Mal lugar, nadie nos atendió, nadie nos ofreció mesa, nadie nos confirmó ya estando en el lugar la reserva. La música de la alberca estaba demasiado elevado el volumen, los meseros sólo preocupados por atender a los visitantes de la alberca (por el alcohol).

We were charged for water and beer without being notified it's no longer included in the brunch. We were quoted 770 pesos here and then charged 850 pesos, and we were denied access to the pool, which said it was included. This is the 4th time we've had issues with charges here. No one responds to our questions via text, social media or email. We've brought many friends to brunch because we loved it, but we will not come back. No one knows what's going on and what's included and the price is constantly changing. We tried to go to the pool after we spent $3000 pesos at brunch and were denied. I guess we will take our money somewhere else.

We intentionally went here for breakfast due to reviews and pictures of food. View was great and the building is very nice but the food was not good at all. Lacked flavor and tasted like bad room service. So surprising! Breakfast burger was a complete bland disappointment. Strawberry pancakes lacked flavor and they were out of Chantilly cream. Would not recommend based on our experience.

The best service we have had the entire trip! Our waiter went above and beyond to accommodate any food allergies and preferences! Food was great! But we couldn’t finish all of it by the last course. Wish we saved room for the tacos!!! Definitely a great brunch for groups
