Amazing ambience. The view was beautiful over the valley as the sunset. So quite and dark out here, very peaceful.
The food was good - but I think a bit over priced for what it was. The steak was the same price as say a maestros - but not nearly as good.

The service was atrocious. We were seated for over 25 minutes before anyone came by to take our order! Minutes later someone brought cheesecake to our table and of course, it was meant for someone else. If the server was the least bit aware, they would have seen we hadn’t even had a thing to eat. It’s as if they were in a daze. Had a truly disappointing dinner!

Had a wonderful time at Cielo. The staff were very helpful and eager to please. This was our first time going to the resort as we are locals and typically go to the four seasons, but we decided to try something new. We were not disappointed.

I chose this restaurant because of beautiful views and unbelievable food. That was my birthday celebration and the experience was amazing. And the wonderful surprise was, a free, my choice dessert for my birthday.

Let me begin by saying BE SURE AND GET AN OUTSIDE TABLE!….We had a wonderful evening once we were seated(The Hostess was definitely a weak part of the evening)…The food, cocktails and wine were very good…Lastly, make sure you do not leave without having the S’mores!

We have dined twice before and similar experiences. Undertrained staff and just odd occurrences and inordinate long delays in getting your food. I ordered a Manhattan Straight up and got one in a rocks glass with a colossal cube. Then upon asking if we can get one served "up" and assured we could, was served a Manhattan in a rocks glass, no ice. Then a few minutes after ordering we were served one of our sides of mashed potatoes before salads arrived, and that server seemed to be surprised and confused why we didn't want it yet, and we requested it be served with our meal. After being guided to the KC steak and we ordered Medium, of course it came out WELL done. Was told we can send it back and assume a 7 to 10 min wait to replace. Unfortunately it was my fathers steak for his Fathers Day meal, and it did not come for 20 to 30 min, and the rest of us finished our dinner before he could start. Think there was any mgt. to come by or even be seen there, nope. So over $50 for a steak served after all others were finished, and no concession offered. Ironically very similar experiences in prior visits. Awesome view, but not great for food and service, as we could see many other disappointed faces in the room.

Our server James was incredible. The food was excellent. The attention from the staff was 1st rate. We had a beautiful table with a beautiful view. Excited to return.

1) When we made the reservation, we specifically said there is a gluten allergy. The hostess double checked that we are good to go with the gluten allergy and they have gluten free menu and bread. The server brought out bread which is not gluten free. We thought no big deal. It's an honest mistak. However, after three failed attempts with waving and literally calling out to different servers, we could not get anyone to come over.
2) Our server shows up to take our order after about 20 minutes. We asked to switch to gluten bread. He hastly took and was about to leave while we were asking questions about the menu. I literally had to speak kind of loud to get his attention to stay and answer our questions.
3) We ordered brussel sprouts to start. The brussel sprouts literally came out charred. It is so overcooked that it's bitter. The remake was better but there are pieces of broccoli mixed into the brussel sprout dish. Why is there broccoli in the fry brussel sprouts?
4) Where we sat there is an army of ants under our seats. They crawl up my date's leg and bite her. We asked the server to change tables. Then shortly after, they set another couple at the same table with the ants. Why would you seat another customer at a place when you know there are a bunch of ants all over? They requested to change tables too. This is the first time I have ever seen an upscale fine dining restaurant be this irresponsible.

The views are amazing, the staff are attentive. The food was very good, but a bit pricey. This is a "go to" place for special occasions.

The atmosphere was lovely with great views. The food was delicious. The service was wonderful. Only negative was gentleman at the bar conducting business on his cell phone and lap top. Very distracting and can’t understand why it would be allowed.
The evening started with the greeting from the Valet that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Once inside, the property was beautiful; we were seated immediately. Next, Hunter, our waiter, introduced himself and discussed the view, the quality of the restaurant, and the food. We were not hurried things happened at our pace, and it was easy to see the wait staff was very attentive to all patrons. Views were spectacular; the food was as ordered and had lots of flavors. Great dinner experience, and we will be back in the future.

For lunch avoid the ceviche. The onion soup is just ok. The views are amazing and service is good.

We sat outside, 5 of us, and it was wonderful. There was noise on occasion that sounded like construction....annoying and distracting

2nd time here visiting from Seattle. Sat outside this time and the views are amazing. The weather was perfect and watching the sun set was just what we wanted. The food was great too!

This restaurant has potential to be amazing, but they need some kinks worked out. Servers were not helping servers. It wsn't that busy and yet we waited over 30 min for our food order to be taken and the staff didn't seem all that concerned. The hostess was great. She might be the one you put in charge. She understood the customer experience and was the only one who seemed to take it seriously. The food was mediocre for the price, but the views...the views were amazing. I'll give it another shot before writing this place off completely.
