The seafood stew was excellent really excellent. And the service was excellent as well.

Wow! And in a bad way… We had long delays, raw fried chicken, missing items in our appetizer sampler order, and a bar that couldn't make recently retired cocktails from its menu. Absolutely awful. In what works shoujdca oatron salt fried chicken? And freezer burned “honey” butter served alongside dry corn bread. Underwhelming doesn't even start to describe it. No wonder the place was empty. Its a rare review where I can't find something good to say…but this was just awful. Avoid.

We were very excited to come here for a graduation celebration dinner. The service was incredibly disappointing. Had a reservation but stood at the hostess podium for well over 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement from any one. Once seated, almost 10 minutes passed without anyone paying any attention to us. Flagged down wait staff who agreed to take a drink order. It went on like this, where we had to ask for everything. (More water, salt, etc.) When asked how things were, I said the service was incredibly underwhelming. (We also never received one drink that was ordered, and were charged for something we didn't order, but that got corrected.) To their credit, they apologized and took 10% off the bill. I appreciated this, but would have much rather had the service that I feel we paid for and didn't get. Food was just average. Corn muffins for the table were so dry. I have always been a big fan of Foreman and Wolf restaurants and had high hopes here, but wouldn't go back.

Several of the items on the website menu were unavailable when we dined at lunch. In addition the crab cakes were listed as lump crab, but they certainly were not jumbo lump. Very disappointing. We have been a fan of Charleston for some time, and expected more from Cindy Lou’sFish House.

Overall average at best. Got the fried chicken. Not sure what kind of pieces the two pieces were? Maybe a back? Small and overcooked.

Good options and good food. Our waitress Aries was amazing, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Food was good. Just suggest oyster crackers for soup and a crab upgrade on meals instead of buying two meals. It's baltimore!! Lol. But would definitely come again

We ordered the shared plate appetizer and found the items to be very dry. The hush puppies tasted fishy. The fried green tomatoes were very good though. We ordered salads and the crab soup for meals that were also good but dressed heavy. We also had the chicken with potatoes for my daughter. She would not even touch the chicken. It was dry and tasteless. Overall our final bill for a total of three entrees, two soups and salads, and one alcoholic drink was beyond exorbitant.

Service was great but slow and there were only 5 other diners. Beautiful setting. Shrimp and grits were delicious.

Food was pretty good but service was terrible. It took 10 minutes of just standing at the hostess stand for someone to seat us. The restaurant was not busy. Then service was sporadic and no one that worked there seemed to know what was going on. It was laughable by the end of the meal. Clearly a poorly managed restaurant. Would not recommend or return.

The view was beautiful. Otherwise, the food was largely inedible, the service was slow and disorganized, and the restaurant feels like a hotel lobby.
