Nice ambience, you cannot see the lake whatsoever though. Our server was a nice young man although he seemed nervous and inexperienced. We choose restaurants based on many factors... unfortunately, service is of utmost importance, and when that is compromised it is difficult to focus on much else. We did enjoy several small plates and an entree. My husband enjoyed a delicious craft cocktail and overall, would love to come back to a better service experience.

Very underwhelmed by this 4 seasons restaurant. Very long wait for drinks, apps, and mains. A few at the table were happy with apps, but the entrees were not up to what you’d expect from a 4 seasons. The waiter was very nice, but there was a distinct problem with the kitchen. Not worth the money.

This was a wonderful location to watch the bat swarm from under the Congress Avenue bridge. The food was beautifully prepared and presented, our waitress super friendly and helpful, so it was a memorable occasion. We are saving Ciclo as an OpenTable favorite and plan to go there next time we're in Austin.

Ciclo was a nice place to take my mother for lunch, however, we were not in love with the menu. There were just not enough tempting choices for us. The grouper sandwich was fine, but not terribly interesting. The shrimp & crab enchiladas were good, but mostly shrimp. Would love for them to work on the menu because the ambiance, view and service were lovely.

Food was not up to par with the setting and service. Wait service was A+. Lovely, relaxed but refined setting. Food was average to below average. Appetizer of ceviche was good but not great. Accompanying chips were too hard for the dish. One entree of scallops was excellent in quality but only served with 3, albeit large, scallops. Seems excessively stingy for the price, more like an appetizer quantity. Second entry of bone-in ribeye was well below average in quality. Well prepared but the steak was tough and stringy. Side dish of brussels sprouts was tasty but a bit on the salty side.

Terrific food but the wait person seemed overwhelmed though there weren’t many of us there. Ended up with free wine because it didn’t come until a reminder and I was nearly finished with my meal. Slow.

We enjoyed the filet mignon and seabass! The rolls with butter and honey were a great start! We even got to finish our night with a Happy Birthday sweets platter to celebrate our kick off to our business opening compliments of the manager.
The food was good but limited menu. Since it was a Four Season Hotel I expected it to be a bit more upscale. There wasn't anything outstanding. The prices were higher cost but didn’t match what was offered. I also resented how the bill was given to me. I had to decide on the tip as the waiter was waiting for me to push the button.

Everything was fine... except the restaurant did the poor customer experience thing of pushing a special (butterflied red snapper) without saying the price. On the bill it came out as $60. That would have made it the second most expensive item (after the $84 wagyu beef). I like my fish but snapper for $60. Nope.

Early Mother’s Day brunch
Everything was pretty good but the door open to the dishwashing room from the patio was kind of distracting, especially as the sunset as it sort of disrupted the lighting. I know that's picky but it did bother us.

Ate breakfast out on the patio - view and ambiance could not be better. Service was good and food was tasty, but I marked down the food rating due to the fact that the breakfast menu reflects a limited selection of mostly non-typical items. Would recommend a visit nonetheless.

My husband I visited for a fancy lunch in the middle of the work week. We sat outside on the beautiful patio. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The food was unbelievable and so was the service. It was the perfect treat. Highly recommend. I would love to visit again for happy hour.

Great happy hour
Just myself and my husband going out for a breakfast brunch.
This was my second time trying Ciclo - the food is really great and menu has a nice variety to accommodate foodie friend groups. Also has great cocktails and wine selection. That being said, my service experience has been sub-par both times. Most recently it took over 2 hours for 4 of us to dine (in a half full restaurant), with our first round of cocktails arriving 30 mins after we sat down. Likewise, the bottle of wine we ordered took 20+ minutes to arrive. A shame because we would’ve ordered more drinks/wine if they had been timely and attentive. Also, when you are offered still or sparkling water and say “still,” what they mean is $10 bottles of still water. I dine out all over town (and around the country), and think this needs to be clarified as it’s not common in the US to charge for still water. I don’t mind the prices, but do mind paying so much for such a poor dining experience when Austin has so many fantastic restaurants.

We didn’t realize it was in the Four Seasons . Had we known we probably would not have gone there because we did not feel appropriately dressed. That being said the staff were very nice and gracious

We enjoyed a great happy hour on the patio. Great energy with live entertainment, wonderful bites and great drinks (at a great happy hour deal) and amazing service in a beautiful setting. It could not have been more perfect. Will definitely be back again soon.

Ciclo is exactly how we like to brunch! Buffet with many culinary options!
The salads were amazing from the Mediterranean, caprese, caesars, shrimp ceviche, wedge, Asian shrimp, sushi, chilled shrimp displays and more! The hot items were quite impressive from the egg & crispy potato casserole to the carved ribeye and prime rib. House sparkling wine, mimosas were just $1.
Patio dining was wonderful and the grackles are quite entertaining.
As usual an outstanding experience. The staff is very attentive and brought us things for our anniversary that we didn’t even ask for. The staff has a way of hanging around enough but not too much. Manager helped me to set up a “stealth” massage for two reservations while we are dinner. We got married here 27 years ago and every time we return they remind us why with their service.
It's certainly a lovely place to take in Lady Bird Lake and the service by our waitperson, Megan, was excellent. The food was somewhat creative and fine but I wasn't really impressed by it. They had live guitarist performing that I could have definitely done without too. I'd go back for the proximity to the lake but not much else.
