   My family of 4 sat on the patio at sunset and the view and atmosphere was amazing. It was quiet and the server was friendly. My husband and I had the shrimp and grits, shrimp cocktail, and the salmon pokey. He loved the shrimp and grits. The shrimp were more like prawns and a generous portion. The salmon was fresh and delicious. My sister ordered the horseradish mashed potatoes. When they arrived, a crust had formed over the top from sitting under the kitchen warmer too long and they were barely warm. She handed the full bowl back to the server and she told him she wasn’t happy with them and explained why. We thought they would come off the bill, but they did not and we didn’t say anything, just paid it. Also 2 of us received our food and it was almost 10 minutes before the other 2 received their food, which seemed a little long. Overall, I would recommend Cielo. Other than the mashed potatoes and the lag in food delivery, everything was absolutely delicious.

   Great experience, Great Ambience , and best of all Great service. Our server Jennifer was outstanding , professional, courteous and went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our experience.

   We were cekebrating our friends 58Th anniversary. Had a wonderful time - Evangeline was one f our servers - checking back frequently but not intrusive - engaging, and definitely loved her wrok. Nate was our server - again, pleasant, responsive, engaged and fun! We had a table on the pati, and enjoyed the music from inside. Had we been inside, the entertainment would have been too loud to for conversation! Gret evening. One suggestion - we love Cielo - great ambience, service, view. You need to get a patio cover for during the day - it is too hot to sit in the sun.

   Sean was a superstar server!! Sea bass was amazing. Kudos to the chefs for a wonderful food experience. And the ambiance of course rocks. Thanks, cielo team!

   We got married at this Resort 20 years ago when it was under another name and came back for our anniversary dinner here. Our reservations were for 7 pm. When we arrived there was no valet service as the parking lot was completely overfull the manager said there were 3 events and we would have to just park along the curb or wherever we could fit. The restaurant and views were beautiful as always and we got seated immediately at perfect location. Hostess was very sweet and welcoming. Once seated however it took 20 minutes for a waiter to show to bring water and take drink order. Our drinks did not show up until 7:55! Then he took our order appetizers showed promptly about 10 minutes later. I ordered sea bass which showed uo 10 min after our apps my husband ordered the ribeye rarer which showed uo not kidding you 20 minutes after my entree with no steak knife. A busboy happened to see this and came over with a steak knife appreciated his attentiveness and he apologized for the waiter During this whole time never saw our waiter. There was a table of about 12 ladies being taken care of and about 3 other tables of couples in the area of the restaurant. Our waiter was young inexperienced and made the whole experience pretty sad representation of this what is a normally 4 star restaurant and dining experience. The only saving grace was the food/wine as always is amazing and the views and setting are second to none. Suggest train your wait staff more thoroughly he was an embarrassment to your establishment.

   Although I was staying in town for an event at the Valley Ho, dining at Cielo was one of the highlights of my trip to Scottsdale! I booked a table for breakfast the morning of my wedding anniversary, and from beginning to end, the staff made my husband and I feel totally taken care of. Not realizing the intensity of the Arizona sun, I'd mistakenly requested an outdoor table. The hostess explained how we would be squinting at each other the entire meal, and that she'd reserved a lovely spot inside, right next to the window so we could still enjoy the view. It was absolutely the right call. The food was outstanding (I highly recommend the breakfast sandwich!), and the service from the wait staff was impeccable. Director of Rooms Kevin Holtzman stopped by to introduce himself and see if there was anything we needed, and then later, a lovely dessert and sparkling wine appeared with a hand-written note! Honestly, this is some of the best service I've ever received in a restaurant, ever.

   Atmosphere nice, service was kinda slow-had finished dinner when second drink arrived and it was incorrect drink. Food was good tho and eating outside was nice. Just understaffed.

   We can’t wait to go back! This was our first time at the restaurant and resort, for Easter brunch, and it did not disappoint. We will definitely come back for a staycation and eat here! Food was delicious & the servers/whole restaurant staff the best.

    What Easter Brunch at a resort should be! So many options for every palette and each attractively presented not to mention tasty. Three carving station options. The NZ lamb was excellent. Omelette station very good as was the sushi table. Many ,many pastries and desserts to choose from and the in house petit fours and bonbons were top shelf! Our server was exceptionally attentive and we had the bonus of a table with a spectacular view. The resort is now under new management and kudos to them for making Adero what is should be. I would highly recommend Cielo at this point.
