It was very nice. We sat on the patio an enjoyed your beautiful view!
Kitchen grill must have been too hot as two entrees and one appetizer were burnt. Service was good but you can’t enjoy it when the food isn’t good. Meatball appetizer was lukewarm at best and the toast/bread was burnt black on one side. Chicken entree was very burnt and dry. Surprised the kitchen would even serve the dishes.

The pasta was dry, the spinach and kale on the special was sandy and gritty. Maybe they think they can get away with terrible food since the location and view is beautiful. Tina, our server, handled the situation with grace. However, by the time the special was replaced, the others waiting had to eat their meal cold. The person eating the pasta did not evel feel like getting it replaced. Not a good experience at all, and disgraceful for a Marriott property, where we are gold elite members. We will not be going back, or recommending it to anyone else.

Horrible service, mediocre food. This restaurant used to be great but not any more.
Our server was wearing a dirty and torn apron. She constantly stood behind us rather than coming in front of us to talk. They brought the wrong wine and tried to pass it off as what we ordered. The food was really good, but it’s not “elevated fine dinning” as advertised.
The views were fantastic. Highly recommend sitting outside, weather permitting. Our server, Shawn, was awesome. A really great evening with friends.

We waited close to an hour to get our food. It took over 20 minutes for someone to even get our drink order. Their menu online is not reflective of their actual menu which gives people with dietary issues a difficult time planning ahead. The wait staff was not attentive. The yogurt parfait was clearly old as the granola was very soggy. They ran out of pancakes but were able to make waffles? Just overall one of the worst brunch experiences we’ve had in this area. And we are locals. Not visitors. The location is beautiful though.

The food and view was great. Very nice location.
Service started off a little slow but got better as the night went on. The polenta fries are awesome. Make sure to check your bill because we didn't notice they added 20% tip onto it already so we ended up double tipping. The waiter really should have let us know when he set the checks down 😥

We have been to Cielo multiple times. Our server was very nice and attentive. We were happy with our food choices and drinks. The food coming out of the kitchen seemed a bit slow last night. We would definitely come back!

Anniversary dinner, our waiter was Chris, he was superb! The one issue was our steaks were overcooked and they replaced them within 6 minutes and gave us free dessert and coffee. The views are killer, the atmosphere cheery and upbeat. The music was great. Despite the hiccough the whole experience was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful resort! We sat on the patio and the view was stunning. The drinks were tasty and the food was fresh and well presented. Overall, it was a really outstanding. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent food and ambiance. Sat out on the patio to watch the full moon rise. Cielo had their usual astronomers with the telescopes present so guests could view the moon along with Jupiter and Saturn. Astronomers were very eager to show us multiple other heavenly objects. Great place for a romantic evening
My concern is how few people we see at Cielo and Adero. We've eaten and stayed here multiple times over the last several. Most recently did a 2 day staycation (great value!) in July and ate at Cielo both nights. Cielo/Adero is a gorgeous setting. The food and the rooms are fantastic. I want you to stay in business and thrive.

The food was poorly prepared. It was asked for the steak to be prepared medium and it was prepared blue/extra rare. The brick chicken was devoid of any flavor other than charred skin. The broccolini was fibrous. The sautéed spinach, salty. We chose to pay the tab and leave our uneaten meals. This was a place chosen for a 27th anniversary dinner and we probably would have been better served somewhere else. This was our introductory visit and also our last visit. In the future, I will advise others away from this establishment.

very pricey..loads of ala carte sides. NOT GOOD VALUE! Drinks are too experience also. Its a menu that the Chef enjoys..not sure about anyone else?
VIEW, however, is probably one of the best we have seen in Arizona!

The view is simply fantastic from this restaurant. it really "completes" the experience of food, good service, & ambiance. the terrace is a very romantic spot to dine -- as long as the temperature is not too hot.

Restaurant is still working out the kinks. Service was slow and staff is inexperienced. However, they were very nice and courteous. The food was okay, but nothing special. Something on the menu for everyone. Good wine list at reasonable restaurant prices. Views from restaurant are spectacular. Prices are expensive relative to experience, but in lune with what you would expect in higher end hotel.
Cielo has potential, but it is yet to be fully realized.
We have dined at Cielo several times because we have good memories of meals there when it was Copperwynd Resort & under other names. The view is great and we used to know a couple of the staff there. We haven't been as thrilled with Cielo, as their menu is quite limited and the prices are high. The waitress we had has been at the property for about 7 years and we recognize her, but not for positive reasons. She has obviously not been trained well in customer service and lacks warmth or professionalism in her job, especially for a restaurant of this caliber.
Servers, food, atmosphere— all excellent. I hope to dine there again

Great restaurant we didn't have to travel far to because we were staying at the hotel. I had the salmon with the saffron au jus and it was really good! My partner had the coffee-rubbed steak which he loved. Would recommend if you are in the Fountain Hills area. The views were beautiful!

Food was good but very expensive for the portions. For the price overall disappointed. Nothing remarkably memorable from the food to the cocktails. In hindsight would have rather been at SkyTop next door for a less hot patio and more enjoyable atmosphere.
Also extremely disappointed in the S'mores Dessert. Was served cold with a pre toasted marshmallow and block of Hershey's. A $15 dessert I make better in a microwave.

This is our 2nd time there. We went back when the property was still called Copperwynd. Everything was great about our dinner. You can't explain how amazing the view at sunset, the server was fantastic and the food was great. It was pricier than we would have expected but we'd definitely go back.

Amazing ambience. The view was beautiful over the valley as the sunset. So quite and dark out here, very peaceful.
The food was good - but I think a bit over priced for what it was. The steak was the same price as say a maestros - but not nearly as good.
